How to fix clone stamp issue?

MAC OS / Photoshop CS5
As you can see in the attached image, my clone stamp selection doesn't extend out to the edges of the outline, which makes using it very clumsy to use. My PS installation at home and all the installations at this business don't do this.
I've tried messing with all the clone stamp settings, resetting the clone stamp presets, and resetting the general Photoshop preferences at startup. However, nothing I've tried has had any affect.
So how can I get this adjusted so that the clone stamp selected area extends out to the edges of the grey outline?

What version of mac os x are you using?
If what JJMack suggested above doesn't make a difference, then in general the brush
size cursor in photoshop on mac os x can be affected by the setting of the cursor size
set in Universal Access. usually you want the cursor size set to Normal.

I tried removing the columnStretching although my requirement really requires this but no effect really happens even if I remove this.
Based on my investigation on the generated HTML, I notice the following items:
1. A table is being wrapped in a div that is being set at a fixed height.
2. On first load, if your autoheight rows is set to 6, the framework is setting a height of 96px to the div. This height would almost cut the last row of the table.
3. If you try to refresh the page or try to re-PPR the component, the framework resets it to 102px which causes the last row to be fully displayed.
My only concern is that IE is perfectly displaying this while Chrome and FF are having problem.
Based on my understanding, the framework is messing up the height only on first load. Not sure but this is how I see it. I am really not confident also on my findings
and I would most likely hear other's comment.

I recently had iTunes crash on my home PC, Windows 7 64-bit. I have tried several attempts to uninstall and reinstall the program and it still does not work and I receive error messages. The latest: The program can't start because ApplePushService.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem. Problem is, the articles that I have seen state this is an Unknown source and my firewall will not allow it to be installed. The original error was a Windows Error 7 (registry & .dll issues). Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

How to fix Action Link Issue in Table and Pivot Table when used Section

My OBIEE Version: OBIEE 11.1.1.6.5
Issue Description: Action links (Navigate to BI Content) doesn't work in PIVOT TABLE or TABLE object when used Section area (one or more columns in Section area).
If you want to recreate this issue please follow next steps:
1.     First of all you have to create one analyse with min 3 columns (for example Time.“Calendar date“, Product.Product, „Base Fact“. Revenue -> from Sample Sales Lite )
2.     From column properties -> Set value Action Link Interaction on some column for example Product.Product (choose Navigate to BI Content -> any created BI report )
3.     Click Results Tab choose Pivot Table and assigned one dimension column to Section area
4.     Click preview icon
5.     When you click on action link nothing happens
6.     If you drug and drop column from Section Area to Excluded, Table or Pivot table Area then Action Link works perfectly
How to fix this issue?

On (release) action problem - how to fix the loading issue?

Hi,
I'm making a progress with the website in Flash. I have pretty much things already done. Motion tweens that change alpha in percentage ammount are working correctly - I've used them for loading pages but I encountered a one tiny problem...
Describing the website: there are buttons that - when you click - play an animation (motion tween with alpha changing) to load a proper page that is pinned with a particular button. So: home button loads the home page, bio button loads the bio page etc. All pages go with the motion tween - they fade in the website (from alpha 0% to 100%). Everything is fine and the website with everything works just perfect! But: there's one thing that doesn't keep me calm. When I open my website in a browser to test it and I click on each button to load pages - everything is ok, but when I want to click the same button few times - other things are being loaded by clicking the same button.
For instance: I click the "bio" button once and it loads my biography page with the motion tween as I described before. But when I want to click it secondly or thirdly it doesn't load my biography page anymore but a page before that one (in this case: home page). When I click it again the button loads my bio page again. So - in sum - it doesn't load the same page all the time, but randomly: the proper one or the one before (in the timeline).
My AC code for each button is simple, for example:

Also I've got the "actions" layer that carries stop(); command in places that are for it.
I tried with _root.gotoAndPlay and also with frame_number +1 and always the same problem.
I hope it isn't anything serrious and can be fixed.

As I explained in my post: I test my website in the browser (firefox), I click on a particular button which loads a particular section. It works with all buttons but sometimes when I click the button an incorrect section appears.
For example: I click biography button, and the biography section appears. Then I click contact button and contact section appears. Then when I want to see biography section again and click on the biography button, the biography section doesn't appear but the other section appears, for instance: home section, about section, gallery section or other from what I have.
Concluding from the entire description I've placed above in the topic I don't know why this thing happens and I need some help how to fix this issue of loading sections firstly correct and then, after some clicking - incorrect.
I hope I really presented it clearly.

Eraser and Clone Stamp issues

Here is are a couple of VERY odd anomalies I have come across.
PS CS4 v. 11.0 on Win XP Pro SP 3 loaded on Dell Optiplex 755...
When using the eraser tool, it will work if the mode is set to "block" but if mode is set to "brush" or "pencil" it will not work.
Also, clone stamp doesn't work at all. I have tried myriad mode settings, brush settings sample settings. After alt/clicking to obtain the sample, I move the tool over the area I wish to "replace" with the cloned selection. Before I click, I can see a small sample of the cloned area where the bush is positioned. However, once I click it goes away and nothing happens! It is recorded as a step in the history panel, but no changes are made to the image.
I must admit that I am stumped. Thanks in advance for anyone's insight.

