How to fix playback problems

I am having problems with playback on quicktime player version 10. I recorded some HD .MOV files on my canon 7D none of the files will play back properly? The files are 720p and 1080p. I am worried because I have an edit to finish. Can this files be used?
Assume your are referring to the Canon EOS 7D DSLR here. According to the manufacturer & Digital Photography review, this camera records MOV files using H.264 video and Linear PCM for audio. This combination should be edit compatible with all QT apps have editing capabilities. As to playback, unlike editing, it is a "real time" work flow and the smooth playback of 720p or 1080p files may well depend on the platform your are using. Since you did not indicate the specific nature your "problems with playback," we don't know if you are referring to something simply like dropped frames on an older platform or a more serious problem. In addition, you have not indicated what sort of editing you wish to do here, so it is difficult to answer whether or not the "files can be used."

I live in South Africa, and I had the same problem with my iPhone 4.
After weeks of frustration and swearing, I was in the process of restoring my phone to a previous iOS. To do that you need to turn the "Find my iPhone" option off, since i turned it off, my problem was solved. No need to repair anything or revert back to old iOS.

I recently updated my HP laptop's OS from WIndows8 to WIndows8.1. When I went attempted to open Lightroom5 I got the following message:

Every time I relaunch I get the same message. I'd like to understand what might be causing the problem so I can remedy and get back to my photo editing. Any clue as to how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

But basically your system can't find the boot disk. Usually this is a symptom of a dead/dying/corrupted hard drive;

Did you delete all receipts with iDVD in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder before installing the new copy? If not then do so and delete the new application also.

After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

What is the make & model of your home Wi-Fi router that you are attempting to connect your G5 iMac to? Which exact model of iMac do you have?
What wireless security type is your router using: WEP, WPA, or WPA2? If you temporarily disable wireless security, can the iMac connect to it now?

If they are iTunes purchased music then go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and turn off Show All.

Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.
If this does not help, setting it up as new device would be the next step:
