How to get Item-Code wise stock quantity and value for a previous date

Dear Sir,
As per the government legal requirement , we are required to furnish a list for items having stock as on a date ( date is not the current date but it is some past date) and in the list we need to provide material wise stock quantity and value .
We can generate a list for the current date , but do not know how to get it for a previous date .
We request you to kindly guide us about such a list .

You can use MB5B table as suggested earlier.also you can use:
MBEW-VMKUM --> stock for previous month period
MBEW-VJKUM --> stock for previous year period

In BI SD how to get Sales Document wise Order Delivery and balance Quantity

We are on the verge of SAP BI implementation. We are facing a problem as in BI we have to
show Sales Order wise - Order Quantity then associated all the deliveries and the Quantity delivered
and finally Billed Quantity
Format Required is
Order No Order Qty Delivery Qty Billed Qty
We are using 0sd_c03 cube here Order , delivery and Billing come as separate Line items
Now bringing them to one line item is a chellange for us

Hi,
Merging of Order, delivery and billing information is not so easy.
In ECC we have a new datasource for Open order quntity against delivery available check those datasources once may be useful.

--> This datasouce provides information regarding order qty, delivered qty and status. But no billing related information available.
--> Pull billing information into a separate datasource and merge using sales doc no (with reference doc no in billing). to get billing related info.
--> Multiple orders can be billed together, so distribution may not be correct. check ...

KF's Unrestricted stock quantity and value coming wrong

Dear All, 
 
I have this serious issue that in the stock overview report the KF's unrestricted stock value and quantity are not coming correct. 
Receipt issue quantity are correct. 
 
Where in i checked the data in the cube for that particular month in production and development and they are same. 
 
I reconciled with r3 too. 
 
I am not able to crack this issue and as far as i know i guess these figures are calculated at runtime but how and why they are wrong i am clueless. 
The same are coming right in development system. 
 
Also i have compressed the BF and UM initialization without marker update. 
 
Also the deltas without marker update. 
 
Is this an issue?? 
 
Any help pls !!!

How to get NFC SE SIM...and when for the 1028

I am trying to figure out how and where to get my NFC SE SIM card that is supposed to be a free upgrade. Any help?
Also, is it true the 1028 will be on VZW soon? If so I'm sending the 928 back to Amazon and upgrading; it's ** that it has NFC and cannot be used for payments, even though it came with the wallet app.

Custom Report for the Stock and Stock value for a specific date

Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there any SAP standard t-code or any logic to get the transcations (additions (for example: Purchases) and subtractions (Sales) to the inventory) for a particular materials in a plant and with Total Stock and also Total Stock value when that particular transaction happened?
Our system is R/3 4.7
I looked at the MB5B, MBCE, MBCA, MC44, MB51 and some other standard T-codes but could not find the total stock value at the time of Transaction happened.
The history tables MBEWH and MARDH are updated after the month end closing procedures, right, which means I will have the inventory value changing every month if material has Price "S".

Unfortunately, you cannot see in a single tcode the value of stock and stock quantity on a specific date. As you yourself have pointed out, we only have to make use of the history table MBEWH, MARDH for the month wise stock quantity and value. Along with that you should also make use of the table MBEW to take teh stock quantity and value. So the total value of stock on a particular date will be
Stock qnty = MBEWH value until the previous month (for teh specific valuation class, period etc) + MBEW value for the present date.
But this will nto work out if you want to find out teh stock quantity and stock value on a past date basis. For past data, only m onthwise data is available. For this anyway you can refer to MC.1 and so on reports.

How can I modify the item's in stock quantity via DI?

I have a form which needs to adjust items in stock quantity (OITW.OnHand). I tried using StockTaking object, but it only changed the Counted quantity (OITW.Counted). I had to access the SBO client menu Initial Quantities, Inventory Tracking and Stock Posting to reconcile the inventory. How can I implement the same function through DI?

How to get items from a list that has more items than the List View Threshold?

I'm using SharePoints object model and I'm trying to get all or a subset of the items from a SharePoint 2010 list which has many more items than the list view threshold (20,000+) using the SPList.GetItems() method. However no matter what I do the SPQueryThrottledException
always seems to be thrown and I get no items back.
I'm sorting based on the ID field, so it is indexed. I've tried setting the RowLimit property on the SPQuery object(had no effect). I tried specifying the RowLimit in the SPQuerys ViewXml property, but that still throws a throttle exception. I tried using the
ContentIterator as defined here:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.office.server.utilities.contentiterator.aspx,
but that still throws the query throttle exception. I tried specifying the RowLimit parameter in the ProcessListItems functions, as suggested by the first comment here:http://tomvangaever.be/blogv2/2011/05/contentiterator-very-large-lists/,
but it still throws the query throttle exception. I tried using GetDataTable instead, still throws query throttle exception. I can't run this as admin, I can't raise the threshold limit, I can't raise the threshold limit temporarily, I can't override the lists
throttling(i.e. list.EnableThrottling = false;), and I can't override the SPQuery(query.QueryThrottleMode = SPQueryThrottleOption.Override;). Does anyone know how to get items back in this situation or has anyone succesfully beaten the query throttle exception?

Hi Oleg, thanks for replying.
The problem with the code you have is that your SPQuery object's QueryThrottleMode is set to default. If you run that code as a local admin no throttle limits will be applied, but if you're not admin you will still have the normal throttle limits. In my
situation it won't be run as a local admin so the code you provided won't work. You can simulate my dilemma by setting the QuerryThrottleMode property to SPQueryThrottleOption.Strict, and I'm sure you'll start to get SPQueryThrottledException's
as well on that list of 700000+ items.

How i Rename Item Code and Description

Dear All,
Can you please tell me how i change Item code and item description in sap b1 8.8.

This can be very annoying. If there's a typo in the product code, we cannot update it anymore (since there are already transactions with this product) and the item is not displayed in the correct place when the item list is sorted on the item code. We can start a new product with the correct code and transfer the items in stock to the new product code, but then all the current transactions are still linked with the old/deprecated product. Very annoying.
If someone could find a method to rename the item code without losing the linked transactions, this would really be helpful. Thanks!

How to get item field values for old versions?

I need to be able to query old field values from previous versions of items in a SharePoint list. I can't execute code on the server (it needs to work with SharePoint Online/O365 for a start).
So far the ONLY API I've that lets me do this is the lists.asmx GetVersionCollection SOAP call.
This lets me specify a single field name and returns an XML structure with the values for the various versions, along with the modification time and who made the change - but NO reliable way of actually identifying *which* version (i.e. an ID or label). That
is, if I know I need to fetch the Title value from version 512 ("1.0") of item 1 in list "Documents", I don't see how to reliably parse the results to determine which entry is version 512. While they may be returned in order, in many cases
the entries are actually missing when there was no field value present (or perhaps when the field hadn't been created yet). I've tried comparing the Modified date to the Created date of the corresponding FileVersion item (which I can get via CSOM or REST),
and while it works some of the time, it's not reliable. I've also looked at the output from the lists.asmx GetVersion API but I don't see how that's useful either, as the Created property for all versions always seems to be just the date the file was originally
created.
It does seem odd to me that there's not a neat way of doing this - if I need to return information for several fields but just for a single version, I have to make a whole lot of requests that return far more info than I need, and then I need to figure out
how to parse the returned text in the case of, say, multiple-value taxonomy fields etc.
Anyone tried doing anything similar here?

Hi,
Want you need to do is go to transaction SHDB and record the bdc for the transaction you want, during transaction press the buttons for which you want the bdc code. And after this go press the back button and check the list of all the things recorded in Recorder.
