I created my own STO and mapped a serialised material for the same using transaction. I increased the stock by issuing serial numbers. The /SYCLO/MM_DOPURCHASEORDER_GET BAPI returns the PO header, item and longtext details. I want the serial numbers which are issued to the STO and the list of serial numbers for which the receipts has been done.
I want to know how to get the serial numbers which are issued to the STO throught the standard function module. I want only the issued serial numbers not the one for which the receipts has been done.
I tried using the standard BAPI, "BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1" to get the serial number collection. But the FM is not returning the issued serial number as well as the list of serial numbers for which the receipts has been done. It is returning only the PO history in which the list of document number are present.

Hi,
Using the transaction "MB1C" and movement type "561", I filled the required details such as Material Number, Quantity, Storage Location and Batch. After filling all these details, when I press enter, it will ask for me to enter the serial numbers equal to the quantity specified. I entered the serial numbers by selecting the available serial numbers for that particular material by pressing F4 help.

If you have no record of it at your end, the only place you might find it is at Adobe's end via logging into your Adobe account and seeing if it is listed there. If you registered the software it should be.
Beyond that your only hope might be to have Adobe support check your information to see if the software/serial number is available and if it can be given to you. Try contacting them by chat or telephone.

I am trying to use my CDs to download Adobe CS3. Apparently the software that I bought in 2008 is 'too old,' and there is no current download link that Adobe provides on their site in order to get the serial number from the coupon code. How do I get past this to download my software?

I don't quite follow. Without a proper permanent serial, any download is useless and will only run as a trial for 30 days. if you didn't run through the verification process back then and haven't kept the serial you were issued safe (that is, registered it on your Adobe account), then there is really nothing anyone can do now. I got an Code to register at the homepage at adobe and after a long search (this side etc is really user unfriendly) I found the possibility to use this code and to send a student eligibility but, and thats totaly stupid, you have to follow a link to a support page of adobe which is actually dead or so. It's called page for customers support (in German: Portal für Kunden Support von Adobe) and you you should go there to fill in stuff with your students informations and the activation key. You follow the link, you come to a page with a big header

I was going through the same hassle with a Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere combination box from Office Max. The receipt said that it was activated, but the numbers on the receipt and on the box were the wrong length. I finally found the 24-digit Redemption Code on a card mixed in with the other printed materials inside the box. I activated the Redemption Code through my online Adobe account and received the Serial numbers for both Photoshop and Premiere with no more problems.

you're welcome.
you actually don't need to install any cc or cc 2014 apps. you just start their download and that installs the cc desktop app. using that you can download cs6, cc and/or cc 2014 apps (as you probably now know).

You can try calling Apple but I don't think they will give out serial numbers for products, even if you claim to be the owner of them. There's just no way to verify over the phone that you are the original, rightful owner. But you can always try
Also, Do you have credit card receipts from the time you purchased the MacBook? If so, go to the retailer and see if they can produce the receipt of purchase. This should have a serial number on it, or at least a reference.

Use RunState.Root.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber.

I downloaded Adobe CS6 last fall from IUWare (Indiana University's online software store). At that time I had Windows 8, which I loved. I recently updated to Windows 8.1 and am wanting to go back to Windows 8. To do this, I need to reinstall all of the software that I have put on my computer since getting it. I cannot use UIWate to get the product key/serial number because I recently graduated. Also I cannot find an email with the SN or a product code or redemption code. If you registered the software with Adobe there is a chance the serial number is available thru your Adobe account online. If not, your only option is likely to be to work with the school to resolve this if it is possible.
