You can use the FM:CRM_CENTRALPERSON_GET
pass the input parameter IV_USERNAME as the user name
You can get the result in the export parameter EV_NAME as user's first name last name

You can determine business partner assigned to organization by using PDP.
When you assign partner to organization, in relationship tab of partner we notice relationship of "is employee responsible".
we can use this relation to determine patner assigned to org
Step 1: Define partner function
Step 2: Define Access Sequence..Here use "BP relationship" and specify the partner function that you are going to determine from organization.
Step 3: Define PDP
Step 4: Goto business partner relationship and select maintained sales org and your partner function.
Your pdp will be able to determine partner assigned to organization.

Hi Kamakshi,
I do not which FM can do the trick. But you can build your own FM by searching table swiwiobjct, provide below data:
- objtype = 'BUS2121'
- objkey = shopping cart number
- wi_stat = COMPLETED
- wi_rh_task = TS10007991 (or other tasks to set SC status to released)
Then the value(s) of field wi_aagent should be the user ID of approver.

now How to link the Business Partner with the SAP User ID.

Maintain the business partner in role Internet User - BUP005.
Now assign the existing user to this BP .(you can make this assignment in tab "internet user'. Just enter the user name in the field User and save).
You can now see the link in table HRP1001.

There is no relationship between reports and business areas. Each report can be built from many folders. Each folder can be in many business areas.
However you can try the following SQL which may give you the result you want for an v5 EUL. You will have to modify for Discoverer 4 EUL:

I have a requirement to call the business logic either in local server / external server.
Local / External server
The original / main request is made to the server from the client and from the server if the main request requires some resource (second request from server side) available in the external server then I need to make a URL connection. If the requested resource is the local resource then I need to by-pass the HTTP call. In BO 6.5 I was able to query the repository using an Oracle query to get details about the classes, property(s) and property data value(s). I'm using the following query:

I'm wondering what is the equivalent methods/objects using BO Java SDK in Webi XI R3 to get the same information. I use the above information to delete the prompts for which user has not provided a value.

InetAddress.getLocalHost().getHostName() will get you the name of the computer the code is executed on. If that isn't the "domain name" then perhaps you could give more detail about what "domain" you are trying to find the name of.

How to get business partner from premise?

I'm looking for a way to get the business partner (but000-partner) from a premise number (evbs-vstelle). I tried FM ISU_FINDER but he cannot find a business partner for the object.
Can someone tell me another function module, table connections or at least sap transactions with which I can do it?

or you can try this path:
you have EVBS-VSTELLE (Premise)
get the EANL-ANLAGE(Installtion) from VSTELLE
each Installtion have one Contract so
get EVER-VERTRAG(Contract) from ANLAGE
Now you can get the Contarct Account from Contract.
get FKKVK-VKONT(Contract Account Number) from VKONTO of EVER.
Now you can get BP Number from Table (FKKVKP-GPART ) .
use this if you not able to find any FM or BAPI , because its not a efficient way .

Hi Utkarsh:
Well, there's a variety of issues that could be causing this.
It could be your pernr is simply missing a valid infotype 6. A BP needs infotype 0,1,2 and 6 at a minimum to be generated.
It could be a problem with your actual Business Partner configuration. It would be good to see if you can generate a BP from scratch on your own using transaction BP. That will tell you if your BP config has any issues.
It could be a problem with tax jurisdictions in VERTEX or some geocode tables that need refreshing from client 000. It's hard to say from here. The lower left hand corner of the screen when you hit the 'synchronize' button should tell you why a BP wasn't generated.
Let me know what you get when you create a BP through transaction BP. Then let me know what the bottom left hand corner of HR_SYNC_PERSON says after you synchronize.
