How to get a Fusion HCM demo version

Hi,
I'm a new Oracle Partner, discovering this great OPN CloudConnection community. We are an ISV who develops a virtual assistant to help/support users of business apps (ERP, CRM, HR...)
A customer of mine is asking us to develop a POC in order to validate that our virtual assistant is correctly integrated with Oracle Fusion HCM.
How to do that ? is there a place, where we could test Fusion HCM ?

Hello,
For Electronics Workbench 5.x you don't need a Release Code, only your Serial Number. If you need the installer please send the request to [email protected], include your Serial Number and contact information.
Have in mind that we no longer support version 5, the installer could fail depending on your operating system.

I uploaded beta version of Firefox. jigzone puzzles download is loading multiple puzzles in the same wiindow maybe 20 or more puzzles at the same time. How doI get rid of the beta version and go back to the previsious versions or correct the problem.

My newspaper downloaded. the download of jigzone puzzle created multiple copies of the puzzle in the same window. I went to safari to see if it was the jigzone website but it downloaded correctly. How do I get rid of the beta version I downloaded this morning or correct this problem. I closed firefox and restarted the computer (IMAX) and problem persisted.

How to get TOP 5 results in version 7.3.4?

I have try to use subquery in a query to get the top 5 result in Oracle version 7.3.4, it seems like not working. Can you please tell me how to get the TOP 5 results with Oracle 7.3.4??
For example,

I don't have that version available to me and I forgot if rownum was already available. See if this works:
select * from (
select category, quantity, rownum rn
from reject
order by quantity desc)
where rn <= 5;
Note that this is not the same as the TOP posibilities in 9i, but you example seems to suggest this should be enough.
Also note that on big tables, this query is performing porely because Oracle first needs to sort all records.

today i made the mistake of downloading the update for itunes, 12 26 12, not realizing i would lose the choice to also burn my purchased music to a cd as well as the nano. can anyone tell me how to get back my previous version so I may continue to make my cds that I play in my vehicle. are there steps I can take to be able to transfer the purchased music to another exterior drive where I can then burn it to a cd, besides the nano? as my name indicates I am just getting too old to keep up with all these changes..

As for moving you itunes library, just copy the entier iTunes storage folder to the exterior drive. user/MyDocuments/Music/iTunes

How to get iphoto on mavericks as version 9.6 needs yosemite

i do not have iphoto on mavricks as 9.6 only works for yosemite. But as yosemite is very slow I reinstalled mavricks so now i dont know how to get a version of Iphoto that is compatible with mavricks.

For Mavericks y0ou nee iPhoto '11 version 9.5.1 - what version did you have before you reinstalled Maverics? You should be able to
reinstall from the original source - probably #3

1 - the restore disks that came with the computer - if it came with CDs and you do not know where they are then contact Apple to see if they can be replaced
or
2 - the iLife DVD that you purchased
or
3 - the app store - log in under the Apple id used to purchase the software or to set up the computer - look under purchases - you might have to unhide or accept the Application first

ICloud - how to get it on older OS versions?

Hi,
I was helping someone tonight with a MacBook Pro, 2GHz Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM, 160GB disk. They are running OSX 10.5.8 aka Leopard.
I had setup iCloud on her PC so the pictures taken from her iPhone and iPad all show on each other.
She's wondering how to get this feature on the MBP.
It looks to me like I'd have to upgrade to Snow Leopard and then upgrade again to Lion, is that correct?
It looks like this MBP is in the specs for Lion but would it be slower or run it just fine? Would I need to upgrade the memory at all?

It will be a LOT slower and you need at least 4GB RAM, despite Apple only saying 2GB.
Also nearly all the 10.5 software will NOT work, so that's another expense for a old machine.

10.6 on the other hand will run most all 10.5 software and NOT need a RAM upgrade AND is the fastest OS X verison yet. Faster than 10.5 OR 10.7!!!

Guess what? 10.8 Mountain Lion is going to be released this summer, a lot of machines won't be able to run it, so again your behind!
10.8 will run a lot of 10.7 software as they are both 64bit OS, it's the 10.6 just to 10.7 that's a real pain on software.
My advice is to upgrade to 10.6.8 on that machine and leave iCloud 10.8 for new hardware.

How do you add a non-demo version of Photokey 6 plug-in in Photoshop CC?

Any thought's on how to access this so I don't have to pay $250 plus for the software? When it the plug-in takes you to Photokey 6, it shows as a demo which a watermark on it. Does the watermark stay?

Of course the watermark stay, that's the goal of a demo, to get you to pay up.
If what you want is a way to get the functionality of the plug-in without paying for it, this is the wrong place to ask. Software piracy is not tolerated around these forums.

How to get rid of an old version of Keychain

I have two versions of Keychain that show up when I look in the system information area. I suspect one is from my old laptop when I did the migration. I have been getting errors saying Keychain is not supported by Lion and I suspect it is because the computer is trying to access the old version. Can anyone tell me how to remove the old app but keep the password info that should be somewhere in this new computer?

How to get Serial No on IDS version 4.x

We have sensors that are physically located at many remote sites with no human on site. They are running IDS Version 4.x, please advise is there a command or way to find the serial number without flying to the remote sites.

