How to get Loan Outstanding Bal amount of an employee in HR Payroll table

HI Friends,
I need your guidance to find out the Outstanding loan balance amount of an employee (str: Q0045-OPELO as in PA30).
I tried with FM : PYXX_READ_PAYROLL_RESULT. But the wage type of /LLB or /LFP or /LTE are not available in my RT or any other payroll tables.
Please advise me how to arrive it.

just check if you have maintain infotype 78 with relevant details. If not then please maintain because its prerequisites of these wage types

Hi Michela,
since the VI you want to modify is part of a Toolkit, I suggest you to copy the whole block diagram in a new VI and then save it in a new location.
Place the DB List Tables.vi on a block diagram, double click on it and go to the tab "Window -> Show Block Diagram "
Select "Edit -> Select All" to select the whole block diagram and select "Edit -> Copy"
Open a new VI and select "Edit -> Paste"
Save the new VI
In this way you can modify everything you want without overwriting the Toolkits VIs.

               I created one saled order . I have given Tax code (Service) then it show total amout of tax is 370.80. when i click the link button of Tax Amount field from sales order then it show the Tax Breakup Details in Separate Screen of SAP. That screen Contain following Details.
From Caption is : Define Tax Amount Distribution

Hi - Why don't you use DISC* ( discount ) variant programs instead of comput99 , you can create a custom variant and fetch the invoice value from ERDK .

As already answered by Seniors that you have to apply Formula to get Total before Discount. Please check below
Total Before Discount = ( DocTotal + DiscSum - VatSum )
If you want to put FMS then please try below FMS for Header Level
SELECT ( $[OINV.DocTotal] + $[OINV.DiscSum] - $[OINV.VatSum] )

How to get top 10 sales amount percentage over all sales amount

I need to generate a table/pivot table to pick FY13 top 10 sales amount by product (say P1, P2, P3, P4, etc), these top 10 total amount, percentage over total sales, comparing these top 10 in FY12 total sales amount, and percentage over total sales in FY12.
EXAMPLE:
FINANCIAL YEAR----------- FY13 TOP 10 SALES AMOUNT-------FY13 TOP 10 PERCENTAGE
FY12--------------------------- 2M---------------------------------------------25%
FY13-------------------------- 5M---------------------------------------------50%

Pull columns FinYear,SaleAmt,SaleAmt,SaleAmt in Criteria
For 2nd SaleAmt use expression as top(SaleAmt ,10)
use Pivot table
Pull FinYear,top(SaleAmt ,10) in Rows section
and other two SaleAmt in Measures
for last column properties->Show Data As->Percent of ->Column
The same works me.

I need to capture all entries coming in the range of select option into one internal table.
How to do get that?
For E.g
select-options: matnr for mara-matnr.(select option)
IF I enter G0100013507892 as lower value of matnr and G0100014873947 as higher value
and if there are 10,000 materials in the above range, then I want to capture all theses 10000 materails in one internal table. How to do that?

IF s_matnr_ex-low IS NOT INITIAL.
    i_matnr-matnr = s_matnr_ex-low.
    i_matnr-option = s_matnr_ex-option.
    APPEND i_matnr.
    CLEAR : i_matnr.
ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
LOOP AT s_matnr_ex.
IF s_matnr_ex-high IS NOT INITIAL.
    i_matnr-matnr = s_matnr_ex-high.
    i_matnr-option = s_matnr_ex-option.
    APPEND i_matnr.
    CLEAR : i_matnr.
ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
In the i_matnr table high and low values are there.

How to get selected record details when single selection is used in a table

Inside a query region I have created a table using region wizard,for this table I have added a singleSelection Item. What I want is , on selection of a particular record i want to update or view that record in a new page , for this I have added update and view icons in each row.
But I am unable to get the particular selected record
OATableBean tableBean = (OATableBean)webBean.findChildRecursive("ResultTableRN");
OASingleSelectionBean singleSelection = (OASingleSelectionBean)tableBean.getTableSelection();
For this singleSelection object I was unable to find any method which will give the value of the view attribute associated with it.
Anybody any suggestions regarding it ?

Hi Anant,
here is how you have to do it
1) you need to enable PPR on that Singl selection , by changining the Action type =fireAction.
2) define the envent , EVENT
3) define paramters for that event. This is place that gives you handle to the Attribute of VO.
So you can define paremters such
Name = PARAM1
value =${oa.EqxContactPrivEOVO1.ContactPrivilegeId}
You can define as many paramters as you can for the vo field that u wanted to have.
Now in the procesformRequest() , all you do it handle the event EVENT and get the parameters
if ("EVENT".equals(pageContext.getParameter(EVENT_PARAM)))
String accountid= pageContext.getParameter("PARAM1");
You can refer developer guide for further details.

How to Get Previous Month Salary for a particular employee?

I am developing a report to get the Net Pay Difference from Previous month.
I am using logical database pnp.
My question is how can we get the last month (Previous from current selected month) salary of perticular employee. I read the thread which is related to this but I can't understand the reply's. I think it is due to that I am new in ABAP and my experience in only 22 days. If someone reply with code example then it will more helpful for me.
Also If you can tell me the table name from where we can get the salary of particular month of particular employee then it will also helpful for me.

Hi,
Payroll data is stored in cluster tables.
You can either use macro for retrieving the data or Function module.
1. Use FM -CU_READ_RGDIR for getting the RG directory values.Pass
employee Number and molga.You will get all the sequence Numbers from this
FM.
    The last record will be the latest one.
2. Then Use FM - PYXX_READ_PAYROLL_RESULT for getting the payroll
     results table.Pass cluster ID- 'IN' ,pernr ,sequence number for which period
      you want (In your case ,current period minus   1) and
      READ_ONLY_INTERNATIONAL            = 'X',
3. You will get all the results from PAYROLL_RESULT                     = it_result
Then you can loop this internal table like LOOP at it_result-inter-rt into wa..
Get the net pay value(/560 wage type)

Expenditure Type (ATTRIBUTE2) “Absence No Pay”
System Type (ATTRIBUTE3) “SYTEM”
ID (ATTRIBUTE4) “Employee”)
Definition Name = XX TIME KEEPER DEF
FOR TIME KEEPER Preference as follows:-
Leave Without Pay
Values (DFF)
Payroll Element (ATTRIBUTE1) “LEAVE NO PAY”
Expenditure Type (ATTRIBUTE2) “Absence No Pay”
System Type (ATTRIBUTE3) “SYTEM”
ID (ATTRIBUTE4) “Timekeeper”)
So If employee Go Enter Leave himself he get XX Employee DEF “ALTERNATE NAME”
AND IF Time Keeper go Enter Record for employee, he use Time Keeper “XX TIME KEEPER DEF” Setup
My Question is how I can build a query to get the Alternate Name for that selected Leave. I am able to get the element easily, I use to do it when there is one to one relationship between ELEMENT & ALTERNATE NAME.

Your question is not clear. Why do you want to get the alternate name?
You can always get that from the employee OTL preference setup and yes, based on whether you check the employee or the TK , it will be different.
