How to fix regional format ?

I purchase an iPhone 4S (iOS 5.0.1) original unlock from US.
Now I have problem with the regional format phone number to use in Cambodia (Country code is +855).
Before I used/saved my contact number all in +855 XX XXXXXX so now after I transfer all this phone book to my iPhone 4S when I've got a phone call the name was NOT show at all but in the SMS (Message) the show all the Cantact Name, when I try to edit by delete +855 -> 0 the incoming call show me the name of caller but problem when using sms is not show me the name.
How should I do with this to solve any problem with this Regional Fomat ?
I don't want to save both in one contact by +855 XX XXXXXX and 0XX XXXXXX

A frequent cause of this is improper importing ... although not the only cause. So to answer the most likely, I'll re-cap ingesting AVCHD into PrPro ...
1) copy the ENTIRE folder structure of your flash card onto a computer drive by selecting the topmost folder, copy all, and moving that in one "go". Do NOT copy the contents of the folders, rename anything, or do anything else at this point.
2) from PrPro, use the "Media" panel tab in the lower left to navigate to the appropriate folder, select all, then right-click "Import".
3) from the Project panel tab (lower left corner again) move items either up to the Source Monitor or to the timeline/sequence area.
If you're already doing this, just post back with that noted and "we" will move on from there ...

First check the version of the document with Jongware's script "Identify.jsx" (ExtendScript/JavaScript).

If it is CS 5.5 or above, you need someone to open it in the version the script says and export an IDML representation from that. Another way would be to install a 30days version of CS6 or above (CC) and do it yourself.
In regards of the script showing a result for InDesign files higher than CS6:
CS7 = CC v9
CS8 = CC v10 = CC-2014 or CC2014.1

How to fix iframe issue that displays XML values instead of formatted XML in IE11

The following sub.jsp file shows the formatted XML properly as expected when is opened directly:

<chapter1>chapter 1</chapter1>
<chapter2>chapter 2</chapter2>
</book>
IE11 shows the result as below which are colored and can be collapsed or un-collapsed:
<book><chapter1>chapter 1</chapter1><chapter2>chapter 2</chapter2></book>
But if the sub.jsp is opened in an iframe from the below main.html, it only shows the values of the XML in the iframe:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="ISO-8859-1">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
<title>Insert title here</title>
</head>
<body>
<iframe src="sub.jsp"></iframe>

There never has been a Cambodia region format for iPhones. It had to have been set for something else. Try other available formats such as Vietnam or Laos.

How to export data in fixed lengh format

I want to take data in 4 tables, and export the data to a fixed lenght flat file format. Then have that file sent to an email address. How can I do this?

I never used Toad ;-) But I always use the Oracle SQL Developer instead (which is for free by the way).
SQL Developer gets installed with every 11g database installation but you could install it also to your 9.2 or 10.x environment - just grab it from otn.oracle:

(will take two minutes to install). Then you'd just define your connection to your target database, go into REPORTS (left side) and define a USER DEFINED REPORT. That's pretty easy because for instance you'd just say 'select * from scott.emp;' - once the report gets executed just move your mouse over one of the rows, hit the right mouse buttom and choose the last entry: EXPORT DATA - you'll have the options of TEXT, CSV, SQL LOADER FORMAT, INSERT, XML, HTML and XLS ;-)
Another possibility within SQL*Plus would be using the column format options (the font of this webpage scrambles the output columns but in SQL*Plus you'll get everything formated in a fixed length format:

column "P1" format 99999
column "P2" format 99999
column "P3" format 99999
SELECT Info " ", P1, P2, P3
FROM tr_PortfolioSummary

I'm working an example in APEX 4.2 so YMMV (your milage may vary!).
For Classic Reports, where the Column Attributes "Display As" is set to Display as Text (escape special characters ...:
1) I find that Column width and Element Width setting have no effect to make the column smaller or larger.
2) Here is one way that works:
- In the Region's Region Definition, under Attributes give the Static ID a name (no spaces), say, class-report.
- In the columns you want to affect, place "<div>#ENAME#</div>" in the columns Column Formatting "HTML Expression". Where "ENAME" here is the actual column name.
I'm using the EMP table as an example.
- Finally, in the page's HTML Header put, for example

width: 200px;
color: blue;
#classic-report td.data[headers="JOB"] div {
width: 50px;
white-space: nowrap;
word-wrap: break-word;
</style>This makes the ENAME column wider and the JOB column smaller and wraps it.

How to know date format of client in webservices

I have made a webservice which takes Date from the client. But these clients can have there own regional settings like DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD.
It would be helpful if someone can tell me how to know the date format of the client in server for a webservice

If a service recieves messages with values that are typed in WSDL as wxs:dateTime or a restriction thereof, then the data is fixed in its format to ISO 8601, and has nothing to do with the localisation settings of the client machine.
The question 'does typing a value as xsd:dateTime in WSDL fix the format' and the question 'how can a server know the regional settings of a client' are not the same question. AFAIK, the majority of public web services do not use WSDL nor WXS.
