How to get addresses to autofill in calendar invitations?

When I create an event in Calendar on my iPhone, I can send it to invitees. I type in a few letters, and I get a selection from my Contacts -- same as typing in the To: field of an email.
When my wife sends a calendar event from her iPhone, she gets no autofill for the address. She types in phil, and my address does not appear, for example. Her mail program on the iPhone fills in addresses normally.
How can I get her Calendar address fields to act smart and do autofill?

Ok It seems not just a problem of 24 hour time appointments that won't sync but all appointments I make on my iphone in calendar won't sync to calendar on my mac?

In SD, how to get address etc. for a commercial Partner via ADDNR

Hello all,
I am new to SD (and new to ABAP for that matter) so have a lot to learn. I am to write a report program to produce a list of documents containing information about commercial partners and their full address. That is to say, town, country, postal code etc... Now here is a question in three parts:
1) Where and in what table do I find address information about a commercial partner (SD module)?
2) Is there a standard function module where I can supply it with the address number and get all the address and perhaps some other info in return?
3) I tried to understand the standard SAP program (i.e. FFP2) as to how it gets the partner address and other info. But very quickly I got lost in transfers between includes, programs, screens, sub screens, function calls, etc... The program seems to read the data from some mysterious table INTO a structure and then display it on the screen. Now, for future references, how do you figure out the source of information for a screen field when the field it is mapped onto a structure and not a real table?

Hello,
With the help of ADRNR, you can go to ADRC table and get all the address information you need.
If you are trying to get address for a particular partner, then 1st get the ADRNR for that partner from VBPA and then go & check in ADRC table.

How to get reminders for shared iCloud-calendar on iOS?

Hi there,
Does anyone know how to get reminders to work for shared iCloud-calendar in iPhone?
I "own" the calendar and have shared it with my whife and she has full acces to it.
We use the calendar for events that we both wan't to have reminders for but we can't get it to work!
If I create an event I get the reminder but not my whife and the same if she creats the event, then I don't get any reminder.
I checked in icloud.com and there are no reminders set in the event that she creted!
I have a 4s with iOS6 and my whife have a 3Gs that runs iOS5 (latest).

I think you're seeing a limitation of Apples sharing of calendars. It seems Apple may even be moving away from any sharing. If you use the Reminder program for shared todo lists the only option for sharing now is the app in Mountain lion. Once shared it can been seen on all devices but the fact you can no longer initiate sharing from iCloud or an iOS device is not good news for sharing.
Seems very un Apple like not to have the best method for sharing this stuff. I have found it incredibly useful for my wife and I. I have put in feedback requesting better sharing and would encourage anyone needing this stuff to do the same.
As a side note the 3GS can be updated to ios 6. Seems to run well on my 3 gs.

Can't figure out how to delete addresses that autofill in the Mail To field

Can't figure out how to delete addresses from the address book that will automatically fill in an address after typing a few letters of a name. Quite a few people have changed their email address but I sometimes inadvertenly choose an old address just because I can't delete it.

Assuming you're using Apple Mail, you take those old addresses out of the Previous Recipients list. When in Mail, go to the Window menu, then Previous Recipients. Edit this list, it's everyone you've sent mail to, not just address book people.
Alternatively, when composing a mail message and seeing those old addresses, you should be able to click & hold over the name and a list of actions should appear, including "remove from previous recipients list" if they are not in your address book.

Using AppBuilder, how to get addressability to Radio buttons???

Trying top test is any of the Radio Buttons have been selected? When I press the "Test Connection" button and go into the Event method, I am tryiing to get addressability to the see if any of the Radio Buttons where pressed?

How do I choose which email address to send a calendar invite from?

I use iCalendar for business. I don't want to send company calendar invites with my personal @.mac account. Years ago I had a Bberry and could choose which email address to send it from while creating a meeting in the calendar. Is this not possible with Apple Technology?

Open Mail app. Click where it says mail on the upper left corner of the screen, choose preferences choose accounts tab on the top then select the account you don't want anymore and click the - button at the bottom.

How do I accept or decline a calendar invitation in iOS8 without sending a response?

