i have recently somehow deleted the arrows in the top left hand corner of a webpage that allows you to go back a page - how do you get them back??
If you mean the back arrow in the Safari toolbar ...
Select View/Customize Toolbar and then drag the arrow items back to that location before clicking Done

Does anyone know how to add a preface page at the beginning of the book in ibooks author once the book is written? No matter how I try to add a Preface page, it goes to the end of the book.
Thanks. I've tried this and apparently the template I'm using is one of those where it doesn't work. I've tried dragging it as well as cutting a pasting but it always travels back to the end of the book. Maybe I can try changing the template temporarily, move the preface page, and then convert back to the original template. I'll experiment a little.

Muse is not the right tool for creating HTML content for e-mail messages. The HTML requirements of popular e-mail programs are very different from those of popular browsers.
It's clear there is interest in a WYSIWYG design tool for HTML e-mail, but Muse is currently not that tool.
You may have luck searching for HTML e-mail creation tools or using the tools that are part of e-mail campaign service providers such as Constant Contact or MailChimp.
If your requirements are simple, you may be able to do with simply an image in the e-mail that is a link to your site. -

How can WLS use JSP pages in a Web Application (either a .war file or a war directory structure) without a java compiler?
I suspect either the JSP specification is flawed (i.e. it doesn't take account of servers using just a JRE), or BEA's implementation is broken.
Production servers do not have a JDK installed. They only have a JRE. Therfore a java compiler is not present on the machine that the Web Application is deployed onto.
On the development machine, when the server is requested to load the JSP it creates a tmpwar directory within the Web Application directory structure. This is then included in the resultant .war file thus:

The default Java compiler from sun lives in the tools.jar that comes with
the JDK. Just add that to your set of JARs which are deployed in production
and you should be fine. No need to install the full JDK - just make the
tools.jar available to WebLogic.

Anonymous access to the WPC pages of the Web Content repository
During setting up access of anonymous user to Web Page Composer pages we need to use Web Content repository that is not in the Documents repository.
As is in the note 837898 there are no prefixes for WPC pages in the URL Generator Service.
So the an anonymous user get login screen then attempt to access any WPC pages of the Web Content repository.
How to achieve that content in the Web Content repository get as Content Link property the value '/irj/go/km/docs/wpccontent/u2026', rather than '/irj/servlet/prt/prtroot/...'?Hi Vladimir
Did you try the following from the note:
2. Open the PCD Editor as Content Administrator: Content Administration > Portal Content > Portal Content > Portal Users > Standard Portal Users > Standard User Role > Open > Object
a) Navigate to Home (note the tooltip "com.sap.km. home_ws") > Hidden > URL Access.
b) Open contained iView: Document (km-doc-iview) for editing
c) Select the property category "Advanced"
d) Change the property "Authentication Scheme" to "anonymous"
e) Save the changes.
I think that ought to fix your problems.
Else go see this note 1237530 as it describes that there has been some mis-coding internally in WPC with relation to using /irj/go/km/docs instead of standard servlet.

How do I download an MP3 from the web to iTunes
I received an email with a link to an MP3 I'd like to load onto iTunes so I can listen to it on my iPod. But when I click on the link, it opens Safari, and the only thing on the screen is a progress bar with a start/stop and a volume control. I can't find anything to click on to drag it to iTunes.
I've tried 'File->save as' and put it on my downloads folder or on the desktop. But it won't save as an MP3, it tells me it has to put '.webarchive' as an extension. If I try to drag the file to iTunes, nothing happens. If I double click on it, I get the same Safari window.
So how do I get this MP3 off the web and into iTunes?When it's playing in Safari, click on its URL in the address bar and press the Option and Enter keys.

When you have completed design your form on design tab, you may open form to filling out and submit. At this time, if you don’t change your form, it will keep the open state. if you change or edit your form, it will showing a warning dialog to let you know form will be changed to closed, and remind you to open it again.
