How to get a true "full screen" view without the edit tools? The help manual promises such a view.
How do I get a true "full screen" view in the new version of Iphoto without the edit tools showing? Weirdly enough, the help manual promises such a "full" view, which was always available in my earlier version of Iphoto.
Thanks, in advance.
Click on the Edit button to get into Edit mode. Click on it again to come out of edit mode.

How to get out of full screen mode in Firefox
Have tried to get out of full screen mode by pressing F11 and f11 and esc but nothing works. any suggestions?
Shift-CMD-F toggles full screen off and on in Fx. Also, if you've put the Full Screen icon in the Firefox Toolbar, bring the mouse cursor up to the top of the screen. This will reveal the toolbar and you can click on the icon to return to normal.
Get the icon from View>Toolbars>Customize. Drag it into the Toolbar somewhere.

How to get back to Full Screen View?
I have been opening images of one of my iPhoto albums in Full Screen View adding four or five more images from the thumbnails row to see them simultaneously. So they appeared in a smaller size to fit the screen. But now whenever I want to open one of the images of this album in Full Screen View they only show in the smaller size in the Full Screen View window. I cannot get them back to real Full Screen size. Is there a simpel button that I have overlooked or what else could be the problem? Thanks for any help.
MoriaanYes I have, the slider can go to the max, the image becomes bigger but does not go to the full Full Screen View. When I try an other image from this same album the same thing happens again, in a flash it opens big (full screen) but instantly goes to a smaller size. Even though I open only one image it takes on the size as though it had to share the full screen with five other images. However if I open an image from a different album everything works oke, I press the Full Screen View button and I get the full screen as it should be. Only this particular album where I opened several images in one Full Screen View before gives this problem.

ITunes: how to get out of "full screen" mode in Lion?
running Lion for the first time - I hit some kind of a a wrong button on iTunes, and it went into some kind of goofy full screen mode. How do I get it back to the original mode?
You must have tripped over the double-headed arrow symbol at the right end of the menu bar. To get back, slide your cursor to the top of the screen to display the menu bar and slide right to the double-headed arrow (now enclosed in blue) at the right end of the menu bar.

How to get rid of full screens that won't go away.
I was using my MacBook Pro with my tv through HDMI. I made a window full screen on my tv ( I was using Blender 3D software and the window on the tv was the same application I had on my screen). When I unplugged the HDMI the full screen window on my tv went onto my MacBook. The problem is that the window from the tv is now full screen on my computer, and there are no options in the tool bar to minimize it. When ever I open this file that window pops up along with the window that was on my screen. It creates lag and I need to get rid of it. I need this file. Please help!
There are 3 ways to exit a fullscreen app:
Escape key
Command+Control+F
Hover the cursor at the top of the screen until the menu bar drops down then clcik the Arrow icon on the top right.
Have you tried plugging it back into the TV? -
How to get out of full screen mode
This can't be difficult but for me it is annoying. It would probably help to know how I got here in the first place
It would help to give us more information about your computer. If you can, use EtreCheck Etresoft: EtreCheck to generate a system report and paste it in a response here.
Does this happen with other apps, or just chrome?
Try a safe boot (restart, hold down shift until you see the Apple logo). If this eliminates the symptom, then you know the problem is with some third-party software you have installed. Mac OS X: What is Safe Boot, Safe Mode? -

How to show dock in full screen mode
Hello,
I'm wondering how to get the dock to show up temporarily in full screen mode. When I place my cursor near the bottom of the screen in a full screen app, the dock doesn't pop up. Is this normal and if so, how do I switch between full screen apps without using gestures on the mouse? I'm really hoping that this is a bug.
ThanksAlternatively you can use the same principle anywhere on the screen, you do not have to scroll to the bottom. Simply move the cursor to the screen edge where your dock is then move the cursor the same direction again. You do have to briefly pause between the two movements but you can do this anywhere the dock is located, it does not have to be at one position on the screen. That should speed things up a bit and prevents the dock from appearing by inadvertently scrolling to the side or the bottom.
If you can, get a Magic Trackpad, Lion navigation works very well with one of these, I think that the days of the mouse are numbered. The numbers of gestures available with the Magic Trackpad is extensive in Lion. -

How do I get out of "full screen mode" on my tablet?
I don't know how I got into full screen mode first of all and I can not figure out how to get out of full screen mode. I have a tablet, my toolbar with the menu symbol is missing at the top and the bar at the bottom is missing. I don't have any keys with "F" features, so I can't press F11. Does anyone else have this problem? I have windows 8.
Argh. There aren't many things more frustrating than an app hogging your entire screen.
Do you have a compact keyboard? If so, there should be a key labelled ''fn'' and another key which is labelled ''F11'' (maybe in blue writing). Try holding down fn and press the F11 key.
Alternatively touching or swiping right at the very top of the screen should reveal Firefox's toolbar - you can press the [[Image:New Fx Menu]] at the top right and then select ''full screen'' to shrink Firefox back down to size.
Hope those ideas help! :) -

How can I create a full-screen view of Keynote slide in Snow Leopard?
How can I create a full-screen view of my Keynote slides in Snow Leopard?
I'm going to be importing into ScreenFlow to create a video.
Thank you!!Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
Do you want static screen captures or motion video of slides as titles, bullet points, and the like are presented?
Run the Keynote slide presentation in full-screen mode, then...
Static full-screen captures - use Command+Shift+3.
Static partial-screen captures - use Command+Shift+4 and use cursor to select the area of the screen to capture.
If you want motion video as builds occur, why not use Keynote's built-in Share, Export function?
(I'm on iLife '09.)
Also understand that the default slide format for Keynote is 1024x768, not full-screen MacBook 1280x800 screen size, so you'll have wide black borders unless you change the default size or crop the finished screen captures.

Button "Service Selection" in ML81N doesn't appear
After introducing the PO and creating the SES, the button "Service Selection" is missing, so I can't continue doing the SES. This happens only in DEV, but not in QAS and PROD. I believe it has nothing to do with customizing. Thanks.
