Hi, I need English instructions for my Adobe Acrobat, I have a brandnew HP laptop with windows 8. Do I just need to simply unistall and reinstall the soft ware from Adobe site?

For Reader, yes. As far as I know (I only have version 10) Acrobat Pro installs in a multilanguage pack that includes English, French and German, maybe Italian too. Reader installs in only the language selected for the download.
You can download the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

I am an existing LR4 and CS6 customer and downloaded the "Application Manager" a while ago which asked me to do a trial of the cloud. I actually never got around to using anything cloud related except Photoshop (which I already own) and the trial ended a few minutes ago. Now I can't seem to get into Photoshop anymore and am in the middle of doing wedding shots due in a couple of days. My only choices were to buy the cloud or exit. How do I get rid of this annoying Application Manager? I tried the applications/utilitiesd/adobe installers folder, but the only choice was to unintall Photoshop only. This is so unprofressional of Adobe I can't believe it. Help.

OK ..fixed the problem (after spending an hour with tech support with no luck, I posted a note on Juliiane Kost's Facebook page and got a response from Adobe which works great). Essentially when you get asked to purchase after the trial ends, click the license button and enter your original serial number from your purchased version of Photoshop. That message refers to iTunes on the computer and not anything on the iPad. If you're using a Mac, it needs to be running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or newer, which requires an Intel Mac with at least 1GB of RAM.

Some considerations with the trial of CS5: obviously, only 30 days of usage, nothing MPEG-2 is supported, and many other flavors of MPEG are also not supported. This means that you will NOT be able to ingest anything MPEG-2, likely nothing AVCHD, or similar, and you will NOT be able to use Encore for any DVD/BD authoring in the trial. Though there is no watermark, the CS5 trial is very, very limited, and one can really only edit DV-AVI, and Export to DV-AVI, or very similar.
Neale's suggestion is the best solution, IMHO. There are also freeware editors, like Womble, that might work for you, but there is a learning curve, due to the GUI.

How to get rid of Adobe Reader on my OSX 10.9.5

I have a Mac mini, using OSX 10.9.5 and was forced to download Adobe Reader by Public Works, government of Canada, in order to print their document. For starters this is SO wrong.
When I completed the download, Adobe Reader wanted me to approve it replacing my Preview, which I didn't want to do, so I answered NO.
Now I can't get into the damnable Adobe Reader to get rid of it.
Can you please let me know how to get rid of ALL of Adobe Reader from the download?

How can I get rid of the vuzit application for pdf downloads and, instead, use Acrobat?

When I try to access a document that is in pdf, I always end up having to wait for the vuzit nitro pdf reader. I usually end up switching to Safari or Chrome to avoid waiting and trying to use this program which seems to serve no useful purpose.
How can I switch the preference to Adobe Acrobat? I have tried using the Firefox preferences for this with no luck.

I have eventually uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it.
I lost all bookmarks and passwords, but I have not (yet?) heard of VUZIT again.

to
