How to get handoff from mac to iOS to work properly

I have MBP late 2012, and can send SMS text messages from Mac, send and receive phone calls from Mac, however, cannot use handoff with Mail, Messages, Safari, and the like. Tried all restarting, re-logging in, etc. No help.
Any suggestions?
Handoff works perfectly between iPhone 6 and iPad Air. But not between my iOS device and MBP.

I Got everything to work properly by signing out of iCloud on iOS device and then signing back in, restarting, then shutting off Bluetooth and then back on on both MBP and ios device. But, if you have two iOS devices, make sure that one iOS device Bluetooth is turned off until your MacBook Pro is recognizing handoff with the second iOS device. Then, you can turn the first iOS device Bluetooth back on.

Make sure Settings > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photo Library (Beta) = "Off"
Then sync your iPhone using iTunes and make sure your sync settings for photos are set correctly in iTunes.

What kind of document?
iWork documents (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) can be saved to iCloud and opened by the corresponding apps on the iPhone.
PDFs can be transferred via iTunes or Dropbox and read using an application such as Goodreader.

I am looking for a f. module to get the list of users from specific Organizational Unit and with specific worker's subgroup.
I found f. module SWI_GET_USERS_OF_ORG_UNIT but it seems not working and only returns the users, how can I narrow the selection to get only from specific worker's subgroup?

Try with FM RH_STRUC_GET with following parameters:
ACT_OTYPE = O
ACT_OBJID = worker's subgroup
ACT_WEGID = SBESX
Most important is to specify OBJID as the workers's subgroup, values for the others parameters may vary.

How do I make it so iWork docs don't have to reformat from Mac to iOS?
When I edit docs and spreadsheets on my Mac with OSX Mountain Lion with documents in iCloud, they have to be reformatted when I go to open them on my iPad or iPhone. This is minor annoyance but an annoyance nonetheless. Is there a way to format docs on the Mac so this does not take place?

Change the music video's *Media Type* to Video. To do this, right->click on the music video and choose *Get Info* and then head over to the Options tab. There you will see the *Media Type* option with a drop down list. This will move the music video to your Videos/Movies.

It sounds like you destroyed your boot partition and the recovery partition. Depending on it's age, your MacBook Air might be able to do a net boot. Plug and ethernet connection into it and attempt to boot. If it has the right firmware, it will find a net boot configuration on the net and boot that. Then it will give you a Recovery Partition like display and allow you to reinstall the OS X version that came with it.... assuming that it was Lion or ML. If your computer came with Snow Leopard, then even the net boot won't work.
At that point you need a bootable USB Key, or an external DVD drive AND a Snow Leopard installation DVD.
An Apple Store, if there is one nearby, MAY be able to get you going again. However, whatever is on the SSD now will be toast too.

That will not work!
You cannot copy or migrate Adobe applications from computer to computer. There are a whole host of files in different locations which have to be installed, and copying will not do it.
In fact, you'll now have to use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the mess you created. You can get to it here:

There are several ways you can pull the music off your iPod and onto iTunes.
There is a very direct method, which I personally prefer, but there are also numerous third party applications, which will help you accomplish the task as well. well to be 100% technical, no you didn't but that aside, it good to know there are ways for people to transfer music into the default apps without iTunes, if they have a need.
I tend to use 3rd party apps for documents, like your mentioned iExplorer etc, which are handy.
I see from a search the two "apps" you mentioned are not iOS apps, which I had assumed, SyncPod and FreeSync are apps for your computer, that would explain their access to the default Music/Video apps.
I had wondered how Apple had allowed iOS apps in the store that could get around the sandboxing in iOS of apps.
