How to get folders/icons in all finder areas to have the same size?

I'm trying to make the icons in all areas of my finder appear a larger size. I've managed to make this happen by going into view/view options, but it seems to change it only for that window. If I go into a different window they are the "default" size of smaller.
How do I change it so that all windows open in the same look/feel?

no. if you do this in one folder and use "set as defaults" it should apply to all folders no matter where they are located. delete the file homefolder/library/preferences/com.apple.finder.plist, control-option-click on Finder in the dock and choose "relaunch". this will reset your finder preferences. try setting default view options again.

Older Macs with a single Harddrive would simply expand OS management on the drive, and I think I understand the new Fusion Drive to do just that, but how do I get this product that I spent a great deal of money on to be more than a pretty screen?

OS X manages ram and when you run out, it create swapfiles to extend your ram on the HDD (Hard Disk Drive). The OS itself, takes about 16 gig of space and that too resides on the HDD. Your 16 gig of RAM is really a temporary space that holds things from the HDD so the processor can work on them. There is no design flaw between your ram and HDD. Something else is going on and there are a lot of smart people here to help you figure out what that "something else" is.
I would do three things. First I would create a backup, backups are important. Second, I would reboot into recovery and repair my HDD. Lastly while still booted in recovery I would repair permissions.

The only thing I can see strange is that when I login my iCloud account through my principal email address, when I check my preferences is marked an @me.com address that is old and I don't use it anymore, but I can't erase it or even change it.

Look the dock connector on your iPod. Look for abnormalities like bent or corred contacts, foreign material and cracked/broken plastic.
Try:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears..
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod

How to get rid of mutiple events showing in calenders for the same event

How do you get rid of mutiple events that show up in your calender of the same event. It doesn't matter what kind of event it is whether personel or yearly holiday it shows up mutiple times in the month view, list view. I've gone through and deleted events manually and said for all future events but this is time consuming, because you have to do it for each event. Is there a qicker way of getting this done? Also just an off note I found out that my bluetooth headsets stop ringing throught the ear piece like they did before the upgrade, any insight into this?

If I understand your question correctly...
try the following
from Sources, choose the greyed out streaming library that you want to be rid of...in your case, make sure it is the right one, since they both have the same name.
You should get a screen that says "Library Unavailable" with 2 menu choices below that, "OK" and "Disconnect from iTunes".
Choose disconnect from iTunes and the library should be gone from your Sources.

What I need to know is "how" I can separate or rather create another Apple ID for my son-who is currently using "my Apple ID?" If there is a way to let him keep "all" his info on his phone (eg-contacts, music, app's, etc.) without doing a "reset?') Somehow I need to go into his phone's setting-create a new Apple ID and possibly a new password so he can still use our combined iCloud & Itunes account?
Also then letting me take back my Apple ID & password, but again allowing us (my son and I) to use the same iCloud & Itunes account? Does that make more sense??? Is this possible with all devices registered with the same Apple ID. It is just easier for find my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air and for purchasing Apps. Create Apple IDs for everyone individually and use that in Settings > Facetime, Settings > Messages, Settings > Game Center but keep the Apple ID used for app and content purchases in Settings > iTunes and App Stores

Sounds like you actually paying for cellular service and you really need to be on wifi to backup your ipad/iphone.
Normally you have to be connected to wifi and you can do manual backup by going to Settings- icloud- storage and backup and pressing backup now button. Start with your ipad, usually size of the backup smaller and return here if you encounter a problem.

How to check if two or more controls/indicators have the same name/label in LabView?

LabView does not show any rror if I name two controls with exactly the same name. It can be confusing. I am using LabView 6.1.

Some people like the fact that you can name things the same. Some even want to be able to have two VIs with the same name in memory at the same time. (Scoping rules to follow in future LabVIEWs.) You can write a small program that lists out the names of all the controls and indicators in a VI using the VI server property nodes. Oh, OK I'll give you an example. (See attached)
