How to get the name of user who last changed the settings of process chain

Hi All,
I have a process chain which runs daily. At one atep it would load data till PSA then there was a separate process to update data from PSA. But recently someone changed the settings and data is loaded in PSA and data target in parallel. But the process update data from PSA is also there still and as a result giving error as data already reached infocube. I wish to know who changed the settings. I searched and found about tcode SGL1 but not getting any fruitful result. Can anyone pls suggest anything.

Hi There,
In your case, nobody has changed the settings in process chains. However, it appears that someone has changed the Processing mode in the Info package. Since now the infopackage has already run after the change was made, I don't think there is any way to find who has changed the setting in the infopackage.
However, the solution would be to just switch back the processing mode from "PSA and Data Targets in Parallel" to "Only PSA".

How can I find out who created a user account and who last updated the account. I think that this is the same information that is displayed in the description field on the General tab.

I should point out that there are two attributes of all AD objects that can help you track down the correct information in the system logs. These are the whenCreated and whenChanged attributes. This will tell when the object was created and when it was last
modified, which should help when you search the logs. Also, while whenCreated is replicated to all DC's, so they will all have the exact same creation time, the whenChanged attribute is technically not replicated. The date/time on each DC reflects when
the last modification was replicated to that DC. The values will differ slightly on each DC, reflecting how long it took for the change to replicate.

How can I find out who uploaded a document to the Knowledge Directory?
My users want to know who uploaded the documents they are viewing in the KD. I hope there is some option other then creating "Related Experts" for each folder.
The Collab. Server displays the user who uploaded the documents.

Change Employee Responsible based on user who last changed.

CRM 5.0
Partner procedure has IC Agent & Employee Responsible. Both use partner access sequence 0008 which brings in the person that created the document.
We would like to automatically change the Employee Responsible based on the last employee BP that changed the document. This would be useful in warm transfers via CTI instead of the user manually changing the record. The IC Agent can always be the person that created the record.
I don't see any actions that can set this, is there any standard functionality to do what I want? or is this an enhancement.

How to track the User who has changed the System Profile Options

HI ,
The system profile options are changed by one User (Ex: XX123).
Here, the user XX123, he is not having any sys admin responsibilities .
He is having only I-proc responsibility attached .
Is there any chance to update the system profile options , through I-proc.

Pl post details of OS, database and EBS versions, along with which profile options have been changed.
AFAIK, IProc responsibilities do not have access to change profile options.

CUE - GetUserInfo - How to get Spoken Name?

I have a question on how to extract the Spoken Name (recorded name) of a user from CUE directory . I have an AA script in which I prompt the user for Dial by Name. I am using the "Name to User" step to extract the name keyed by the enduser, check the CUE directory for a valid user match and store all the user info into a "User" variable type
Using a GetUserInfo step I am storing the
a. Extension keyed in into a String variable
b. the Spoken Name in into a Document variable.
How can I extract the Spoken Name stored in the Document variable type and generate a prompt so that I can playback the username through an Explicit Confirmation step.
Any help is appreciated.

Never mind, figured it out. The SpokenName document object may be used as such (say in a CreateContainerPrompt) step to concatenating the spoken name (the real recorded name of the user) with other prompts to give a resulting prompt such as
"For User"++"at extension"+"Extension of user"+"Press 1 or else Press 2 to retry"

Go to transaction SUIM, this has a number of reports for users/authorisations
open the Where used>Autorization Values>In Users
and double click to execute
in authorisation object, enter S_TCODE
then press the "Enter Values" button
It will offer entry boxes to put the transaction code you are interesed in.
Then execute and the list of users with access to this transaciton code will be returned.

Create a Z test program using the particular table and filed .
Now goto SE38 and execute the program " RSDEPEND "
give the ur test program and then execute . u will get the list of the last change of ur program
( table and fields used inthis program)

hi Sergio,
well that might not work correct all times as some user might have logged in and logged out but the log file will still contain his name...The primary reason why we want to know this is , say suddenly we want to bring down our application for maintainnace purposes, so incase if any body is logged in at that time we want to send them mails that the system is going to be taken down in next 30 mins so and stuff....
Is there any other alternative ...

To connect the project professional with Project server and publish the project plan on server user need to have Project manager permission on PWA.
How to connect :
Open Project Professional from All program --> File --> Managed
Accounts -->Add you PWA URL (till PWA) --> Select the option Choose an account --> Save then close
Now open MS Project professional again it will ask you to connect to computer or PWA select PWA then you can start the Work.
You need not to get worry about LOGIN and user name , MPP will take Windows login of the user from Computer/laptop whoever
