How to get my phone to cut back on??!

My razr maxx just cut offand will not turn back on. I put it on the charger but that didnt do any good so i plugged it up to my laptop and the white light just stay on. Plus i tried the power button and volume down and still will not cut on. (-_-) Also this the 3rd one in less then a week.

Set up the new phone as a new iPhone (without using your backup), then update it to the latest iOS (7.1.2). You can go into View > Toolbars and select the ones you want to see. If you can't see the menu bar you can simply tab ALT on your keyboard (I think F10 works too) to show it.

Depending on which country that you are in then you might be able to re-download your purchases: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . Otherwise, have you not got a backup of your purchases and content on, for example, an external drive ?

And if what WZZZ suggests doesn't work (and hopefully it will) move the file name below to the desktop, log out or restart and the Dock preferences with its defaults should be recreated. You'll need to re-configure it as you like it:
com.apple.dock.plist
It's located: in Finder hold the Alt/Option key and from the Go menu select Library>Preferences.
If it fixes things, delete the file on your desktop.

Look at the timing for the slide. If the slide duration is long enough to accommodate the audio clip you will not see this dialog. The only way I've ever seen it occur is to ensure that the slide duration is shorter than the audio clip.
For example, try inserting a blank slide timed for one second. As long as the audio clip is longer than that, you should see the dialog when inserting the clip. But if the audio clip would play for three seconds and the slide itself is perhaps ten seconds long, there is no need to present the dialog.

I would like to kniw the process of getting a phone from best buy, Because i have a droid 2 and i really enjoy it but it is always deleting my photos,apps,files,music,etc. It is starting to become irritating and i cant take it anymore so i was in bb mobile and my cousin hands me a sales paper and i see the droid incredible 2 is free with 2 year activation or upgrade(which someone on my line has) so can someone explain how i would get this phone?

In most of the country, there isn't any catch. The phone's free and you don't have to pay anything. Of course you do have to sign a 2-year contract for the carrier service in order to get the phone for free. Now remember that I said "nearly all states" -- read below for a few exceptions.
Depending on tax laws in your state, the price of the phone might be $1 instead of free. Or if you live in California like I do, you unfortunately have to pay tax on the retail price (would be about $40 or so on the Incredible 2). Generally Verizon does not charge any upgrade fees, however I heard they do in a few states - industry standard for this is $18.
I would contact your local store for specifics as they would best know local tax laws and carrier fees.
