How to get rid of "switch" message?
Ever since going to CC LR/PS, I've been getting frequent switch to messages whenever I start LR. Usually clicking "Switch To" takes care of it. I thought perhaps best to uninstall LR and use the CC console to download and install LR. However, this box still comes up at least half the times I start LR. And the last couple of times clicking the switch to button led to more than a couple repeats before LR finally started.
This is a sad commentary on quality control. I was in the coding hotseat about 10 years ago and had to deal with the same error, and I know the problems is in the fact that CC has several additional processes that need to be synced with the running instance of LR and Windows does not make cross process communication easy. Nonetheless, the QA folks wouldn't release the program until we fixed it. Well, one of the QA folks though we should go ahead anyway, since it isn't a fatal error, just have to keep clicking...

Good afternoon! I'm glad I can be here to help with this error. In the device this application is identified only as 'Talk', so that be more familiar to you. First I recommend opening the 'Market' app on your phone, then Menu>My Apps to see if this application requires an update. It will display a list on top of all applications that need to be updated. If nothing exists, tap 'Home' and go into 'Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Talk, then tap 'Clear Cache' and 'Clear Data' to remove the history of that application and stop the notifications. The app will remain on your phone for future use, if you desire to take advantage of it. Read more about Google Talk here

How to get rid of error message for the material?
Hi everybody,there is a material which is showing an error message whenevr try to create a sales order, i've checked the material master...there is no check in X-plant Mtrl or X-dist chan or any flag for deletion...but still the red error message comes up while creating a sales order...how to get rid of this error?
this means material is blocked for procurment
three kinds of block can be there
01 Blocked for procment/whse
02 Blocked for task list/BOM
03 Blocked for Purchasing
GOTO MM42 give material n plant data
Select BESIC VIEW
there is a field called as material block remove the blocking reason

is there a way to get rid of Log messages "last message repeated x times" in order to get the real message, itself ?
I can understand theses messages are useful in case of real Log flood, but not otherwise

As it happens the only warnings I get are from com.sun.faces.* - You'll have to ask Sun why they are putting out at that level.
I don't know why the Filter errors are coming up - that is not normal and suggests that there is a configuration problem

You will have to check that out by removing each of them until you find the culprit.<br />
If you added or updated gadgets recently then start with those.<br />

6131 how to get rid of PTT message
The little outside screen just started showing the following message: "PTT service not available".
I don't know why the message suddenly appeared -- maybe I hit the wrong button?? -- but I can't make the message go away. I've looked at everything in the PTT menu, but nothing helps. How to get rid of saved message data
so i have 1.8 gigs of "messages (saved)" under my usage. i have deleted all the messages but as soon as i open the messages back up, they are right back there. I have also tried deleting and then rebooting; deleting and hard reboot; and delete then backup. All have failed and i end up with the same amount of data taken up by this "messages (saved)" category.

How to get rid of switch control on an iPod touch that home button isn't working and wifi is off.
My son has an iPod touch and his home button doesn't work on it. Because the home button didn't work he had the touch button on his screen to navigate through things. Last night he was out, shut his wifi off because there wasn't any wifi to connect too, and was fooling around with his iPod. Somehow he enabled switch control on his iPod, then it shut down and now can't get into it because the touch home button has disappeared, wifi still isn't connected and home button doesn't work.
We tried rebooting it and wiping it remotely, but because there isn't wifi, we can't connect. Also, it's password protected and we can't get into it from the computer because of the switch control.
Please help if you can. He's had it for two years and is feeling pretty down today, it took him a long time to save up and buy it.

Well, the Import/Export instructions make it seem as if the two computers should be able to communicate this file thru wifi, but that's the linkage I can't seem tocreate with Import/Export. Should I instead email a copy to myself (thats what applecare suggested)? Copy it to and from a thumb drive? But then place the file where? And the article was helpful, but should I be trying to move the Library file or the Library.xml file (as iTunes Help suggests)? Sorry to be so clueless about it...I suppose I buy Apple in the hopes of not having to think about this stuff, which approach seems not to be serving me well. Thanks again for your time!
