How to fix the Disk
Hello. I just took a "check" in the Diskutility section. It says that I need to do some minor repairs. Theres only one thing. The little button "Repair Disk" doesn't seem to be "activ". It's not possible to push it. What should I do? Does anyone have any idea how I'll make this work? PS: It doesn't seem like theres any problem with my mac.

Did you delete all receipts with iDVD in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder before installing the new copy? If not then do so and delete the new application also.

Some problems can indeed be fixed this way. But working from Recovery_HD or Disk Warrior DVDs and working in the restricted environment those provide can be difficult. You can literally spend days working on this problem (while your regular work is unavailable) only to discover the old drive is unsalvageable.
There is no way to know up front whether you are facing a major Hardware failure or a minor software glitch, or something in between. Often you are forced to work from the drive you no longer trust. I continue to recommend you do this work from a different, fully functioning Mac OS X booted from a different drive.
If you have had the foresight to (as The hatter often recommends) clone your virgin install onto another drive for use in such situations, you will be able to recover from such problems in record time. If not, my previous recommendations stands:
Buy a new Drive. Or two. Install Mac OS X from scratch on a new drive, and get your Mac running again. Later, you can use the full power of Mac OS X to attempt to rescue your data, if needed. Then Zero the old drive, to see if it can hold data again reliably.
If the old drive eventually provides some needed data, and is salvageable, Merry Christmas. -

Please try the steps mentioned below and check if it helps:
Open Computer > Local Disk C > Program Files > Microsoft Office > Office 12 > Outlook.exe.
Right click on outlook.exe and click on Properties and then click on
Compatibility tab. Uncheck the box ‘run this program in compatibility mode for’ under compatibility mode, click on Apply and OK.
Note: If you are using 64 bit computer then the file location of the file will be
Computer>Local Disk C>Program Files (x86) >Microsoft Office>Office 12>Outlook.exe

I installed OSX server 10.6 snow leopard on my IMAC, but still have choppy videos. can anyone tell me how to fix the problem
By your use of "still", did this problem exist before OS X Server was installed? OS X Server itself has no particular linkages to video processing, beyond what OS X client provides.
Some details on the configuration might be useful. Are these videos you're having issues with stored locally in files, or are these videos received over the network and played? If the videos are local, have you tried playing the videos from a different disk? If the video files are remote, can you download the videos and play them as a test?
What software are you using to play the videos? QuickTime? QuickTime X? Does using VLC or another player work better? There are some discussions of choppy videos around the forums, too. -
Hi. I was recently following this thread (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4144252) to try and make my windows partition bootable. Can anyone help me through it in terminal? I've followed the instructions but come up with a few slightly different results and want to make sure they're ok before I brick my computer.

I have three partitions- the CCC "backup partition" which just has mavericks, the mac partition of my hard disc, and the FAT-32 partition of my hard disk. I assume the two listed in the MBR are the first two.
sudo gdisk /dev/disk0
r <enter> go to the recovery & transformation menu
h <enter> create a new hybrid MBR
5 <enter> add partion 5 to the MBR
<enter> accept the default MBR hex code of 07
y <enter> set the bootable flag
n <enter> do not protect more partitions
o < enter> print (display) the MBR
I have not yet written to disc so nothing catastrophic should happen hopefully.hi all, i am having an issue where found out that Imaging Script cannot be used to multicast so i am running in to a problem now. If i push out an image via zcm script bundle it works fine with your suggestions but i cannot seem to figure out why the image wipes out all the hard drives in the systems during multicast image set or a single image load via pxe boot.
First problem:
if i push out an image via Zenworks Image preboot bundle file set is set to 1 it wipes out all the hardrvie in the system (tow hard drive, disk 0 and disk 1. i can certainly fix the disk resizing issue by adding a script to unattaned file after the image is loaded to resize the disk automatically using diskpart commands. which works fine.
Second problem:
here is what i did:
1. created an multicast Image Set
2. number of clients needed set to 1
3. Time out in five minutes
It does not load the image znd waits for session to start.
how can i automate this via zcm to make sure on pxe boot the both pcs receive the image as scheduled in zcm.
Please assist.

After weeks of frustration and swearing, I was in the process of restoring my phone to a previous iOS. To do that you need to turn the "Find my iPhone" option off, since i turned it off, my problem was solved. No need to repair anything or revert back to old iOS.

If they are photos you synced from iTunes, they are removed in the same manner... unsync them, i.e. deselct them from syncing.

Let us suppose you are printing following fields

you will get the output as you expected.
and if you have any conditions for these fileds
/: if v_text is not initial.

PH &v_text2&
if you have data in each field then you will get output as expected .
But when v_text is initial.
the data will be moved up wnhich is happening in your case.
so what you need to do is?

PH (Here you need to mention empty line with same paragraph format

If they are iTunes purchased music then go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and turn off Show All.

Yes, if it has been jailbroken, then there is probably nothing that you can do and you will never be able to use it, so ditch it and buy a new phone.
If it's an iPhone 3g, then it is a very old phone anyway and you shoud consider buying a new one. -