This specific scenario is Exchange 2013 and iOS8.
I want to be able to accept/decline/tentative in response to a calendar invitation from my iPhone without sending a response to the inviter.
I do not think Exchange probably has anything to do with it, but that is the set up.

Decline a call and send it directly to voicemail. Do one of the following:
Press the Sleep/Wake button twice quickly.
Press and hold the center button on your headset for about two seconds. Two low beeps confirm that the call was declined.
Tap Decline (if iPhone is awake when the call comes in).
Respond with a text message instead of answering. Tap Message and choose a reply or tap Custom. To create your own default replies, go to Settings > Phone > Respond with Text, then tap any of the default messages and replace it with your own text.
Remind yourself to return the call. Tap Remind Me and indicate when you want to be reminded.

How do I get my option to send calendar invites back?

I got my iphone 5 and was able to create a calendar event and send invitation to this event to people without any issues. However, after synching my phone for the first time on itunes (I did not synch it as a new phone so that ) the option to send an invitation from my calender is no longer avaiable. How do I get this option back?

I have added custom dates to contacts in IPhone - but only the primary birthday and anniversary show in calendar on phone. Is there any way of showing additional dates in calendar?????

jins72, no offense meant i guess somehow the addition of anniversary dates is appearing in your calendar and you are striving to get the other dates to show up in your calendar. For me only the birthdate is showing but not the anniversary dates. We are working on getting that resolved

I need to filter the data between two periods dynamically . The date calendar here works differently(ex:-Date 26-Aug-2014 will fall in period 7 which is last date and 27-Aug-2014 will fall in period 8 and it is first date of period 8),so I cannot go
with system date period/Month. Date Hierarchy is like YEAR,QUARTER,PERIOD ,WEEK and DAY.
I cannot use SSRS for passing parameter. Requirement is to extract last 2 period of data dynamically in Power Pivot with MDX.

What it is doing is multiplying Day by the current date, which returns a set of one date with cardinality of (Date,Day). The Extract is pulling out just the datehierarchy Day. the the Tail() is getting it and the previous day.

I have a drag and drop APEX Calendar , and everything is working just fine , under this calendar i decided to add a flash report , who is showing the current month work ,
and who is refreshing each time i add a new work in my calendar : my question is , is there a method to call to get the month the calendar is displaying ? Because when i change my calendar to an older month i need the flash report to change too so i can displayed the information from the month the calendar is displaying

How to get address book contacts into my LG CX8600?

Hi all,
I am brand new at this Bluetooth game, so I need maybe some extra help. I am trying to copy selected contacts from my address book over to my cell. Isync recognizes the device, but says it’s not supported.
However, when I export a contact as a .vcf file, it gets into my cell..., one contact at a time. This is very tedious, also an awful lot of ‘;;;;’ get inserted, I suppose all the fields that my LG CX8600 doesn’t understand.
Is there a way to ‘massage’ a number of contacts into one file?

Most LG phones are not compatible with iSync, as LG does not include the required industry standard syncing protocols in most of their phones. Also LG do not support Mac users with their own syncing software.
Many phones only support one contact per vCard, so if that's true of the CX8600 then you have no choice but to send them individually.
If you drag multiple contacts from Address Book to the desktop it will create a single vCard containing multiple contacts, which you can try sending to the phone. It may only see the first one though.
Also, try changing the vCard format to v2.1 in Address Book preferences. Some phones only support the older format.

What should I do to get the national holidays to my N97 phone calendar? I do not use any PC calendar software except for Nokia PC Suite (thus not Outlook). Shouldn't there be a software package available to get the holidays?
Previously I did use Outlook to synch the holidays from there, but that resulted in duplicates and offset holidays due to time zone errors (holidays starting at 23:00). I do not use Outlook for anything today, thus I would not like to take that course.
Any solution available?

What email client are you using: iPhoto or Mail? If it's iPhoto you will have to open your Address Book separately and copy and paste the addresses into the iPhoto email template.
If you're using Mail then the email addresses are available from the Photo Browser button in the upper right hand corner of the email window:
