How to get download icon on toolbar?

my toolbar is really starnge because i have lost my dowload icon from it and now i cant download anything i have also lost the icone on the far left (the very 1st icon) it still works but the image/icon is no longer there its just a space

To reset the Toolbar in the Finder go to View menu > Customize Toolbar... and drag the default set to the toolbar.
The Downloads ƒ is usually in the Sidebar and the Dock but not normally in the Toobar. Still you can customize this as you see fit.
1. For the Sidebar in the Finder go to Finder menu > Prefernces > and check Documents:
2. Toolbar. In the Finder open a window where you can see the Downloads ƒ (it's located in Macintosh HD > Users > <yourname> > Downloads) then drag this icon to anywhere in the Toolbar.
3. Dock. In the Finder open a window where you can see the Downloads ƒ (it's located in Macintosh HD > Users > <yourname> > Downloads) then drag this icon to the Dock anywhere right of the dashed line.

2. Customization screen will open then you will see the arrow on the customization screen.

How do I get rid of bing toolbar from my Mac using Forefox. It is so annoying. Even though my home page and search engine is Google every time I open a new tab the bing toolbar appears taking up screen space. I have found all sorts of solutions on the web but they are all for PCs. Can anyone help?

You may have installed the "Trovi," "Conduit," or "SearchProtect" ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it.
Back up all data before making any changes.
Besides the files listed in the linked support article, you may also need to remove these files in the same way:

One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, then you may have one of the other kinds of adware covered by the support article. Follow the rest of the instructions in the article.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. Chances are you got it from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. The button is designed to confuse people who intend to download something else on the same page. If you ever download a file that isn't obviously what you expected, delete it immediately.
"SearchProtect" may be distributed along with two other applications: "MacKeeper," which is a scam, and "ZipCloud," which, if not actually a scam, has a dubious reputation. Ask if you need instructions to remove those items.
In the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences, select the General tab. The radio button marked Anywhere should not be selected. If it is, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, then select one of the other buttons. After that, don't ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown developer.
Still in System Preferences, open the App Store or Software Update pane and check the box marked
Install system data files and security updates (OS X 10.10 or later)
or
Download updates automatically (OS X 10.9 or earlier)
if it's not already checked.

Missing download icon from toolbar

The download icon (not folder) on the safari toolbar (next to reader) disappeared. This happened after completing a software update through App Store.
I tried to reinsert it by using the "customize toolbar" option, but it disappeared from there too. How can I bring back?

It is no longer there in this version. I have no idea why, but that is the case.

Here Is How To Get FCE Icons For Use In Projects etc.

A few months ago RyanManUtd wanted an FCE icon to use in a project.
I managed to provide one after much fiddling but it was not perfect.
I have now discovered how to save an icon in seconds which is near-perfect and can be superimposed easily.
To get the icons simply ctrl-click the FCE icon in the Applications folder (not the Dock) and select "Show Contents".
Open the Contents folder and you will find several FCE icons. Double-click them to open them in Preview and select the largest.
Then choose File>Save As, and make sure you save it as a PNG file with transparency.
You can then superimpose it over anything in your projects or in Photoshop like this:-
Most other apps have similar icons.

But I don't know how to get the BlueTooth cursor to stay put and not move! I tried clicking the right side of my BlueTooth mouse and that makes the cursor stay still, but it is hard to click that right click without also pushing the left side of the mouse to make a left click.
Never in my life have I ever used any click buttons on my mouse.
Anyhow, when I did the clumsy right click on my mouse and went to Edit there was NO OPTION TO CREATE A STILL FRAME! ¿Qué pasa here?

How do I download firefox ebay toolbar?

I'm trying to download the ebay toolbar specific to firefox, but it goes in my downloads, and then I click on it and nothing happens- doesn't appear to be activating

The eBay toolbar on the eBay site is for Internet Explorer on Windows only. Is this what you were trying to install ([http://pages.ebay.com/ebay_toolbar/])
eBay do have a sidebar for Firefox which is available from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/5202/

How to get PDF icons out of Word Toolbar??

Hello all,
I installed photoshop CS2, and now I cant seem to get the "make pdf" icons out of the toolbar.
I went into the toolbar options in word and de-selected "Adobe acrobat PDF maker" which removes them for that session. But the next time I restart Word they are right back where they were before!
Any ideas??

The next time you launch Acrobat 6, you will get an error message asking to repair PDFMaker. Uncheck PDFMaker, check Don't show this again, and click Continue. That is the end of the annoyance.

This procedure will reset the state of LaunchPad to its default. Any customization that you did will be removed.
Back up all data.
Triple-click the line below to select it:

Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select

from the contextual menu.* A folder should open. Inside it are one or more files with long names ending in ".db". Move those files to the Desktop, leaving the folder open.
