Hi,I bought a lap top in the USA when I was on holiday,I'm having a few problems,with it and have been trying to get them to call me but I live in Spain so they say they can't handle it,I have probibly sent them 60 e-mails and talked to about twenty differant people I think that are in India and some in the States.so the answer's have not been the best and have differed ,can any body direct me an area were I might get some answers that are of use,our another website that can help me,I have found some answers talking to you guys, HOPE YOU CAN HELP. Many people that work for HP do browse this forum. To the best of my knowledge it is against policy for any HP representitive to use this board and contact a customer as when we post here it is under our own opinion and not representing HP. . Your best resolution is to download sykpe on a PC and call HP directly. 1-800 number will not cost you anything with skype and it takes 30 seconds to set up!
You will get at least phone support. And if you bought the notebook brand new in the USA you have a global warrenty with the unit!

your Macbook Pro should have came with some discs. One for Installing the OSx and the other for applications. You must find these 2 discs to fully install the software on your computer. That is all I can suggest.

TS2363 How do you safely disconnect an iPod when you have this problem?

The 'safely remove hardware' on lower right of screen says " Windows can't stop your ' Apple iPod USB Device' beacause a program is still using it. Close any programs that might be using the device, and then try again later." iTunes is closed and I cannot reopen it.

By now, you've probably turned off the computer. That would allow you to safely disconnect the ipod. If not - do it.
The usual cause is precisely as it says; a programme is still using, or working with, the iPod, and often it is your anti-virus software that is running a check on the iPod storage. It could also be any programme that you were using to modify a file that is on the iPod. For example, if you modify a photo (thta's on your iPod) in a photo application, and leave the application open, that may cause the issue.
But I notice one thing you said.

You should be using the eject button in iTunes, not the Windows one and you should eject before closing iTunes.
See the eject icon next to the word iPod.
Alternatively, if you have the sidebar showing, the iPod and the eject button will appear in the left sidebar.

I have got a scenario where in i have flat file as sender and IDOCs at the Receiver. We have got BPM implemented to direct to different IDOCs. But how would i know and how to track if a flat file comes into XI and doesnt post as IDOC and if the sender system shows that it successfully processed the flat file.

1) go to RWB --> Component Monitoring --> Adapter Engine --> Communication Channel Monitoring --> Select the channel (in your case file) and check it's status.....this will confirm that the message has passed through the channel and is in XI.
2) Open SXMB_MONI and check out the processing of your message..
Since you are using BPM u can view the Graphic Workflow to see how your BPM has functioned fro this particular processing.....Click on the PE link in SXMB_MONI to open the graphic workflow...

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

You can build Internal Table and send this to the parameter "IT_SORT".
eg:
"the sorting Internal Table structure is as whown below.
DATA: t_sort_info type slis_t_sortinfo_alv.
"Build the Sort Internal Table
t_sort_info-fieldname = 'CARRID'.
t_sort_info-subtot = 'X'.
append t_sort_info.
t_sort_info-fieldname = 'FLDATE'.
t_sort_info-subtot = 'X'.
append t_sort_info.
Then pass this "IT_SORT_INFO" table to the Function module "Reuse_alv_*". (Note send the body of the Internal table only like "IT_SORT = IT_SORT_INFO[]".
Here i am making ALV output sorted on CARRID & FLDATE.
You can specify only the First Column name for sorting.

I am getting a message with some songs in my itunes library that has a different user id and says my computer is not authorized to play this song. ***?

Since transferring my iTunes library to a new computer, my library is just a mess. There are lots of songs that are duplicated 2, 3 and 4 times although all but one of the songs will get a message saying iTunes cannot find the file. Now I am getting a messages with some songs that shows a different user id for iTunes and wants the password. I have spent lots of $$$ and time trying to resolve these issues but really want to know what the heck is going on here?

Maybe you purchased some of the other songs using a different itunes account.

I have a requirement where i have to produce a spool even i go for e-mail or FAX option when the script is triggered.
I am using a standard program where it is coded to have either of the option. i.e. either we have to go for a printer or e-mail or FAX.
Could any one suggest me how to get spool along with e-mail or FAX option.

How do you get your album's songs to stay together when you put them on your ipod/iphone, when some songs have a ft. artist?
Even when I try to change the featured artist in my I tunes, it won't stay with my other songs, and I want to be able to listen to my album in the order of the songs that the album has it.

The iTunes/iPod software isn't set up to let you sync songs from more than one libray, but if you manually manage the iPod you can add tracks from multiple computers without removing the existing content. Personnaly I think syncing with a library is a much better way to manage your iPod, so I'd suggest you just copy the stuff you bought at work onto a memory stick, then take it home and import it into your iTunes library there.

Do a malware check with some malware scan programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.
