Hi I have a Konica Minolta PagePro 1300W printer. This works with my Windows-based Toshiba laptop but not with my i-Mac. I have the latest (Mountain Lion 10.8.2) OS-X software.
I have installed the printer using 'System Preferences' on my i-Mac and it appears on the list of available printers but documents that I create just don't print.
Can someone please advise me how I get the Konica Minolta PagePro 1300W printer to work with my i-Mac?

Looking at the Konica web site for the PagePro 1300W, I saw the following note.
Please note: This printer is designed to be used in computer operating systems running MS Windows only. Operating systems such as UNIX, Macintosh, or Linux are not supported nor do we have workaround drivers available. Older MS Windows versions, such as Windows 3.1/95/98[pre-SE] and NT 3.51/4.0, are not supported.
So KM are not going to help you. But the LinuxFoundation does provide a workaround that should allow you to print. Have a look at this web page. You will need to install all three packages as per the instructions from that page.

I have requested and accepted the most current Firefox program updates with my windows vista system. They are not registering but I am told they are downloaded. Then I cannot get the printer option to work with any version of firefox. in English

I have taken the firefox updates when offered to 4.4. I have the browser as an aside to Internet Explorer 9 as a backup browser. When I use Firefox I am being told my system is not up to date and I need a newer version. I download the version and keep getting told I am not current with firefox. When Firefox DOES work I cannot get any printer icon or settings to enable and allow the printing of a page. I have to use IE9 to get the printer to work. Using eBay I cannot get the uploading of pictures from my computer to consistently operate even though I use small JPG files under 500KB.

Can I have a ledger report for profit center with opening balance, I went and tried in General Ledger option in Financial Reports >> Accounting >> General Ledger. But I am unable to get opening balance respect to profit center. My requirement is to extract a report with all profit center with their openings. Thanks.

A posted journal batch can not be deleted, You can reverse it to nullify the accounting effects of the posted journal batch.

I am a SIEM professional at an IT firm. i am facing a problem. My SIEM solution has an agent for windows. this agent reads only logs from the application, security and system folder of windows event viewer. In server 2008 r2 the printer logs are clustered
in and application and services/microsoft/windows/print services folder. The requirement of my management is that the siem solution should also be able to montior compliance of print policies. that can only be done once the the print logs are viewable in any
of the three event vieweer folders i.e application, system.security. how can i configure windows to make its print logs visible in any of these three folders ?

LaserJet m1212nf networking - how to get the printer seen in a network?

I have a LaserJet Pro M1212nf, which does not have wireless capability. I am on a desktop PC, Windows 7, and am hooked up with a USB cable from the computer to the printer. There are no other Windows 7 computers on this network, so until now I have not needed this capability.
I have spent an hour trying to figure out how to be able to print from my iPad using Airprint, which does come with this printer.
The printer is shared, which I thought was enough, but apparently not. I have found instructions on using a wireless printer, which this is not, and using an ethernet connection, which I am not, but nothing on direct USB connection. I have found instructions on changing from a USB connection to an ethernet connection - is this what I need to do? I'm hoping someone can help with this.
Do I need to change from USB to ethernet to be able to be seen on the computer network and by the iPad? There has to be a way to do this, but I'm stumped.

You should be able to install the printer with the normal software using an Ethernet connection to your router.
To start out sounds like this is a driver issue. I want to start with being sure that the removal of the software and reinstallation happened in the best possible fashion. I want you to follow my steps so I can be sure that we are both starting on the same page.
First if you use a USB cord, make sure to remove it (this is important). Do not plug it back in until the software directs you to. Then go through the Devices and Printers, Programs and Features and Device Manager folders and insure that all copies, files, and programs related to the printer are removed. Then as directed, restart the computer.
In the START menu type "%temp%" and press ENTER. Here I want you to press Ctrl+A and hit DELETE. Some of the files will not allow you to delete them, skip those files and delete the majority that allows it.
find and install the FULL FEATURE SOFTWARE if it is available :

After the output is displayed with ALV ,I have the following requirement
A status field will be found at the end of the row and will reflect the current status of the print documents. After printing occurs, the screen should refresh and processing status reflected to show post-print status. The user will then be able to see what documents printed immediately. Any documents that did not successfully print will need to be reprinted through the .PDF files stored in the shared directory.
I am unable to proceed further

Try going through this table TSP02L.It may give you some lead.
As well as go to DD02T table and give as spool in DDTEXT field so that you will be able to see all the spool related tables.
