  • Please help me how to fix error 53 iphone 6 ios 8.1

please help me how to fix error 53 iphone 6 ios 8.1 when update iphone 6

    Hey there fcaride,
It sounds like you are unable to finish restoring with iTunes due to this error -1 message. Usually that is associated with security software. Use the steps from the following article to help with that:
Get help with iOS update and restore errors
    Related errors: 1, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.
These errors mean that your device or computer might have a hardware issue that stops the update or restore from completing.
Check that your security software and settings aren't blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.
If the issue persists, I would next use the last section of the following article titled "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up"
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn on
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    All the very best,
    Sterling

Slide to unlock doesn't work happend more than 8 time every time i had to restart my phone, Please can you tell me how to fix this bug .
    iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

Backup and restore your software via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a NEW device. If this solves it, that means there is some corruption in your backup file. If the problem is still there, you should take it to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store for evaluation.

  • How to fix my American iPhone 5 in Europe?

    Hi everyone,
I bought an American iPhone 5 last year during my work oversea. A few days ago my problem with the Sleep Button on top of the phone appeared. I knew that this might happen since other people told me as well and I thought I can easily fix it by visiting an German Apple Store near by...but...NO!
Its an American Model and it is different to the European Model (Technology wise) which means I can only change it in America...how can that be?
The only thing they can do in Germany is exchanging my phone against a new european one for 250 Euro!?!?!
Does anyone got a good idea?

TechCrunch is wrong or at least premature. Apple has not made that official, so at this point it is rumor based on a purported leaked internal Apple support policy document which may be fake or may refer to a policy that Apple has considered but not implemented. There's nothing in the referenced Apple support articl:
    http://www.apple.com/support/products/faqs.html
that says that coverage on the iPhone is international, only that AppleCare+ plans are no available in multiple countries; in fact the article specifically to global coverage only for the same devices as before:
The AppleCare Protection Plan for Mac, for iPod, for Apple TV, and for Apple Display provide global repair coverage.
So to the best information available at this time, support for the iPhone is still limited to the country of original sale. Any official change will need to be announced by Apple, not leaked from some random web site.
    Regards.

  • How to fix a disabled iPhone 5 with broken home button?

I've beeing searching for two days online for trying to fix this problem. I have a disabled iPhone 5 (iOS 7) with a broken Power Button, I want to restore it to its factory defaults but it isn't working.
    1) I can't put the iPhone into recovery mode since the power button is broken.
    2) Once I plug that iPhone on my MacBook, iTunes asks for trust confirmation from my side althgouh the iPhone is disabled and I can't access it to trust that computer.
    3) I tried to multiple solutions but they didn't didn't work; I even tried to reset my iPhone using "Accessibility Options" but it didn't work.
    What can I do?

Free phone support is 90 days. Yes they will charge you to call. No, they will NOT charge you to take it to the genius bar. If it's within 1 year, they will replace it if it's covered.
There are no magic words that will get you past the fact that it's physically broken.  Make an appointment and make the trip to the genius bar.

  • Any ideas on how to fix my pixelated iPhone 4S screen?

Ok I have had my iPhone 4S for around 4 months now, since the 12th of October and it worked fine. I cracked it on the 18th of November and got the screen replaced at a phone repair shop and it was fine, but on Saturday the 18th of January it ran out of charge and when I turned it back on it was white, I held my home and lock button and it turns off and then goes back to white and the gradually grows 100s of coloured lines. It worked for another two days and I turned my phone off and I can't fix it again! Heellpppp!?

Where did you get this replaced at? Where are you located? 3rd party repair of the phones voids all warranty and post-warranty support. Obviously you were repaired with defective parts and you now the victim of that. All you can do now is take it back to this shop and see if they warranty their repairs.

  • How I fixed my crashing iPhone 3Gs after upgrading to iOS 4x

My experience...iPhone 3Gs, working fine until I upgraded to the iOS 4. I have two wi-fi zones that I use, 1 at home, 1 at work. Home is DHCP pushing out an IP address, at work manually IP address. All this changed after upgrade and crashed durning calls at home and work. Then it got worse and started crashing/rebooting once a day. I rang Apple support and, as advised, in iTunes restored my iPhone and set it up as a New Phone. Ok for a day but it got worse than ever, so I tried the following: worked for 3 days with 3Gs only, wi-fi off...no crashing, worked for three days wi-fi only, 3Gs off...no crashing. Then put both back on again, back to square one, crashing. I tried one more thing. I entered Settings, General, Reset and Reset all Settings. That was 10 days ago, no more crashing at all. Now I had to setup all my seting again, but it was worth it...I love my iPhone again! Try it...

Did you check your security software settings? eliminating conflicts from third-party security software.
