Hi
we have a lot of pix firewall
Now I need the serial number fron primary and secondary pix firewalls
I can do a # sh version on each pix and notice the serial number to bring it manually to a RME UDF
Any way to sent the show version to a tftp server ?
Any way to read via snmp the serial number from the pix ?
what did you do to bring the serial numbers to RME ?

Hi hallawt,
I'm not exactly Probably the easiest way to accomplish this would be to use a serial naming scheme where these two tests would have a similar names, for example, the two tests' serials could be 000001-A and 000001-B. Another option would be to include both sets of tests within the same test, considering both boards as a single unit under test. Please provide a bit more detail, and we can look into other options.

I have an application were knowing which computer the program is being run on is a very important aspect. I want to be able to get the Hard Drive Serial Number, the Motherboard Serial number, and any other devices that are installed on the computer. This includes such things as NI Can Cards (PCMCIA), AN SCXI Chaises and PCI cards.
This information will provide the necessary link and will prevent an misconceptions as to what was and is installed on the computer.
Any and all help that can be provided for this would be greatly appreciated.

To get you started, I have attached a VI that will return the serial number information for any devices in your system that use the NI-DAQmx drivers. In addition, this VI will allow you to obtain certain information about devices in your system that have VISA resource names. To ensure all of your PCI devices are accessible to VISA, you must enable this option in Measurement and Automation Explorer. In MAX, go to Tools>>NI-VISA>>VISA Options and select the radio button "Show all devices accessible to VISA" in the "PXI/PCI and Firewire Interfaces" section. The property node in the top for loop of the VI contains various properties about these devices that can be accessed. As far as other non-NI devices in your system, a call to an external Windows DLL may be your best option for obtaining serial number information about the hard drive, motherboard, etc.

If you have no record of it at your end, the only place you might find it is at Adobe's end via logging into your Adobe account and seeing if it is listed there. If you registered the software it should be.
Beyond that your only hope might be to have Adobe support check your information to see if the software/serial number is available and if it can be given to you. Try contacting them by chat or telephone.

How do I add page numbers to my document without the page numbers automatically changing? The title page is blank, I can type in 1 on the 1st typed page, but the #1 automatically goes into the next page and will not change.

Click at bottom of the first page:
Menu > Insert > Section break
Click somewhere in the 2nd page (not the header/footer)
Inspector > Layout > Section > Page Numbers > Start at 1 > Configuration > uncheck use previous headers and footers
Click into the header or footer of the second page:
Menu > Insert > Auto Page Numbers…
If there is anything in the header or footer on the first page that you don't want just select it and delete it.
If you really wanted to manual place page numbers on each page you will have to use a section break between each and every page. I can't imagine that would be useful.

Did you enable Siri in settings?
Settings > General > Siri > ON
If Siri is off, all you get when pressing the home button for 1 second is the old Voice Control.

I have tried to use GetFileDate API. But it is not supporting for realtime Target..
So i have tried __DATE__ macro.. That also having some problems..

Very likely since yu really have a 2G iPod. Those only go to 4.2.1. If your is an 8 or 16 GB one it is a 2G since Apple only made 32 and 64 GB 3G iPods. A 32 GB one can be either. See:
