I keep receiving messages saying that my charger is not supported. I bought a new charger yesterday at the iTown store and still does not work. ITown is the official reseller of apple products in Brazil. I tried to turn on and off the phone hundreds of times. I am getting desperated.
Only the carrier an iPhone is locked to can authorize the phone's official unlocking. Your phone is locked to AT&T, so contact them to see if they will unlock your phone.

You may not be able to get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the problem was on their end preventing the movie from downloading in a reasonable time.

Sorry duh. You said your phone is frozen. Sorry cant help. Did you try pressing and holding both the sleep and home buttons at the same time for 20 seconds? That sometimes is all you need to do to unfreeze the phone. Make sure it's charged fully too.

Keep in mind that with the iPhone, you can sync all iTunes content with only one computer. Trying to sync iTunes content with a second computer will result in iTunes erasing the content from the first computer. However, non-itunes content such as contacts, calendars, mail settings, notes, etc. (anything in the Info pane) can be synced from another computer.

I believe that on this platform, sneep gets the serial from the output of prtconf.
There is a minor correction to be made :
After installed SNEEP use "man sneep" for all technical details.The sneep man page is not linked into the shared man pages, so you need to use
man -M /opt/SUNWsneep/man sneep
with out going to OK prompt (Banner)It is worth noting that the serial shown in the OBP banner is not the product serial
that you will find on the physical serial tag.
The banner "serial" is the decimal equivalent of the host ID, which you normally get in hexadecimal from the "hostid" command. -
