How to format data for a custom group

Hi all
I have a pivot table with Actual and Budget as columns and some accounts in the rows. Since I'm using the account hierarchical column, I created custom groups for the accounts using the Selection steps pane. For example, I created a new group called Profit to combine 3 different Profit accounts and display one Profit line.
Now I want to format the data for the Profit group. I right-click on the Profit group, choose to edit the group and click on the Format button on the bottom left corner. I add some formatting, e.g. borders. When I now view the pivot table, borders have been applied to the label of the group - so the word Profit is now bordered. However, the values in the Actual and Budget columns do not have a border. Don't know what I'm missing, but I want both the group label and the values to be formatted the same way.
How can I apply formatting to the data/values for the custom group?

Yeah tried that already, it formats the entire column whereas I need just the values for the Profit row to be formatted. Seems it is a limitation only when using custom groups?

    You can set default value to custom field thru Lookup table. Assign lookup table to custom field and set default value to some lookup value (Note: check the “Choose a value to use as a default when adding new item” checkbox).

    As per my view,,
    You can use one time customer functionality to full fill your requirement.
    When you create sales order with one time customer system take you to the customer data maintanence screen through that you can maintain the one time customer data.
    Same one time customer number you can use for every new order through maintaining different data.

    hi,
    You can assign a credit limit to a group of customers, as well as to an individual customer. If a company has different branches, you would define the credit limit for just one customer in this group (the head office) and this customer account then becomes the credit account.
    Procedure
    To assign a credit account to a branch account, from the Credit Management screen, choose Master data - Change.
    Enter the name of your customer, the corresponding credit control area and select the Status indicator.
    The system displays the Change Customer Credit Management: Status screen.
    Choose the function Edit - Change credit account. In the dialog box that appears, you can enter the credit account (the account number of the customer you are using) to set the credit limit for the entire group.
    After you choose ENTER, the system contains the credit limit of the branch as 0.00. The Credit account field displays the account number of the customer for which the reference credit limit is defined.
    You can only specify a credit account within a credit control area.
    The accumulating total of receivables is recorded both for the reference customer and the "dependent" customer. However, the system checks only against the reference customer as to whether the credit limit has been exceeded.
    When displaying the credit account, you can view which customers are referenced to this account. To do this, from the credit account master data screen, choose Edit - Cust. for credit acct.

    i have a doubt as to how to store the date along with time from my front-end Forms Developer Suite 9i application.
    I am trying to give this kind of statement from SQL-plus:-
    update login_master set last_accessed=to_Char(sysdate,'dd-mon-yy HH:mi:ss')
         where login_ID = :GLOBAL.LOGIN_ID
    but, there is a message which comes like this:-
    ORA-01830 date format picture ends before converting string.
    Also, i want to compare this time stored against time a little later, say after 1 or 2 hrs to get number of minutes.
    How can i do this? I hope, my question is clear. Please help in solving the doubt.

    Dear Ramana,
    There is no setup table for POSCAS and POSREC.This has to be popuated with a BADI Implementation. 
    As of PlugIns 2002_1_470 and 2002_2_470, POS data is update into BW the 2LIS_44_POSREC and 2LIS_43_POSCAS extractors using a BADI. To be able to update data into BW, the relevant implementation for the BADI must be activated in each case. You can activate the implementation in transaction SE19. The implementations are as follows:
    POS_EX_REC_PI2003_1 for extractor 2LIS_44_POSREC
    POS_EX_CAS_PI2003_1 for extractor 2LIS_44_POSCAS
    Once the activation of BADI , create the back ground jobs for the 44 application and the data is pushed into Delta queue and it can be loaded into BI .

    Seems like you are talking of reserving material for sales order. In this case, when the ATP check is run, the stock is automatically reserved for the sales order.
    Reservation can also take place through MB21, where material is reserved for certain purpose.
    If work order is created, it automatically created reservation for the required material.

    You can fill the segment in the sequence in the idoc either parent or child.
    In you case first fill parent segment SEGA next SEGA1. Then you can fill the SEGB.(If segB is deifned as next segment of segA in the idoc structre)

    There is no such function module  to extract data  in one column   , you have to  Convert all the columns data    in one column
    for period   .

    Hi,
    Asset Accounting works with Timestamp mechanism.  No Setup table concept like logistics.  Find the prerequisites for AA extraction.
    For Asset Accounting Delta Extraction you first need to have this BADI - FIAA_BW_DELTA_UPDATE active in the system:

    Sequence of Data Requests
    For summarization of line items by master record characteristics (such as cost center) during posting of ODS objects to Info Cubes, master data must already exist prior to extraction of transaction data.
    Also the following sequence must therefore be kept to during extraction:
    1. 0FI_GL_4 General Ledger: line items (if required)
    2. 0ASSET_ATTR_TEXT Asset sub number (flexible updating)
    3. 0ASSET_AFAB Depreciation area real or derived
    Then the transaction data
    0FI_AA_11 FIAA: transactions and / or
    0FI_AA_12 Posted depreciations (period values)

    Hi,
    To bring the data for the new data source you need to delete the data from setup tables and need to fill up again. before filling up the tables, its better to load the delts for other 11 application components data.
    Your deltas will come from delta queue, by deleting the setup tables, you will not impact your delta loads.
    So just fill up setup tables and run your init package. it will extract the data.
