If you have not saved the document and Acrobat closed then it's not possible to retrieve the lost data on the pdf file.

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

Use a normal question, and do not add the score to the total score. That will give you a correct score at the end. But the total number of questions, that system variable will still take into account all questions. You'll need a user variable, and calculate its value by subtracting 1 from the system variable cpQuizInfoTotalQuestionsPerProject. Same for the progress indicator if you want to show it?

If you want to allow Review, you'll have to tweak as well. You didn't specify the version, and all those questions I now mentioned.
And my approach, since you talk about only one question: create a custom question, because you'll have total control then.

AS rel 2 is 9.0.2, never 9.0.3. But AS suite has many many product components that has different version number strings depending on your installations and your set of installed Patch Sets (e.g. you could have Infrastructure 9.0.2.3.0 and Core RSFs 9.0.1.4.0a)
OC4J has been released as 9.0.3, next full AS is 9.0.4 (according to Metalink but who knows, maybe it'll be 10.0.1, 10.1.4 or whatever sounds marketingishly good)

Thank you for posting to the NI Discussion Forums.
The functionality that you desire should be accomplished by the "GetDeviceNet Attribute.vi". This VI "Get(s) an attribute value from a DeviceNet device using an Explicit Messaging Object." Utilizing the context help in LabVIEW, you will see that the ClassId, InstanceId, and AttributeId controls which attribute you will return the value of. The description of the AttributeId states that it "Identifies the attribute to get. Attribute IDs are listed in the class and instance descriptions in the DeviceNet Specification. The attribute's description also lists the DeviceNet data type for the attribute's value." So, this should allow you to proceed to get the information that you desire. At the bottom of the context help, there is a great example about retrieving the serial number attribute.

how can I get the version of the host app?
HostObject.getRoot() only gives me the name of the app, not if it's CS6 or CC
(in my case I'm working with Premiere).
And are there any online docs available for these libs?

if you hid the menu bar and the navigation bar simply press the alt button, this will bring back the menu bar and form there you can right click and select which bars you want shown
