How to fix freeze problems
I have an Iphone4 (iOS 7) and it frequently freezes. For example, when I am hunting, it will take a very long time (20-25 minutes) for my phone to come up. I don't know if it is because of the cold or what. Also, if I am not using my phone for whatever reason, when I do want to use it, I will either hit the home button or the on/off button and it will take at least 5 minutes or more for it to come up. If I don't shut my phone off at night, it will also "freeze" when I hit the home button in the morning. If I hit the home or on/off button more than once, it will automatically take a picture by itself and it will be of a black screen. I have icloud and have things backed up. I have taken my phone to the local at&t store and they told me that I might have a glitch in the system. They told me to take it to the Apple store to see what could be done, which was nothing, but at the time, I didn't have icloud. I have had my phone for over a year now, which means that my apple care is expired, and within this time, my phone has been doing this. I would like some answers as to what can I could do first before money is involved. I am not looking for a new phone, just some fixing tips.

Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Every time i try to do anything with itunes it freezes after a few seconds and i have to force it to close. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Im aweful with computers and have tried everything i know of.

This is an ipad 2 it hasn't been updated, the thing is I restored it to the orginal setting because it was acting up, instead of 59.9 GB it gave me the memory capacity of 58.9 that has been already been use. Do you think using a different computer that hasn't been use on my ipad will raise the memory capacity? I've done it before just that the computer that I've been using has my ipad's data.

I have 4s iPhone , I download the iOS 7. Now the front receiver microphone is not working , please help me that how to fix the problem.
I live in South Africa, and I had the same problem with my iPhone 4.
After weeks of frustration and swearing, I was in the process of restoring my phone to a previous iOS. To do that you need to turn the "Find my iPhone" option off, since i turned it off, my problem was solved. No need to repair anything or revert back to old iOS.

I recently updated my HP laptop's OS from WIndows8 to WIndows8.1. When I went attempted to open Lightroom5 I got the following message:
"Lightroom encountered an error when reading from its preview cache and needs to quit. "
"Lightroom will attempt to fix the problem the next time it launches"
Every time I relaunch I get the same message. I'd like to understand what might be causing the problem so I can remedy and get back to my photo editing. Any clue as to how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Did you delete all receipts with iDVD in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder before installing the new copy? If not then do so and delete the new application also.

After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

I'm trying to connect to my home wifi with my imac gh5. After I enter the password it says connection timeout or password incorrect. I know there's no issue with the connection but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
What is the make & model of your home Wi-Fi router that you are attempting to connect your G5 iMac to? Which exact model of iMac do you have?
What wireless security type is your router using: WEP, WPA, or WPA2? If you temporarily disable wireless security, can the iMac connect to it now?
