How to get purchases from iTV to Computer

I always have downloaded my tv shows from my iMac to watch on my iPad, iPhone, or Apple tv. It was taking up too much memory so last week I downloaded 3 seasons of shows on my Apple tv. When I try to download them onto my iMac from the iCloud it says "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 35 days"
I have not changed my Apple ID, and iTunes thinks I did 55 days ago. I contacted apple support and they have not been much help. They are telling me to go to purchases and Tap on Download. That is not the issue. I have been downloading tv shows and movies for years on my computer with no problem.
I told them my iMac crashed 2 months ago and that the apple store had to erase my HD.
So the first time I plugged all my apple products in it said, this iPhone is conected to another Apple ID and must be erased in order to sync. I think that is my problem.
Any ideas I do not have to wait another 35 days to download these shows onto my iPad so I can watch them while I travel?

Under iTunes, with Home Sharing on, Your PC authorised under Store settings, have you got the Require Password option set under Edit/Preferences/Sharing tab. Under next tab - Store, what options have you got set?
Under Advanced tab, click on reset store cache and reset warnings. Resync to finish.

You have to sync with your device, not drag it. Please read your user manual. You can download a copy from support.apple.com/manuals/.

I'm not sure how to get data from phone to computer

I have the Desktop Manager and the phone hooked to the cable.
It seems to only have coices I don't want. I do not want is a full backup or restore or synchronoizing or sending anything to the phone.
I just want to do a few very basic things:
1) I want to copy pictures from my phone onto my computer, such that I can view them with standard Windows software.
2) I want to copy my address book from my phone onto my computer, such that I can view them with some standard Office app, doesn't matter which one.
3) I want to copy my calendar so I can view it with some standard Office app, doesn't matter which one.
How do I do those?

I can answer #1 I believe...
When I plug my BB 8830m into my computer it always pops up on my phone screen and asks "Do you want to turn on Mass Storage mode?" I answer yes and when I go to my Windows Explorer it shows a new drive called "Removable Disk (E". It may come up with (D depending on how many other drives you already have attached to your computer. From there I just click on E: drive and it lets me surf through my BB phones files. You can copy/move your photos, ringtones, docs, etc. to your computer this way.

You have a backup of your computer, or at the very least of your iTunes media, correct?
Simply copy your backup of your iTunes media into the iTunes library on your new computer.
Connecting and syncing your device to the new computer without first recovering your iTunes media is a really, really, really bad idea. iDevices are designed to ONLY sync with one computer. When you plug your device into a new computer, it will wipe all media on the device when it syncs. The only media you may be able to salvage and transfer to the new computer would be anything bought directly on the device.
If you do not have a backup of your iTunes media, then you will want to either look at a way (using software from a third party company) to either extract the media from you iDevice or your old computer (assuming the hard drive is not toast).

Well, most of what we can tell you is already stated in the message you are getting. A phone can only sync with one library at a time. You have apparently synced your phone with a different iTunes library in the past, or changes have been made to this library so the phone no longer recognizes it as the library with which it was synced. To know which you will have to provide the information.
If you bought them using the AppleID you use with this phone it may simply be easier to re-download them directly to the phone rather than sync them, though you will want to resolve that issue at some point.
