Usually, if two users try to update the same row at the same time, you want the first to commit to succeed, and when the second commits, they should fail with the error that the row was being concurrently updated. They you may want to show them the new row values and give them the opportunity to merge their values with the new row values...
How can you achieve this? Google optimistic locking.

I'm not sure whether I understand your question. If one user changes a record then you would like other users to see those changes. Normally those changes will be visible to other users when they refresh their browser, after the first user has committed changes to the record. I you want to be sure that the same row isn't updated at the same time by to different user, you need to configure some locking (pessimistic locking) - this depends of what technology you use. In EJB3 pessimistic locking is performed by adding a version to every entity object. If you are using ADF, the framework is able to handle either pessimistic or even optimistic locking.
If you want the changed row to be updated in other users browsers without any user interaction by these users, you should take a look at Reverse Ajax (ex. DWR http://ajaxian.com/archives/reverse-ajax-with-dwr) - or Ajax in general. But you will never get a realtime solution, where changes is visible in other users browsers right after each record update.

If so, put a clip of the 4:3 material into a timeline and accept the offer to conform the timeline to that material. Then, any of the 16:9 material will be part of that settings - however - you will want to go into the DISTORT settings in the Viewer to alter the material so that the image extends beyond the sides (aka a center cut). It has been a long time since I've done this but I remember the number is something like 33 (or -33).

Have your wife log in to her user account on the laptop. Launch iTunes, then connect her phone to the computer with the USB cable. Sync. That should put back all apps and media. Since you already upgraded her to iOS 5 she'll have to manually enter all her settings and preferences, and organize her home screens.

You can't; not if the phones are sharing the same iCloud account. If you want to keep your data separate, migrate one of them to a different iCloud account. (You can continue to share the same iTunes ID.)
To do this, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (this won't effect the other phone), choose Keep on My iPhone, sign back in with a different Apple ID to set up a new account, turn on your iCloud data syncing, then choose Merge to upload the data to the new account. You can then go to icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's data from each account.
Another option if you're only concerned about not sharing contacts but wish to share everything else, is to set up a second iCloud account on one of the phones and sync contacts with the secondary account. To do this, go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off and choose Keep on My iPhone. Then go to Settings>Mail,Contacts, Calendars>Add Account>iCloud, sign in with a different Apple ID to create the secondary account, and turn Contacts to On. You can then go to icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's contacts from each account.

should I use global variables?? I want to avoid because I have lot of variables and it would takes too much memory,I tried with this code but the value of the second indicator is not updated

Both the roles should diplay the same layout for a single workbook.
please ensure that both the users(with these 2 roles) have similar (all the other)authorisations.
it's possible that one of the users may have further restrictions in authorisations. check out for z-authorisation objects if any.

Yes.
Ignore the Canon software. It gains you nothing and adds complexity. Just use iPhoto for the lot.

I think the easiest way to share calendars between the two users on the same Mac is by using Google Calendars/Calaboration.

After following the instructions in the link, export your iCal calendar and import it into the new Google Calendar. All events will appear in the new Google calendar which you can see in iCal or gmail. Set this up with the same google account information used when configuring the first user account and both users will be able to write and/or remove events in the calendar using iCal.

Yes. Technically there will not be any conflict as long as the private addresses used by the 2 clusters do not collide, and provided that the switch's port capacity and bandwidth will not be exceeded.
Your NA (netadmin) can also configure the switch to separate the 2 Interconnects from one another (called partitioning when using Infiniband) - if the switch supports such features.
A major consideration is not to make the switch, public. That typically cause a range of problems and can have a serious impact on an Interconnect. But using 2 private networks on the same infrastructure should not have the same problems - if configured and implemented correctly.
