Out of memory is a very common situation occures in most applications. I was wondering if there is a way to find the amount of free memory available programmatically, it can atleast help a little. There are System class's functions but are not very full-proof. So can there be any other way?

I'm investigating the possibilities for developing a federated search connector for SharePoint 2013 Online. This should allow us to search a customer's database through our custom developed application (both on premise). We intend to develop
an remote federated search connector (using OpenSearch protocol) and configure a result source in SharePoint for that connector.
The problem I'm struggling with is that I want different search results from this ressult source based on the permissions of the user that is executing the search. The admin should find a lot because he has permissions on certain items in the custom
application. The employee should find just a few because he has no permissions on certain items in the custom application. We developed the custom application ourselveds and the search in that application is taking permissions into account: it doesn't
return results if a user doesn't have sufficient permissions. That part works just fine.
However, to be able to use that, the remote federated search connector must be able to identify the user that is executing the search in SharePoint Online. So: how do I get the SharePoint user context in the remote federated search connector?
I know I can configure the replacement token {User.Name} in the result source configuration, but that gives me the name of the user only. This is insufficient to get an identity, principal, token or whatever, that let's me log in into our custom
application.
I also know that in a provider hosted app, user context is passed through from SharePoint and is known within the remote app. But since result sources need fixed (or anonymous) credentials configuration for connecting to the remote federated search connector,
all users will be using the same credentials. This makes me assume these credentials are for securing communication and cannot be used within the execution of the search within the remote federated search connector.
At the moment, I'm stuck. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

SRiniYes Srini you can do. You have to go GRPO screen currency field which will be under vendor reference No. field. Here you have to change local currency instead of BP currency. Now you can see row total as well as document total will be Local currency. But Unit Price would be Euro.

Best way to get amount of memory available?
What is the best option currently to get the amount of memory available (programatically)?? I'm using LV 2011 & 2014.
Back in 2013, I got a VI from "jtagg" here, and that's what I've been using since then, but I'm not sure it's reporting what I need. I guess I don't understand exactly WHAT it's reporting. It's attached.

How can I get the amount of free space that is on my drive to show at the bottom of the drive in Lion.
This is a must feature for me and I may have to go back to Snow Leopard.
Please help!Right click on your desktop and choose "viewer options". Adjust the spacing and the size of your icons and you should be able to see the size of your drive(s) and the free space available on each drive with the exception of your bootcamp drive which will only show the overall size of the drive you have it on. This may be different if you only have one system drive (like on a Mac Book Pro) with a partition containing bootcamp on it. this may only show you the overall capacity, I can't say for sure though as I only use a Mac Pro with 4 seperate Hard Drives which are showing both overall capacity and free space available. Hope this helps

one interesting observation about vmstat I found out is (mostly on Solaris)
the first line of information always off chart, so I usually do a few interval to get constant result.

How much RAM is installed in your Mac? You need to max out the RAM and close other open apps if you are having problems with Illustrator.

Reading your question a bit more in detail, I doubt whether you are using Win32 API GetDiskFreeSpace function (for which my previous post is the solution) of Programmer's Toolbox GetDiskSpace function.
With reference to the second one, it works even with disks larger than 2GB but you need to use the proper formatting code to display the returned value. I updated my example to show total free space in the debug output window and added a comparison with 3GB value using UInt64TypeCompareUInt from the Programmer's Toolbox. -

1. Employee is active from 1.1.09 to 10.01.09
2. Employee is inactive from 11.01.09 to 20.01.09
3. Employee is again active from 21.01.09 to 31.01.09
In Result Table three split periods are created.
From 01.01.09 to 10.01.09 u2018Basic Salaryu2019 Wtype 1101 amt is 20.00

Operation WPBPC distributes the amount of the current wage type to the
active WPBP periods in the payroll period.
Input
The current wage type in the header entry of table OT is used as input
for this operation.
Procedure
Within payroll, wage types are assigned to a fixed WPBP period by
infotype 0014 Recurring Payments/Deductions, for example. However, you
may want to distribute this payment to all active WPBP periods, which is
what would happen if the wage type were entered in basic pay. Therefore,
various specifications exist for parameter S:
o If the specification is 'A', and if several active WPBP periods
exist, the amount is simultaneously reduced on a calendar-day basis.
o If the specification is 'D', the wage type is distributed to all
existing WPBP periods without the amount being reduced.
o If the specification is 'S', and if the validity period starts or
ends during the period, the entry in table WPBP is split using this
date. The wage type is stored in table OT for the corresponding WPBP
period.
This parameter is only allowed if processing was accessed using
function P0014.
In this case, infotype 0014 must be processed before absence
valuation and function PARTT. Otherwise, rejections occur during
payroll processing.
o Specification 'X' is the combination of 'A' and 'S'.
This parameter is only allowed if processing was accessed using
function P0014.
o If the specification is 'W', and if the validity period starts or
ends during the period, the entry in table WPBP is split using this
date (as with option 'S'). Unlike 'S', the wage type is not stored
in table OT.
This parameter is only allowed if processing was accessed using
function P0014.
o If the specification is ' ', the wage type is stored in table OT for
each WPBP period in which the validity interval fits.
This parameter is only allowed if processing was accessed using
functions P0014 or P0015.
If the WPBP split is set for a wage type, the wage type is stored
without changes in table OT. If you specify a different wage type name
in the second parameter, the wage type is stored with this name in table
OT. Before you execute operation WPBPC, you may therefore need to delete
the split using operation ELIMI.
If a country-specific split (C1, C2, or C3 split) is set, the operation
interprets it as an error. The employee in question is rejected by
payroll. All other splits are transferred as they are.
Output
The processed wage type, or the wage type specified in the operation
call, is written to table OT (output table) with the appropriate split
indicator and reduced amount as operation output for each WPBP period.
Parameter specification 'W' is the only exception.
