How to get mouse over shape to display data in Visio 2013?

Hi Visio pros,
I am required to create a diagram of our servers rack setup and will be publishing to a Web page using Visio 2013.
The goal is to mouse over the server shape and have the data be displayed. I have followed arguably every solution on the internet. I am either doing it wrong, or it might be outdated information.
I'm hoping Paul Herber, or other Visio pros would be able to help me with this situation as I am on a tight schedule and have exhausted my resources.
Things I have tried:
user.visEquivTitle in ShapeSheet
http://visualsignals.typepad.co.uk/vislog/2012/02/no-mouseover-with-visequivtitle.html
and
prop.(data name) in the comments within the miscellaneous section of the ShapeSheet.

I am open to the possibility that I may have done something wrong as I am very new to Visio.

Browser that I am using is Internet Explorer since I ran into problems with Google Chrome.
However, after more reading I noticed the User.visEquivTitle provides a tooltip. If it is what I think it is, which is a small yellow box displaying a string, my employer would not want that.
We're looking for something that will provide an aesthetic display of data after mouse over onto the shape.

I can't get my current system drive (OSX 10.8.3) to start on the first try. I always have to shut down and restart again to finally see the Apple logo.
Have used disc utility to repair the disc and permissions several times and that works. The next time I boot up, it works fine and I get the apple logo, but then the second time I boot up, it's back to the blank screen again and it only boots after the second try. I have tried this repair three different times now always with the same result. Works right the first try (after the repair) then from the second time on it doesn't work. I just get the white screen until I reboot a second time.
Thinking I should change drives but what's the easist and best way to move everything over to the new drive so it will boot correctly with all my data on it. This is the system drive for a Pro Tools 10HD setup. MacPro 3,1 with 16 gigs ram and OSX10.8.3 on it.

If you have a time machine back up of your current drive you can do this
Shut down your computer, install the new drive. While the computer is off plug in the external hard drive that you have your time machine back up on. Hold Option key while the computer turnes on, let go of the option key once you get a grey screen. Shortly after you'll see a list of bootable drives, select the one that has your time machine back up on it and boot into that drive.
From there go into disk utility, format your new drive too, osx extended journaled ( I think, double check that, its been awhile since ive had to do this), hit format
Exit disk utility and then you can use time machine to copy all your exisit data to the new hhd and then your pretty much done.
There is also a program called Carbon Cloner that will do esentially the same thing however I've never uesed it.

You keep track of every change to the database by keeping the old data. There are three ways:

Generally, I know that when we set the theme as "Windows Classic" theme on the Windows 7 and then start two VS windows, it will show an active VS window like the following screen shot.

How to change mouse-over label for a mx:CandleStickChart?

I have an <mx:CandleStickChart .../> graph and want to change the default
labels on the mouse-over window. For example by default, the mouse-over window displays:
line1: some label
line2: open: #1
line3: close: #2
line4: high: #3
line5: low: #4
I want to change the words "open", "close", "high", "low" to something else. I optionally want to not show the "close" line.
Do you have any suggestions on how to do this? If you do, please provide a short example.

so "I" will indicate that your icon is inactive
Create another resource id like:

How can I get Lightroom 5.7 to display in full screen mode in Yosemite (Mac OS X 10.10.1)?
Of course, that old full screen button at the top right of the window is gone now in Yosemite, but the third button in the top left of the window (the one that used to be green) should perform the same function, but it doesn't -- it just resizes the window, which was the default behaviour in Mavericks.
And there's no "Enter Full Screen" command under the View menu, either.
Seems pretty essential that a photo editing app would have a full screen view to remove all the clutter. How do you do it in Lightroom?

We have links in our Intranet to SAP transactions thru ITS.
On errors, the extautherror.html page displays the messageline parameter.
But the really useful information is in "diagnostics.log". The messageline message is too generic an doesnt help users nor developers.
So, how could I get the value of the sapextauth: Error in Rfc Login: System returned: message by code? (for example, the kind of message that shows "has no RFC authorization for function group SYST".)
Its possible to get that diagnostics information to display it in the "extautherror.htm" page instead of the generic message (or added)?

I already changed extautherror template to include a Spanish reassuring message. Buy I keep the displayed messageline parameter as a tech clue.
In our case, this is the message displayed in the extautherror template coming from the messageline parameter:
"The external authentification was successful, but you could not log on to the SAP system and therefore you did not receive a logon ticket.
Check the SNC configuration between the AGate and the application server. Make sure the user name provided from the PAS authenticating system is the same as the user's ID in the SAP system.(~extid_type = UN)
See SAP Notes 358469 and 493107 in case of problems. If you want test your system using the ITS Administration tool, see SAP Note 389810.
I agree with you: Its not useful for users. But its not useful for developers, either. As I told you, the problem was no RFC authorization for function group SYST.
We need to ask for Logs to the administrators. So we could be faster in solving problems if users (internal users) could forward the most useful message. In this case, the message that its written in diagnostics.logs.
In other words:
1- Where is the "messageline" parameter filled?
2- Where is the "diagnostics.log" being written?
3- How could we get the same "diagnostic.log" message into the messageline parameter?

Pls note this is a std SAP behaviour to show PO that was opened in last session. I dont think we can get latest PO automatically as soon as you open ME23N.

Mouse over values not displaying properly for the Combination Chart

A Combination Chart has the following details:
Primary Y Axis has Revenue in mn $.
Secondary Y Axis has %.
When the mouse over is being done, 4% is being displayed as .04
It should be displayed 4% & not as .04
The Mouse over values has the Number format as u201CNumericu201D.
Sometimes, it works in u201CGeneralu201D format. (%)
However, there is no control on the no of decimal places displayed for the value of Revenue (Primary Y Axis value).
Whereas, in Numeric format, decimal places can be adjusted.
Secondary vertical(value) Axis Labels has "Percent" as the Number format.
Please suggest a solution.

Then redirect de chart to the same cells, these with the porpoise of refreshing

I'm wondering how to put a picture as my background on my main display? I know how to get it for my background when it locks. I do not see an option to display it when I go to set/save the picture in my photos.
I have gone to Settings-> Wallpaper-> pic the picture and save, but it does not give me anymore options besides just having it as my locked background picture!
Please help! I have updated my phone today to the newest version!
