How to get UCCX sessionID in vxml
Hi,
Is there a way to get the sessionID of the UCCX call in VXML. I want to use it from Nuance VXML. It think it should be something like: sesssion.connection.sessionid , but I don't find the right format.

what generates the VXML?
I can imagine it is a simple dynamic web application, that may accept a HTTP GET parameter. If so, the UCCX script can be configured (perhaps with the Voice Browser step) to issue a HTTP request with the GET parameter of sessonid with the value of the session id, the dynamic web application would include this string in the VXML.
By the way, what is Nuance VXML? VXML is rendered by UCCX, Nuance is only a Speech server as far as I know.

How to get tomorrows date in UCCX script
I am trying to determine how to get tomorrow's date in UCCX. I am wanting to determine if today is the last day of the month by checking if tomorrow is the 1st day of the month. I currently use D[now].date to get today's date in some scripts. I tried the set command tomorrowDate = D[now].date + 1 and it showed 28 when today is the 27th, but I was thinking this was just adding 1 to the number returned by D[now].date and not actually showing the next day's date. I am thinking this might return 32 on Jan. 31st.
Does anyone know how to get an acurate tomorrow's date in UCCX scripting?

MarkI got this to work after reading nowcommsupports' post. I hadn't thought of setting a date for a month with 31 days to 32 and having it converted to the 1st day of the next month. I did it something like the below:
variables:
todaysDay int D[now].date
todaysMonth int D[now].month
todaysYear int D[now].year
tomorrowsDate String ""
tomorrowsDay int 0
set tomorrowsDay = todaysDay + 1
set tomorrowsDate = D[todaysMonth + "/" + tomorrowsDay + "/" + todaysYear]
set tomorrowsDay = D[tomorrowsDate].date
If the date is past the last day of the current month, it will role over to the next month. For example, 1/31/11 + 1 = 1/32/11 which is converted to 2/1/11 by the system.
Now I use the int variable "tomorrowsDay" in the routing logic of my script knowing if it equals 1 then today is the last day of the month.
I put this here in case it may help someone else and for my own records. I needed to know if it was the last day of the month for different hours of operation in our help desk script.

we have developed an application using oracle forms 10g with
oracle database 10g and Application server 10g
Application uses a single Oracle User name to connect to database
where as at Application level there are different users (these are not database users)
Now how can we get the information about the user/his machine etc. at database level. earlier in 6i/8i we use to get by using
USERENV('TERMINAL')
we had written a triggers on tables on Insert/Update where we used to update a database field Last user terminal with USERENV('TERMINAL')
but not this information is comming to be the machine name of application server where as we wish this to be the machine name of Client. Any Way outs

How to get transacted session in direct mode with jmsra adapter
Hi,
I use MQ 4.4u1 release with GF in EMBEDDED mode. I configured several connection factories with NoTransaction/LocalTransaction/XATransaction support. In my app I get a connection factory from JNDI tree, create connection/session/producer and send several messages to queue. Everything works fine when I don't use transactions. But, when I want to send messages in one transaction, the connection always provided to me non-transacted session. The session created via
Session session = connection.createSession(true, Session.SESSION_TRANSACTED);
request. I check the session transacted state and acknowledge mode right after i get it:
log.fine("Session: " + session + "; transacted: " + session.getTransacted() + "; ackMode: " + session.getAcknowledgeMode());
The log shows me that the session is not transacted and ackMode is 0 (DUPS_OK_ACKNOWLEDGE). If I try to commit the session after messages were sent I get the correct exception:
javax.jms.IllegalStateException: MQJMSRA_DS4001: commit():Illegal for a non-transacted Session:sessionId=3361979872663370240
Does anyone know how to get transactional session in direct mode?

If you want to send messages in a transaction from within a Servlet then I think you're expected to use a UserTransaction: Here's an example that worked for me:

As for imq.jmsra.direct.disableCM property - this appears to disable connection pooling and from your post changes other behaviour as well. How did you find out about it (other than by examining the code)? As far as I can see this is not a documented feature and is not necessarily tested or supported. -
How to get text of Last SQL Query
Sorry if this has been covered, but the search page keeps erring on me.
I am trying to figure out how to get the text of the last SQL statement executed (succesfully or unsuccesfully) by my current login.
What it is, is i want in the exception handler of my procedure to be able to dump the text of the Query which was last run into the log file.
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

[email protected]Well, ive been trying V$SQLTEXT in conjunction with V$SESSION and USERENV('SESSIONID'). This gets me my SQL statements, but the SQL_HASH_VALUE and PREV_HASH_VALUE, which are supposed to be the current and previous statements respectively always are the same and always point to the current statement..... is there some sort of flag you have to set to get PREV_HASH_VALUE (and PREV_SQL_ADDR) to actually point to the **PREVIOUS** statement??

How to copy UCCX Informix database to MSSQL?
Hi,
I am trying to copy the UCCX 8.5 Informix database to Microsoft SQL, so we can use MSSQL as the source database for our reports. This way we will not stress our UCCX database too much, except for when we run the batch copy every night.
To copy all tables to SQL I am trying to use SQL Server 2008's SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), the Import and Export Wizard (DTSWizard.exe). I open the Informix database as a local ODBC, using the .Net Framework Data Provider for Odbc to read all data. I then use the SQL Native Client to write the data into MSSQL.
When I try to do this, I run into a couple of issues:
1) Some field types in Informix are unknown to SQL. I have to manually reassign them. Most of them are datetime fields, so I guess I should just mark them as datetime type in SQL?
2) When I finished assigning the datetime type to the unknown fields and try to run the migration, I receive the following error. I don't have a clue how to get around this:
Does anyone have any experience with what I'm trying to do? I know Cisco recommends using a separate SQL server for reporting, but I haven't found any documents describing how to do this. Can anyone help?

