How To Force a Click to Register as a Click on TrackPad? (Not Just Fingers)

I was trying to click something, so I pushed down on the track pad with the back of a pen and you hear the clicking noise, but it does not register on the computer. That, regardless of a finger, should register as a click, as Im pressing the actual button down, not just tapping it. I tried all different objects, like the side of a phone, an eraser, etc.... But it doesnt. How can I make a pressed down click on the trackpad, actually act as a click?

Not sure which model you have? but I have a Yoga 3 11. The trackpad was flaky from the moment I bought it.
Eventually I got so frustrated with the trackpad not registering so I sent it to a Lenovo repair centre. It took them 1 month to get back in touch and confirm it was faulty. They also advised that I would have to pay $120 (australian) to get it fixed because I bought it in the UK (even though it was under warranty) A few weeks later, same problem again. Clicks not registering, have to keep pressing, or applying more pressure for clicks to register. Not sure what to do next. I guess Lenovo will be no help at all so I'm stuck with a faulty laptop.

Right. Mail remembers as well. I have the menubar set on my larger display, and the main Mail window on the MBP display. When I create a new message, it displays the composition window on whichever display I used the last time for composition. So after the first time I moved the composition window to the larger display, it always opens on that display. I can't remember if it remembers that behavior after taking the MBP on the road, where I use only its display, and then reconnect the second display back at home.

How to force checked out CSV Files to open in Excel and not in Notepad

I'm looking for some pointers / direction.
.CSV files on SharePoint 2010 document library opens up in notepad by default. I did the DocIcon.xml CSV entry, changed the MIME type in IIS and did the IIS reset. Also on client computer CSV file is associated with MS Excel 2013. Now clicking a CSV file
opens it up in MS Excel.
Now a user checks out a CSV file and the same user clicks on the CSV file, the file is opening in notepad! If other users clicks on the same checked out file (checked out by the first user) it opens up in Excel for them. I've tried the 'Edit in Microsoft
Excel' from the pop up menu but with same result.
How can I force a checked out CSV file to open in MS Excel?

1. Highlight one of the images and press cmd+i (or right click and select "Get info")
2. Click the dropdown menu and select Photoshop (you might have to click "Other..." to find it.
3. Then click "Change All" button below.
You're going to have to do this with every different TYPE of image (e.g. jpeg, tiff etc) but once you've covered all the types you won't have the problem again.

How to force BI Server to pick from the Agg table and not the Fact table?

I have 3 tables as the Sources in the Key measures. 2 are fact tables and the other one is the agg table.
E.g.
Fact 1 at A,B,C,D and E level
Fact 2 at A,B,C level
Agg at A,B,C level which contains the measures from the Fact1 and Fact2
So when I select the measures from the Agg which are coming from Fact1 the Agg table get fired and when I select measures from Agg which are coming from Fact2, the Fact2 table gets fired in the SQL Query.
Now my question here is there anyway to tell BI Server that when I select Fact2 measures fire the Agg table and not the Fact2 table. The reason being the Agg and Fact2 tables are at the same level.
But I need to keep the Agg table as it is one level higher than the Fact1 tables.
Any pointers would be helpful.

you explain us your situation really good.but you forgot to tell us the most import,the measures in aggregate table and the aggregated dimensions.
meaning,you have 7 measures aggregated in some levels of your dimensions tables?if yes,there is no possibility Bi goes anywhere else..(by choosing only these measures and the defined levels at your dimensions..)
One more thing,if you choose a combination of your 2 fact data sources,bi goes?where???

There are a few different bars you could see that have an "Allow" button: page wants to redirect, pop-up window was blocked, page wants to install software... Can you be more specific about which message you're seeing?

HT1026 When I do this a copy is created, and when I try to move the old file to trash I get a warning that this clip will no longer be visible in my project. How do I make the drag and drop move the clip and not just make a copy?

In Imovie 2008 when I drag an event to another drive, the event is copied and not moved. Thereafter if I try to move the original clip to trash I anm warned the clip will no longer be accessible in the project it is linked to. How do I get to move the clip and keep it connected to the project?

I have iPhoto '09. The problem occurs when I try to move a photo from iPhoto onto a document or anywhere. I click on the photo and try to drag it to the document. When I do this a message box pops up saying that the file cannot be opened because it is empty. This only happens with a small number of photos but I just don't understand the fact that I can see these photos (and print them but only directly from iPhoto) but I can't do anything with them since, for some reason, the computer is seeing the file as empty.

How do i create a button that will always play my flv, not just once?

I'm currently using captivate 5.5 and need to use a button to load my flv. That button works fine and when the flv finishes it returns me back to the slide with the button on, the problem is the button no longer works when you press it again if you want to see the flv again...help! My flv is set up to not be visible as I want it to be hidden until the button is pressed as it cover my entire slide when it loads. I set it to run for the duration of the clip so it's great when it returns me to my slide but then the button won't make it visible again when you press it. I tried setting the button to enable after show hoping it would reset the button but that doesn't work...as you can see I only know the basics of Captivate!

The issue may be due to the fact that once you've clicked the button its Success criteria has been used. This can be reset by re-entering the slide where the button is located.
So in order to have your video play multiple times, you may need to use a different strategy than your current one. You could try placing the video on a different slide to your button. Set the button click to jump to that slide, and once the video has finished playing, set the OnSlideExit action to jump back to the slide with the button. That way your button gets reset each time ready for another click to launch the video slide.

How to see other events that have clips used in project and not just reference event for a project

In 10.0.9 if you selected a project and then looked at info tab in the inspector you could see the reference event and all events that had used clips in the project. In 10.1 you only see the reference event. So how do you see other events in the library that the project uses clips from?

I see. Yes, that probably should be improved. They removed the function that displayed the used events.
Open the project. Select the library. In the browser in list view, which shows the events in order, select everything. Press right-arrow to open the disclosure triangles. Scroll the list to see what's marked used where. Not great.

Why does clicking the trackpad not work

ORA-06550: line 1, column 45: PLS-00428: an INTO clause is expected in this SELECT statement
Im' completely lost of this. I need it though because my decode statements can grow and shrink depending on the amount of categories I have.
So how do I get the data to fill the chart from the function back into the chart???

Your function stacked_repair is a single row function, which means you will only get one value returned - just like calling sysdate.
So you would need to assign it to a variable preferably using
l_my_value := stacked_repair;or extending your technique
select stacked_repair
into l_my_value
from dual;I don't really have enough context to work out how you want to turn this into a stack bar chart.
Actually, looking at your code, you are constructing some SQL? In that case you just need to place this in your chart source
