How to fix certain characteristics in rows (permanent drill down)?

Hi,
Is it possible to fix certain characteristics in rows (ie., permanent drill down), and prevent user from remove it from the result? This requirement is needed for both BEx Reports and web reports.
Example:
Country Region Sales Amount
- Country and Region must always in rows, user should not remove these two characteristics, but can add drill down/across for other characteristics.
What I can think of is:
- For web report, do not show 'Country' and 'Region' in the Navigational Block, so that the user cannot do the drill down/across.
<b>- However, how to disable/hide the entry 'Remove Drilldown' in the context menu specifically for only Country and Region?</b>
- For Bex reporting, how?

You can move the cells for Country and reigon to a hidden area of the workbook so the user doesnot see them the the Filter area. Just drag them, and they will stay at the new location when the workbook is refreshed.

How to go to a particular object in drill down detail pdf report?

In drill down html reports I could directly go to a particular object in the detail report from the summary report by using hyperlink destination property in the detail report and hyperlink property in the summary report.
How can I do the same thing in drill down pdf reports? The summary pdf report is opened first and then clicking on any of the object in summary pdf report should direct me to the same object in detail report.

Unfortunately PDF doesn't support this concept. You could ensure that the detail report has bookmarks, then the user can easily see the different sections of the report.

How to group by a number of visible rows in drill down report

hi,
i have a drill down report with no detail row.
I need to control the number of rows shown on the page based on a variable that a user supplies, however it needs to be only visible rows.
if I add an outmost group based on an expression like this one:
=Ceiling(RowNumber(
"table1")/Parameters!recordsPerPage.Value)
it will count all rows - visible or not.
any help would be appreciated.

Hi Inna,
Based on my research, a drilldown report is a layout design that at first hides complexity and enables the user to toggle conditionally hidden report items to control how much detail data they want to see. Drilldown reports are used to change the report
layout interactively. So it wouldn’t affect the rows displayed in the outmost group. Though some rows are hidden when the report is initially run, it will still count them. This is by design.
Furthermore, if I understand correctly, you also expect the outmost group is a dynamic group depends on the drilldown action, right? As per my understanding, this function still cannot be achieved at this moment.

I have developed one ABAP query which shows the output in which there is a coloumm 'order number'.
I want to make this coloumn interactive ,that means after double clicking on any row of this colomn ,it should go to transaction KO02.

Smartforms table: how to fix the number of rows to be display in the table.

Hello.
I´m having problems with a smartform. I have defined a window with 7 cm high. Then I have define a table to print the content of a table.
I'm using the header, the main area, and the footer. It seems to be ok. But the main area is sizeble. I mean, that if in the table has 2 records, it dispaly the 2 records and inmediatly display the footer. It probably use only 3 cm of the 7 cm defined for the high of the window.
And I want that the footer of the table would be display at the end of the 7 cm of the window. Is that posible ?
Please, tomorrow we will have our kick off the module and this is the last issue we have.

Better idea wud be to create a WINDOW, just Below you Main window (After table) ..
In Form Layout (Form Painter) you can fix this Window on any place , Pass the FOOTER text node over there .. So you will get a Static FOOTER diplay ..

How to get the output data of Standard drill down report into z-program?

        I want to get the output data of drill down report into z-program.
       Actually,if the output is only one, I can get into z-program,
      But, Here the report consists 3 alv outputs. when double clicking function happens, it will direct to another alv output.
    Those, all the outputs of report i want to get into z-program.
PLease , give reply as early as possible.

first i would create a master table and afterwords a detail table incl. foreign key (i.e. dept, emp). And then create a master detail form as i mentioned before. Okay,so I have an iPod touch tht is iOS6.my iMessage sometimes works,and them randomly stops sending and receiving messages and says "not delivered".this issue has been going on for a while now and I don't know how to fix it.ive tried the following:

•Turing off iMessage then activating it again
•checked my network and wifi settings
•checked to see if FaceTime and iMessage is on

Hi Meg, I have been having problems as well. I found out there was 2 outages with Apple's servers last Tuesday and Friday. However, I still have some contacts that will not work for iMessage at this point.

Hiding a row based on the the drill down via table interfaces

I have a requirement to hide a particular row (key field) of a table if a characterisitic (0PLANT) is included in the table.
I have managed to hide the key field via the table interface but need to know how I would see if the characteristic is drilled down (IE included in the table).
Initially I used CAPTION_CELL to establish whether 0PLANT was in the report but when I then removed 0PLANT from the report, CAPTION_CELL is not reprocessed and thus the report is incorrect.
What is the best way to establish what characteristics are included in any report.
Any help would be appreciated.
