I am using macbook pro but keyboard not working. After using usb keyboard it is fine but onboard keyboard does not work. only type numbers and symbols. keyboard back light also not working. How to fix it ?

Hi! I bought my macbook pro in Jan 2013, it is the Mid 2012 version. Since yesterday, it is running super slow, and freezes constantly. I've deleted a lot of files from my computer and transferred them to a usb to clear out some place on the disk. Boot into your Mountain Lion Recovery partition (hold down the command and R keys whilst booting) and use Disk Utility to both repair permissions (there will be some that cannot be repaired - you can safely ignore these) and then verify your hard drive. Repair if necessary.
The type of slowness that you write about can sometimes - sometimes - be caused by a failing hard drive. Let's just hope you pass the verify test.

If you can get them paired again try making them "favorites" from the Bluetooth system preferences.
Try smc and pram reset too. May gave to do this before you can get them paired.

It will help us diagnose your problem to know the exact model, size, year built, RAM installed and OS you're running.
But basically your system can't find the boot disk. Usually this is a symptom of a dead/dying/corrupted hard drive;

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
You will have to return the Mac and order one with a Portuguese keyboard, if you bought it less than 14 days ago.
If not, you will have to buy a new Mac (that's because some keys may not fit onto your MacBook Pro keyboard) or just set up OS X with a Portuguese keyboard but with US keys

Additional Info - after working on this problem for 4 hours, I shut my laptop in frustration and took a break. 1 hour later I opened my mac and the cursor had magically returned. No restart, no power on/off - nothing. Frustration. If anyone else has had this happen and has actually fixed the problem let me know. I'm sure it will reoccur.

Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Let me see if I've gotten this right! You want to remove an account from BOTH machines? Do this for your new machine first, then for the other.
Click the Apple logo on the top left of the screen, System Preferences, Users and Groups (under Systems), unlock the lock in the window if its locked (you need to know the password), select the user that you wish to remove, and click the - sign next to the + sign for Login options. A window will pop up with some options. Select Delete this user and securely, and click 'Delete user'.
After this, do an update from the App Store.
Thats all there is to it.
For the other machine repeat the process except for one thing. Before you delete the user in this case YOU, you will have to give Administrator priviledges to your son bu checking the box 'Allow user to administer this computer'.
Do NOT do anything from Finder ... if you dont know how to fix the consequences of the problems caused.
There is no need to unauthorize your iTunes account on your new machine. Do it on the old machine though.

Nothing that you can do to fix it. Best to just leave it off and take it to your local Apple Store or AASP. No telling how much it's going to cost you - there are liquid sensors all around your computer so the service centers will be able to tell that it's a case of liquid damage, even if there is no corrosion yet.
You just have to be careful with any kind of liquids around notebooks - liquids and electricity just don't play well together.
