How to get the ViewObject in its Controller

I have a custom requirement that based on a value in the ViewObject, I should take a confirmation to proceed further. The requirement is
1> I have a multirow block (a viewobject is attached to it).
2> There are 2 check-boxes in the multirow.
3> When the CHECBOX_1 is selected and CHECKBO_2 is not selected and the user clicks on the NEXT Button at the end of the page, there should be warning message thrown and should have values YES/ NO.
4> If the user clicks NO, then the current page should be shown
5. If the user clicks YES, then the NEXT Page should be shown.
I'm planning to use the below code in the controller of the multirow REGION to display the additional WARNING Page. The issue I'm facing here is, I'm not able to get the valiue of the CHECKBOX_1 and CHECKBOX_2 in the VIEWOBJECT on to the CONTROLLER. When I tried to put this code in the AM, the PageContext is not available.
Can anybody provide me the code snipet to access the VIEWOBJECT Values in the CONTROLLER ?

I'm able to get the values from the VO and conditionally displaying the WARNING Message now. Thanks for that.
I have a new problem now.
Below is the code I'm using for the dialog page. I have written a validation procedure on the AM and the validation are working fine for the first time (Before showing the dialog page), when the page re-submitts again (After clicking on the YES of the dialog page), the values are not available and the validations are failling.
Is something I should do to retain the values after I click on the YES on the dialogpage ?

UPDATE = I have a parameter on the FIRST SCREEN and I'm rebuilding the VO when the parameter is NULL. When I go back to the FIRST Page from the DIALOG Page, it is rebuilding the VO again and all the values are going away. Can I over write the parameter from Dialog Box ? If yes, Can you provide the code snippet pls ?