With version 4.x most sensors will not show their serial number with any command.
The 4240 and 4255 being newer models do have a "show inventory" command in version 4.x that will show the serial number.
The IDSM-2 and NM-CIDS serial numbers should be viewable through the switch or router in which they are installed. Try the "show module" or "show inventory" commands on the switch or router.
For all other older appliance models (4210, 4215, 4235, 4250) you will need to physically look for the sticker on the box if you are running version 4.x.
In version 5.x the serial number of the sensor was added to the output of "show version". This functionality was added to all sensor models (all appliances and modules) as part of version 5.x.
I am assuming that you are looking for the serial numbers in order to get your contracts up to date and get the licenses for when you upgrade to version 5.0.
The easiest solution at this point is to just wait on getting the serial numbers until you've done the upgrade to 5.0. Then a simple "show version" will give you the serial number.
One concern you might have is that if you upgrade to 5.0 without having the serial number on hand then your sensors might stop working.
This is not the case. When you upgrade from 4.1 to 5.0 the sensor will convert the 4.1 config to 5.0 style config and will continue to work as normal even without a license.
All the license does is control the installation of signature updates on a version 5.0 sensor.
Without a license the signature update would be rejected by the sensor, but all other features on the sensor continue to work just fine.
The best thing to do is upgrade to 5.0 when you are ready, and use "show version" to get the serial number.
Then attempt to get a license for that serial number. If your service contracts are up to date then you should be able to get and apply the new license without a problem
BUT if you do have a problem getting the license, you do have another alternative. You can request a free 60 day Trial License (the Trial License would have to be requested for each sensor serial number).
This will give you an additional 60 days to get your contract up to date and get a full license (the only difference between the full and trial license is the time frame. The trial is only 60 days, the full license is for as long as your service contract).
Something to be aware of.
The service contracts that were purchased for version 4.x or earlier sensors are being converted to new version 5.x service contracts.
Most of these contracts have been converted, but there are still several that are in this conversion process.
Cisco is trying to get these converted as soon as possible, but it may still be a few weeks.
So if you can't get your sensors licensed this may be the issue.
In the meantime we have disabled the license checking in all of our updates. So the updates can be installed on the sensors with a license being required.
We won't be enforcing the license until after we have received word that all version 4.x service contracts have been converted to version 5.x contracts, and users have an opportunity to get their sensors licensed.
So if you upgrade to version 5.0 today, you can install the latest (and next few weeks worth) updates without any license. Once we start enforcing licenses then you can request the Trial License and get an additional 60 days of updates.
This hopefully will give you plenty of time to get the serial numbers, get your service contracts in order, and get your sensors licensed.

How to get PO modifications when no version history exists

I want to get the fields names where PO has been modified, my PO doesn't not contain any history version, so no use to use BBP_PROCDOC_GET_DIFF.
Where can I get the modifications? Any table or module function?
I found the MF BBP_CHANGE_DOC_GENERAL, but it returns the description fields, not technical fields.
I'm working with SRM 3.0.

Ok for cdhdr and cdpos. But it doesn't really solves my problem.
I want to add something in the Badi BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI. And i want to know during modification of the PO which field is beeing changed. So i would like to user something like BBP_PROCDOC_GET_DIFF.
If i check in CDHDR and CDPOS, i have the last modifications, i don't have the actual modifications at the moment of the modification of PO.

How to build demo versions with Labview ?

is it possible to design Labview applications in a kind,
that it is possible to generate "demo versions" of it ? Demo version in the means of feature-limited crippled versions of a full instrumentation software, where SOME hardware access is denied, but you can load and view and analyse data.
Of course it might be useful to compile this demo version with the Labview Application Builder,
What might be the business modell for demo versions:
A hardware manufacturer creates a Labview application which controls the manufacturer's components, and allows instrumentation and data recording. The application is not free but sold for extra money.
As pre-sales benifit, the manufacturer would like to send the (compiled) Labview application to future customers.
Now the problem is, that the customer has not (all) the external devices or PCI/USB devices,
on the other hand the hardware manufacturer does not want to give the "full application" as gilft to the customers.
Now with traditional software development with C++, Java, C#,
either a demo version is gained from the full version by replacing some module with hardware access by modules wth "empty" function body or with function body which return constant values instead of accessing the hardware.
In the world of process industry, usual process control systems may supply "alternative" values if the original device is not available.
What kind of software structure must I build with Labview, to do the same ?
Now the problem with Labview applications is
Labview applications depend on drivers. Drivers depend on hardware.
So if the FULL commercial version of the Labview program accesses a DAQmx driver, GPIB driver or any other hardware driver by a VI,
and often this means that a special manufacturer VI is used in the Labview program which does the actual hardware access,
how to modify the software to make a demo version
a) so that IF the customer buys the hardware and gets the hardware driver, he still does not have the full version
b) so if the customer neither has the hardware nor the driver, he still can run the Labview software and load an view data, push buttons, can execute menu items even can manipulate data ect, can use the manufacturer's VI
Unfortunately, it is no solution just to delete "some" of the VIs with hardware access from the distribution of the demo version, as this just causes error messages during the loading of the (compiled) Labview demo application.

are indeed at least a part of what I wanted.
Anyhow, as such "suspended" VIs are often the *source* of signals,
so there must be an addtional method how to provide "alternative" signals for the demo version,
which does not make the administration / further development the full version too complicated...
For example: The VI for an external signal generator device is disabled, but alternatively it would be nice if the users of the demo version can get a fixed sinus signal instead...
How to do that with Labview and the "Conditional Disable and Diagram Disable Struktures",
and can I test this all even without Labview Application Builder, in the full development system ( so that I don´t need the compiler for frequent checking ) ?
Btw, with what version was this "Conditional Disable and Diagramm Disable" feature introduced ? Is ist already available with Labview 7.0, /.1 ?
