How to have @ and . on letter keyboard of iphone 4s
My iPhone 4S keyboard doesn't have the full stop or @ on the letter keyboard, yet my wife's does.
how can I set up mine to be the same.?
both phones are set to English keyboard.

Also, keyboards tend to be somewhat contextualized by the app you are in and what you are doing with it (web forms, email, etc.). An example of where you are having difficulty might also help.

No. Unless you want to copy/paste every character from a chart or app like Unicode or Unicode Table.

How to manage and remove iPhoto collections in iPhone when syncing
I'm trying to free up storage space in my iPhone 4S. I have the latest iOS version7.0.4 and my iMac is on Maverick. In iTunes before syncing i went to the Photos tab and requested to only sync the last 3 months with no videos to appear on the 4S. However I noticed that after syncing past Collections from over the years are still on my iPhone and still taking up storage space. Any suggestions out there having to not have those older Collections sync and appear? Thanks.

Make sure you have iTunes 11.1.1 installed on your computer.
Plug your iPhone into your computer.

For some reason, your Mac doesn't recognise that a keyboard is present, so it looks for a wireless keyboard. The question is, why doesn't your Mac recognise that a keyboard is attached?
First, you need to make sure you remove all peripherals, especially USB peripherals (the keyboard is on the USB bus). Then restart holding down the Shift key. This should boot in Safe mode. If the computer boots normally (not in safe mode) and the keyboard is still not working, try resetting the SMC

If that still doesn't fix the problem, then the keyboard (or its controller) is probably damaged and needs to be replaced. -

just got a replacement iPhone 4s and i let the battery run down all the way before charging it and now that i have put it on the charger it won't turn back on or show any signs that it is charging. its just a black screen. how do i fix it
Keep iPhone on wall charger for ten minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to respond.