Have you checked for an updated driver from Wacom? Around the release of new versions of PS, they usually have some new ones, that better utilize the features (the REAL ones) in PS.
Also, you should have complete access to your Wacom controls (Control Panel>Wacom) and I'd check to see that nothing has been changed, or reconfigured.
I do not have CS4, but there also might be tablet controls in Preferences?
Last, though you have checked your Brush settings, you might want to look at everything there very closely. I had a similar sounding issue when one aspect of Brush Dynamics was reset. Unfortunately, that was so very long ago, and I do not recall the exact setting that messed things up.

My scenario is: Having a team site and a sub-site. In sub-site, created on list form associated with designer workflow which will assign approval task to a person who are not a member of this sub-site but member of team-site.
Before assign task, assign permission to that person using impersonation step like:
Add Approve to item in Current Item
Add Approve to item in Association: Task List
When click the task link which receive in email, that person facing above issue. After I add that person in sub-site site viewer group, then it working perfectly.
My question is, is it possible to give approve permission to task list by designer workflow to a person who are not a member of a sub-site?

I reset my iPhone 4s to factory settings and restored from back up last night and reset the settings and I am still having issues with apps. Now one I use on a regular basis isn't working at all. I am going to attempt to get a new phone today. My wife's iPhone 4s works just fine after the update.
Is there any reason that some phones have issues and others work just fine?

IPhone 4S (How I fixed my battery issues)

Ok, so like many of you , I have been facing some issues with my battery. I am going to outline some things that I did:
Calibrate your battery!!! This is the most important thing. Let your iPhone COMPLETELY die to the point where it shuts off on you. Not 20% not 10%....just let it die. From there, wait 2 hours before plugging it in (yes this *****, but its necessary). Plug it in and let it FULLY charge. If after 8 or so hours you see it stuck on say 91% like mine was quickly unplug it and then plug it back in. It will quickly go to 100%
Go into your iCloud settings/Documents&Data and disable use cellular. Not only will this save you data, it will save your phone from pushing things to the cloud while not connected to wifi. Also, for the time being I have iCloud disabled completely.
Turn off location services for anything you really don't need it for.......do you really need to know exactly where you were when you Shazamed that song? Didn't think so.
I did all of this last night, and as of this morning, I have been listening to music for an hour, done some browsing, send texts, imessages and e-mails and I am sitting at 96%.

My iPhone 4S did once again did lose it's wifi connection after running perfectly for about 8 weeks.
I was streaming Pandora Radio via bluetooth connection at the time, ( not sure if that has anything to do with why the wifi dropped out again, but I thought I'd mention it anyway)
But!.... I was able to get everything up and running perfectly again by simply grabing my girlfriend's hair dyer heated it up again for about 5 - 7 minutes ( the over heated message even appeared this time) then powered it off, warped it in a plastic bag, stuck it back in the freezer for 15 minutes, took it out of the freezer, powered it back on, and Abracadabra it works perfectly again!!!
Phone has been running perfectly AGAIN for about a week now.
One strange thing this time after fixing it for a second time is that the the little WiFi symbol no longer shows at the top of the screen, but the wifi connection and everything IS RUNNING PERFECTLY!
If all I've got to do once in a while, is spend about 20 minutes with a hairdryer and a freezer to keep my iPhone 4S running perfectly.....well I'm as happy as a pig in s*** :-)
And please no comments about how I have now voided my apple support etc. I never had any to begin with (it's a 2nd hand phone and I really couldn't care less about warranty issues etc etc etc..... The phone works, and that's all that matters to me!

I think you already know this issue : when using a proxy, Online help is not working on Adobe Reader XI.
message displayed : "Online Help content cannot be displayed. Verify you can launch your web browser and have access to the Internet."
I already checked on this forum and tried some things to fix this, but without any success :
- try to add the registry key FeatureState -> not working
- check if IE is correctly defined as default browser -> it is
Accessing Online help from the Help menu was by passed by the following .js :

I'm an application packager for the European Court of Auditors and we want that Help works through F1 shortcut. This is mandatory for me.

Creative Cloud Installation: Gets half way completed then Windows says its has stop working and will find a solution BUT NEVER DOES. How to fix/bypass this issue??

So for the last 36 hours I have attempted to install Adobe Pro with no luck. Creative Cloud is the app I am forced to use to install. I have windows 7 OS, as the installing begins all is working just fine. As the installations gets about 50% complete, it seems to stall out and then Windows interrupts and says "Creative Cloud is not responding, Windows will find a solution and fix the problem" Mind you Windows never comes back with anything close to an solution. Has anyone seen this?? Do you have an fix?? It would be greatly appreciative
