How to get PAID from Windows Phone Store?

I have more than 300 USD app proceeds in my Windows Phone Dev Account. But I am not getting paid. How to get paid?
I have also a Windows Store Dev Account. Last month, it reached 200 USD and I got paid. But I am confused about the
Windows Phone Dev account. It crossed the threshold amount 2 months ago. But I am not seeing any chance to get paid. Is this only happening to me? Or do I have to earn more app proceeds?

To open up a Service Request ticket you can click this link below and then click “Select your type of problem here”. Follow the steps on the next few screens and once
you have the Service Request number you can post it back into this thread and we can make sure it’s being looked after. The Service Request number should look similar to SRX127xxxxx.

How to get pics from old phone to new phone using iCloud.

I just got the iPhone 5s and I used to have a 4. I backed up my pictures and contacts but the only thing that's on my new phone is my contacts. My old phone won't come back on. I need my pictures off of my old phone. My new phone says I don't have enough iCloud storage to backup. When I go to settings, iCloud, storage and backup, it lists my old phone and my new one. I don't know how to get my pictures back.

You have to use the other account or turn on sharing.

How to get contacts from LG phone to MacBookPro?

I know this has to be simple but I'm not finding useful information anywhere:
I have an LG CU500V cellphone and a MacBookPro running Leopard. I've configured bluetooth and both devices recognize each other. I want to know if it's possible to import my contacts from my phone into Address Book. I've never used Address Book and haven't set anything up.
Can I pull this info off the phone? How do I make the sync occur?

No LG phones are supported by iSync for true syncing, because they don't have the industry standard SyncML protocol for syncing.
However, if your phone supports the industry standard vCard format, you may be able to send vCards from the phone via Bluetooth, and then double-click the received file(s) to import into Address Book.
You'd need to consult your phone's manual for how to do that with your specific phone.

If they aren't showing in iCloud, then you may not have been syncing your contacts to iCloud. Could you have been syncing with another service? Like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc? If not, I'm sorry.

Don't tell me I didn't read the FAQ, I know they talk about that but apparently this FAQ is older than my grandmother, links don't work anymore or when they do, the applications are no longer maintained.
Plus pop3 should work now with Windows Live Hotmail.
Anyway, when I try, the authentication is ok, but I get an exception saying that my mailbox is not available or something like that (I can give you the exact message when I am back on Eclipse).
My code works for gmail, yahoo, and other simple webmails.
So, today, at the end of 2008, is there someone who is able to read his Windows Live Hotmail emails thanks to Javamail (or any other Java API)?

I didn't realize that you weren't running iTunes already but I should have been prepared for that, so I'm sorry that I took it for granted. In a way, I'm glad that iTunes did not open and automatically try to sync your iPad which could have erased any apps, app data or anything else that you have already downloaded onto the device.
Do you already have downloaded content on the iPad? With what you said about not having anything in iCloud I'm not sure what you have on your iPad. Typically, For the device timing out problem, I would recommend quitting iTunes, restarting your PC and restarting your iPad and then try again.
I don't know if you know how to do this, but this is how to restart the device. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
I don't want to overwhelm you with too much if you are new to iOS devices, but If you have content on the iPad that you do not want to lose since you have never synced with iTunes before, this is a very helpful user tip that describes how to make your iTunes library the syncing library for your devices.

How to get OutboundPlug from Window in ComponentController?

I have a WebDynpro Compoment Controller and I like to fire the OutboundPlug "CloseWindow" (Type: Exit) in one of my method in the ComponentController? I created my OutboundPlug in the window component and assigned also in my Interface View.
So the Problem is, that I didn't get the choice to select OutboundPlug in ComponentController.
My expectation is to close the window.
Could somebody help me?

are you using the transfer video facility in PC Suite ? Select it and under Tools select 'scan your PC for videos'. Select the video you want to put on your phone from the list and then select the option to "convert into mobile format and copy into my video collection" by clicking on the monitor icon bottom right. Video will convert, then click on 'my video collection' from left hand menu and you should see the video in a new list. Select the video and then the transfer to phone icon. This has always worked fro me so far.

For tablet I can print using this namespace:
using Windows.Graphics.Printing;
using Windows.UI.Xaml.Printing;
But they are only for Tablet.
Please suggest a solution of printing from windows 8.1 phone application.
