How to Go back to to old update 31.x.x.x

Question

Hi friends,
I have updated with 40.0.005, now i have many issues like Alarm snoozing/stopping, Swithing off like battry drain when charge reaches to last two line.
is this issues because of this update ? i dont know. but after this update i face like this issues.
One more doubt. initial charging should be 6-8 hrs must ?

Once again, you were told old information that relates to nickel batteries. You should indeed fully deplete nickel batteries before recharging them in order to avoid memory effect.
Lithium batteries, on the other hand, suffer far less from memory effect than nickel batteries. In fact, they positively like being charged as much as possible, and fully depleting them too often can damage them.
So, whenever it's convenient you should plug the charger in and top the battery up. However, from time to time, say once a month, it's a good idea to deplete the battery fully (run the phone until it switches itself off) and to give it a full charge. This all but eliminates the risk of memory effect and it also recalibrates the phone's battery gauge.
They don't like being over-charged, though, and this is precisely why there are circuits in the phone and battery that prevent you from doing so. You can leave the charger plugged in all night if you want, but once the battery is full, the phone will stop the charger from charging the battery further.
