How to get Photostream from 'business' iPhone to 'family' iCloud-account

Has anyone found a solution for this yet ?
There must be numerous pleople having this same problem :
I have a (in my opinon rather standard) setup in which I have a private iCloud-account on my 'business devices' (iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro) and I have a shared iCloud-account on our 'family' Mac.
Now I would like to arrange things the way that's most logical to me :
I want my business devices to sync the more 'business-like' iCloud services :
Mail
Contacts
Calendars
(Bookmarks is less important)
Documents & Data
Back to My Mac
Find My Mac
iTunes Store
Mac App Store
But I want my business devices to Photostream to our 'family' Mac's, since that's the device where our (only complete) iPhoto-library is on...
Now there seems to be no way to do so since :
- iCloud automatically uses the same iCloud-account for Photostream, Documents & Data, Back to My Mac and Find My Mac (only for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, iTunes and Mac App Store it is optional to use a different iCloud-account)
- setting up my business iCloud-account as the secondary iCloud-account on all my business devices would be completely un-logical and would not allow me to keep (especially) my Documents & Data 'business' ; they will be visible on our 'family' Mac, which is completely off bounds for my employer and my clients...
Has anyone found a solution to this ?
(or will this be solved in OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion maybe ?)
options I have thought about, but I couldn't get working yet :
- running a second installation of iPhoto on our 'family' Mac
- running both iPhoto and Aperture on our 'family' Mac
- getting the Photostream from my 'business' iCloud.com into our 'family' Mac by subscribing to the URL
- setting up one-and-the-same Eye-Fi account on my 'business' iPhone & iPad and on our 'family' Mac
- searching for a 3rd-party Mac-app that can read and/or import the 'business' Photostream info our 'family' iPhoto
- something involving Photoshop Elements 10 Organiser...
Any help would be helpful.

very interesting info, too bad however that Dropbox doesn't do auto-import into iPhoto...
I might have figured out a way to do this using Eye-Fi (free account, free iOS-app & free Mac-app ; by SanDisk) :
Eye-Fi seems to do auto-upload from iPhone/iPad, auto-transfer to a Mac (over WiFi, and if needed even over 3G it seems), and auto-import into iPhoto...
...it can even handle video upload (which iCloud Photostream can't)
and it has 'free temporary online viewing' with Eye-Fi View (which is kind-of like MobileMe Gallery...)
(and some payed extensions that are less interesting in my opinion)
...I'm testing right now if Eye-Fi works for me.
(Maybe I still need to combine it with Dropbox's auto-upload though...)

Note : Eye-Fi even has an option to upload to MobileMe... too bad MobileMe is no longer available... hopefully there will be integration with iCloud in the near future...

That changes things a little bit , login to icloud.com and see if you can find it in your sent folder.
If it is there you did send, just need to wait until you phone syncs "sent folder" perhaps on wifi.
If it is not, then I would say it is lost and you may have to send again. They have 20 megs limit, so make sure that message plus attachment is under that limit.

If all your music are purchased from iTunes, just follow article from the second paragraph to transfer your purchased music to your new itunes.
Alternatively, you can go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Go to Music tab to download again for free

You will need to find out which Address Book/Contacts app on the computer that the Lumia can sync with. Once you know that you can use a program like Backup Extractor to pull out your contact information, a program like TouchCopy to move your information out of the iPhone, or see if you are already using an address book that can be read by the Lumia.

okay misunderstanding in my other post. but anyways...i have a desktop computer and a laptop. my laptop is what i sync my iphone to cause i am always on the road and working. my home computer is the computer which i d/l all my movies onto itunes. my movies are not on my laptop but i have my movies on my phone but i dont have my full playlist of songs since i synced it to the desktop. how can i send my movies to my laptop in order to send them and my full playlist back to my iphone??? is their a program or can itunes do it??? thanks!!!

Hi. I synchronized my iPhone with my eMac, and as a result all my eMac contacts were transfered to my iPhone, while I was seeking just the contrary. Can someone tell me how I can do this?

If all of the contacts you want in iCloud are on your phone,* I would do the following:
As a precaution, download a copy of the contacts currently in your iCloud account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH3606. This probably will not be used.
Download the app My Contacts Backup to your phone. Use the app to back up the contacts on your phone as a vCard attachment to an email that you send to yourself. Confirm that you have received the email.
Open the My Contacts Backup app, tap the gear icon on the bottom right, in the window that opens scroll to the bottom and tap Remove All Contacts. Confirm that there are no more contacts on your phone, on icloud.com or on your Mac.
Go to Settings>iCloud on your phone, turn Contacts off and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted.
Go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn Contacts back on.
Open the My Contacts Backup email on your phone and tap the attachment to import the contacts back to your phone, and to iCloud. Confirm that your contacts now appear on your phone, as well as on icloud.com and your Mac.
* If all of the contacts you want are not on your phone, please explain which device contains the master list of contacts that you want in iCloud.

I was playing around on my iTunes trying to figure out how to sync playlists onto my iTunes library because they weren't there and by accident I clicked on something and it took a lot of my songs off my iPhone. Hi, I have recently erased and synced new music from my USB onto itunes however i realised I was also synced with my sisters iphone library, i had 260 songs on previously now I have 120 where has all my music gone, I tried backing up and nothin has been restored.

How to get pages from desktop to iPad using icloud

Can someone help me please?! I am not that great with all of this but have Pages on desktop (version 10.7.4) and have an iPad2, i am trying to get the documents from desktop onto iPad with no luck. I have brought the app for the iPad and have icloud which is working and as far as I am aware everthing is where it needs to be, but how do the documents get onto the iPad??!! Do I have do something, if so what or should it just all appear? Also can you edit a document on the iPad or make a new document, save it and then it will appear on the desktop?

Aside from using the suggestions (both) above also make sure that you go to Settings>iCloud>Documents and data>on.
If the documents do not appear on the iPad after you have checked the settings, try creating a dummy document on the iPad. It can be anything at all. Quit Pages completely and then launch the app again.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Launch Pages again.
If you were running Mountain Lion you would not need to drag the files into the browser - if you had iCloud all configured correctly on the Mac.
Once iCloud is set up and working as it should, you can simply launch Pages on the iPad, the edited files will appear and you can open and work on them there as needed. when you finish working on the document, the edited file will upload to iCloud again and be accessible in the browser like laxman described.

It's a bad idea if these phones belong to different people.... all of your information will be merged and everyone will have everyone's contacts and whatever else you are pushing to icloud.
However, all you need to do is go to settings>icloud and sign into the same account on all 3 phones.

I was also having an issue with my calendar where it would sync from my computer to my iPhone but not vice versa. Somehow in all the resetting that's resolved, but the photo issue is not. Again - photos are going into the photostream, but not wirelessly being put into the file on my computer.

To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

You copy them from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.
The iphone is not a backup/storage device.