How to get the values from table SKB1 R/3 to SRM
Hi Gurus,
My requirement is to get all the values from the table SKB1 to SRM (i.e. in to an internal table) for doing some validation(G/L account XXXXXX requires an assignment to a CO objectXXXXXX.)
Like wise I have many tables for doing validation in SRM
Help me how to get this, suggest me any Function module with sample code.
OR
Any Standard FM which will give all the values of the fields in the table SKB1 when I pass the key fields G/L account & company code alone so that I can improve the performance.

Every webdynpro component has a global controller called the component controller which is visible to all other controllers within the component.So whenever you want to share some data in between 2 different views you can just make it a point to use the component controller's context for the same. For your requirement (within your popups view context) you will have have to copy the component controllers context to your view. You then will have to (programmatically) fill this context with your desired data in this popup view. You can then be able to read this context from whichever view you want. I hope that this would have made it clear for you. Am also giving you an [example|http://****************/Tutorials/WebDynproABAP/Modalbox/page1.htm] which you can go through which would give you a perfect understanding of all this. In this example the user has an input field in the main view. The user enters a customer number & presses on a pushbutton. The corresponding sales orders are then displayed in a popup window for the user. The user can then select any sales order & press on a button in the popup. These values would then get copied to the table in the main view.

I had an icloud account in 2009. We set it up as a family plan because my family had just changed from PC to Mac. We never used it and let the plan expire in 2010. My ical will not sync with my new iphone because it is linked to the family plan account that no longer exist. Because I don't remember my password, I tried resetting it. It says the personal information I entered is incorrect, but I know the information is correct...It's my birthday it asks for! Does anyone know how to get that account off of my mac without the account existing?
You were a MobileMe (not iCloud) subscriber in 2009 and this service has been terminated. However the login is an Apple ID and this never expires. What is your operating system? Do you have a MobileMe icon in System Preferences? - if so you should be able to sign out in it, but you may not have an iCloud icon to let you create an iCloud account, though you can do so if your iPhone has iOS 5 or above.
If you are getting login requests or other irritations from your MobileMe account you can go to (user)/Library/Preferences/ByHost and delete all .plist files beginning with com.apple.DotMac or com.apple.idisk, then reboot.
The minimum requirement for iCloud to let you sync your data is 10.7.5 though you can sync through iTunes (except with Mavericks). -

To get only the changed data in the ALV grid of a WD, you need to capture the "ON_DATA_CHECK" of the ALV grid.
To this please do the following in the ALV initialization of the ALV table settings :
lr_table_settings->set_data_check(
IF_SALV_WD_C_TABLE_SETTINGS=>DATA_CHECK_ON_CELL_EVENT ).
You may also do this:
lr_table_settings->set_data_check( IF_SALV_WD_C_TABLE_SETTINGS=>DATA_CHECK_ON_CHECK_EVENT)
The above two ways would depend on when do you need to check for the changed data. If you want to check the data as soon as it is entered, then use the first method. Else, use the second method.
You need to register an EVENT HANDLER for this event.(You may do this in your VIEW or Component Controller).
In this Event handler, you would find an importing parameter R_PARAM which is a ref type of IF_SALV_WD_TABLE_DATA_CHECK.
The attribute T_MODIFIED_CELLS of this interface IF_SALV_WD_TABLE_DATA_CHECK will contain the modified cells of the ALV with the old & new values. -

How to get flagged messages in to tasks or alternatively view another users to do list.
If someone could just help me out I would be extremely appreciative.
2 of us work in one mail box together called admin. when one of us is away we like to use the flags to create follow ups for each other on certain email items.
Firstly, I can only see my main accounts to do list
Secondly, when I flag a contact / message / anything in fact, in any mailbox it only appears in their respective to do lists and not in their tasks. Thus I cannot see what I have flagged for them at a glance as I can not find a way to view other peoples
to do list. i.e. neither of us can see any of the flags in the shared mailbox we use (admin) unless we log in under a different profile, which is troublesome as it takes way to long to switch back and forth.
I presently use colour categories to delegate who is currently in charge of answering certain emails and use custom flags to note what we are waiting for in particular to a certain email and then mark a tick when it has been dealt with. Simple system but
not currently working in full due to the follow up flags not appearing in tasks.
This also affects my task synching on my mobile where once again it only shows what is in tasks... i.e stuff I have physically typed in outlook rather than flagged content; mails, contacts etc.
Any ideas how to get the follow up flags appearing in tasks or an ability to see other peoples to do lists... the first is more preferable but I will take what I can.

WoodyJust add the 'admin' mailbox as additional account in Outlook, as opposed to additional mailbox (i.e. don't add it from Accounts Settings -> More settings -> Advanced, but from File -> Add account instead).
It will then show flagged items and tasks from all accounts in the 'To-do' list. -

What is the format of the period date you want to get, is this date in the DB and you want to filter it based on the month and the given Date?
Did the month and given date are two parameters in the report? if possible, could you please provide some sample data in the DB and also the snapshot of the report structure
I assume you want to get the period date(mm/dd/yyy) between the select month(e.g:Feb) and the given date (10/1/2014) and you should get the date between(02/01/2014-10/1/2014).
If so,and you also have two parameter "Month","EndDate"(EndDate is the given date), please reference to details information below:
You can create an new parameter "BeginDate" (Date/Time) which is the begin date of the period, you can use the expression to get the value based on the value of the month and the year value from the given date,finally hide this parameter:
Specify the available value:
Label:=Parameters!Month.Value &"/01/"& DatePart("yyyy",Parameters!EndDate.Value)
