How to get Pages back as a free app?
It is really weird and I am frustrated. Pages all of a sudden shows that it is a paid app. I am eligible for the free version of iWork and was using it peacefully. while updating, I deleted pages and now it is showing as a paid app on the App Store.
1. No. I haven't hidden pages purchase
2. It is not in the trash bin. I think it is because I deleted it midway while it was being updated. I was also facing problem with the updating. Thats why
3. I do have a time-machine backup. Searched for the app but Pages is nowhere to be found.
Here is a screen shot. Pls see that among the apps made by apple, only one shows free and downloaded. Pages and Numbers shows paid.

I added items to my iPad calendar yesterday but they wouldn't copy into the calendar on my IPhone. I switched both devices off and on again but to no avail. The calendars were all ticked the same. I have now deleted the iCloud calendar from the iPhone but don't know how to get it back.

My link preview has disappeared from the bottom left of the page (it no longer pops up when I hover over a link.) Thoughts on how to get it back? I really LIKE having it!
It is possible that the screen is too high and that the scroll bar and the find bar and add-on bar fall off at the bottom.
If that works then close Firefox (File > Exit/Quit) to save that setting.

If you mean you accidentally removed the icon for iMovie from the Dock (the array of icons at the bottom of the window), you can add it back easily.
Open the Applications folder (if you open it from the Dock you may then need to click the Open in Finder icon), locate the iMovie program.
Drag the icon for iMovie down to the Dock, somewhere between the icon for Finder and the dashed line toward the right.
Wait for the icons at that spot to move aside, then drop it in. -

thanksPress F11 and see if that works. I also just noticed upon researching that pressing the restore button will take you out of full screen!
Note: if you click on any flash object, right before hitting F11, it won't work. In this case just double click on like the scroll bar. -

In Pages '09, I'd suggest trying the View menu. I don't know how that corresponds to Pages for iOS.

My front screen seems to zoom in when I start it now. AND, now I can not see the page fit the screen. It makes me scroll on the borders to move parts of the screen into view. Something changed and I don't know what happened or how to get it back to normal. Please HELP!!! Thx!
it is possible that zoom maybe enabled i think double taping with three fingers should disable it.
or you can go into settings>general> assessability> zoom and turn it off.

how to get page one to animate only once in interactive pdf? I like when the document opens up in acrobat and the the page animations work but when I go to one of the pages and hit my designated home button it goes back to page one but it reloads again. As a user it would drive me crazy to have to wait for all of it to load......anyway to have that page one load once as the opening page?
I don't think you really mean animations (unless you have a placed SWF file) because things created with the Animation panel don't work in PDF. Nonetheless, you're talking about some kind of interactivity which is set to happen On Page Load.
So when you return to that page, of course the interactivity loads again.
There isn't a On Page Load Once command.
Perhaps you need to rethink why the interactivity is there. If it's important, maybe it should be triggered by a rollover or by clicking a button. -
A while ago i went to sync music onto my Ipod Touch. Respond please!Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then see if you can redownload your past music purchases (those that are still in the store) via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you are not in a country where music can currently be re-downloaded, then have you not got it on your computer and/or on a backup ? All of my titles, themes and generators seem to be completely missing from Final cut pro x. Do you know how to get them back?
Do you mean that when you click the title browser, for example, nothing is there?
Do you at least see several categories listed in the effects browser?
First make sure that you have nothing typed into the search box (not even spaces).
If you still see nothing, try this in order:
1) Window->Revert to Original Layout
2) Quit FCP X, delete preferences using Preference Manager (a free download from Digital Rebellion)
3) Download FCS Remover, and use it to completely remove FCP X. This will NOT delete your content, just the application.
4) Reinstall FCP X from the Mac App Store: log in with the same Apple ID that you used to buy FCP X, click on "Purchases", locate FCP X and click Install. -
I had the Siri app before it was added to all iphones and when Apple added it mine quit working. I deleted mine from my phone but do not see how to get it back. any suggestions?

It does seem rather odd that an app that was acquired thru itunes would quit working once it was incorporated into the device for all users. oh well it was probably free or $.99 when I downloaded it.
I would think that they were just testing it to see how many people would use it. But you might want to write a polite letter to Apple requesting a credit for the purchase price of the no longer supported app. That seems to be the least they could for one of their 'alpha testers'. -

That's a folder containing several apps. Look for it on another page. If you still can't find it, you can go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. That will place all the original apps in their original locations with any added apps following in alphabetical order.

aliceiMovie is part of the iLife suite of programs.
If you have 10.7 or 10.8 when the machine was purchased, just log into AppStore and accept the iLife for that machine and reinstall it all, it will replace iMove.
If you have 10.6 originally came on the machine, look on your second set of disks, there is a bundled installer that should put it back on, then Software Update fully to bring it current.
If you originally had 10.5 on the machine, stick the disk in and try to run the bundled installer, or use Pacifist from CharlesSoft to extract the program and then Software Update fully.
