How to get photos places on photostream

Hi,
When I took photos with my Iphone 4s I can see all pictures locations on "places" but I definitely cannot get places on my IPAD 2 in Photostream.
Some discussuion said we should create an album on Ipad, I did it but no result
Is there any way or is it a bug ....

Thank you so much!!! I couldn't find anything in the knowledgebase, so this is a *HUGE* help.
Just for clarification though, I wasn't ever able to restore from backup--is the fact that I connected my Touch to my PC in recovery mode the reason why my computer doesn't "realize" that the Touch has already been set up? That was the only way to get the device usable again after the failed iCloud restore attempts. I hadn't actially synced with the computer since last October though I had been able to connect to transfer photos, etc. more recently than that.
I guess the good news is that I'm totally "lean and mean" now, and ready for my new 5th gen Touch in a few weeks (hurry up with that release date Apple!). I have just 53 apps now, all on one page, instead of the roughly 300 I had before. I'm a freelance tech writer/reviewer, and I have a bad habit of letting all the apps I've reviewed sit on my device after the articles are written, even if I'm not using them. My 4th gen Touch is much faster now.

That is a link to get your songs back, in case you lost those too.
As for your pictures, this may or may not work, but it's worth a shot.
Also, unless you put the full picture onto the iPod (there is a setting to only put what would be viewable on the ipod onto the ipod), they may turn out smaller.
1. Open iTunes, open Preferences (in the Edit menu). This will stop iTunes from seeing the iPod, so it won't try to update it. You can see the above link for more inforation about that.
2. Open the iPod in My Computer. (may show up as a removable disk or as the name of your iPod, funess' iPd, for example.
This is where I become unsure of how this will work
Try finding the photos in the iPod's folder that you just opened. See if you can drag them to another place on your computer. That may or may not work, but it's worth a shot, in my opinion

Make sure Settings > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photo Library (Beta) = "Off"
Then sync your iPhone using iTunes and make sure your sync settings for photos are set correctly in iTunes.

on an e-mail with photos attached go to the Save button next to the attachments list, point to the triangle to the right of Save inside the button and hold the left mouse button down - a menu will appear with save all at the top entry, a list of photos below that and "add to iPhoto" as the bottom entry - move your pointer down to the "add to iPhoto" and release and your photo will be a new event in iPhoto

It's best to export the photos to a folder and then drag the folder onto the memory card. Memory cards are usually formatted for PCs, FAT 32, which doesn't permit more than a limited number of files in the root directory. Putting the photos in a folder gets around that limitation.

1. Connect your iDevice to your computer with the USB connector. Open iTunes and select your device from the left sidebar. Then, select the photos tab from the top menu.
2. Organize and sync.
First choose where you’d like to sync your photos from. I use iPhoto, but you can use any photo management system.

You're welcome. It is possible to stream to older photos to your iPad by adding them to a shared photo stream and inviting yourself as a subscriber (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99). Another option is use an app like PhotoSync to transfer photos between your devices over wifi.

On a Windows PC the easiest way to get pictures from your iPhone is to just use Windows Explorer.

I am sure many people ask this but I have tried many methods and am unable to get my Ipad photos to be in the correct order in my albums. I have over 800 pictures and 4 folders and when I sync them they end up jumbled within my albums. On my windows PC in they are in the correct order i want them to be. I renamed all of them in the order. I also changed the date taken (They are set to the same date and time). Is there a way to fix these jumbled, out of order photos? It is just extremely frusterating... Seriously apple, you can create siri but you cant let us arrange our pictures, let alone delete them without hooking up to itunes??? Quite a disappointment! When I plug my iPhone into the PC as well as iTunes coming up the Windows AutoPlay popup appears. If I choose Open device to view files in Windows Explorer, I can then see the folder containing the photos and copy them to my PC. This worked fine for me, although from Google others have had problems.
I suppose I could now put these back into the Photo Stream on my iPhone via iCloud by putting them into the Photo Stream/Uploads folder on the PC.
