How to get the Macbook after ordering

Hello.
I know that it probably is not quite the right forum to make a new topic, about
this.
But the fact is
I have ordered a MacBook Pro with an Apple loan. I have approved my loan agreement from the company I borrowed money from. I have only received an email from them that says that it is approved and I can contact apple.
AND the only mail from Apple that I have is that my order is received:
"Please sign and return your financing agreement promptly to avoid any delay in
processing your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your signed financing agreement is not received within 30 days
of the date of this order acknowledgement, your order will be cancelled.
Alternatively, if you decide to simply place a new order you do not need to contact
us to cancel your existing order, as it will be cancelled automatically in 30
days."
... What should i do? Please help me, i know it isn't the right forum,
but i really need help, after long time searching without any results.
I hope you can help me, what i should do.

Hi Nicholai, and welcome to Apple Discussions.
Contact both of them and ask who is sending you the financing agreement. Once you receive it, sign it and give it to Apple, who will then give you your Mac.

They show in the camera roll, just not your computer?
Have you checked every folder that is in the DCIM folder?

You want to take a table, that has multiple rows for the same dt, and produce a result set that has one row per dt. That sound like a job for GROUP BY:SELECT     dt     -- DATE is not a good column name
,     MIN (col1)     AS col1
,     MIN (col2)     AS col2
,     MIN (col3)     AS col3
,     MIN (col4)     AS col4
FROM     table_x
GROUP BY dt     -- See note below
ORDER BY dt
Depending on your data and your requirements, you may need to use TRUNC (dt) in all 3 places where I used dt above.

If not, post a little sample data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, relevant columns only), and the results you want from that data.
Explain, using specific examples, how you get those results from that data.
Always say what version of Oracle you're using.

There was a story run in a UK paper this week of someone who recovered their stolen Macbook because he had a programme on it that activated the camera when the laptop was in use, it then relayed the stills and moving pictues back to him and the theif was clearly identified!

Hey guy, this is not a question bu more of an answer. I have read many forums with people wanting to up there res on the macbook pro from 1280x800 to something higher. i got my 13" MAcbook pro mid 2012 to run on the 1440x900 although its blurry and this is how. Firstly you want to download and instal switchresX. open the app go into last option (colour lcd), go to the custom resolution tab, click the + button on the buttom left, the at the top chage the option to scaled resolution, change the res to horizontal: 1440 and vertical:900. click ok then apply now experimental. reboot your make go into system preferences, display, scaled and select the one you just created. All done .

Your best option would be to sell yours and buy a used, unscratched model. A case replacement by apple is going to cost a small fortune.

The thing is that an external software we use for branding material management does not work with inDesign CC 2014 documents so I need the CC version back. 1. Click on Filters & Versions drop down
2. Click the "Install" drop down button for desire application and select CC with initial base version.

You can connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that should copy it over to the Movies part of your library.
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether the film studio allows it, you might also be able to re-download it on your Mac via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.

They mentioned that i would be able to use their Apple TV to play stuff from my macbook.
