How to have CS3 always open up with the same dialog boxes
We would like to maintain our CS3 window "setup" when we reboot our PC. We use only a few preferences :: actions /history/layers ,,,but upon reopening CS >> there are nearly 10 windows that open on the right, with icons > probably just factory settings .... but, is there a way to have CS3 open with just the our favs, on the palettes on the right side ....??

I CS3, CS5 has work spaces setup Photoshop like the way you want it to look and save a workspace. If you close down Photoshop when your in your workspace if should start up in your workspace. You can also switch between yours and the one CS5 ships with. You may even be able to copy your CS3 workspaces to your CS5 installation.

Message bodies are not downloaded until you open the folder containing the message. If you have a POP3 account it is possible that the message has been downloaded and deleted from the server by another mail program running on a home or office computer, so the message is gone by the time you are ready to read it. If you have a POP3 account you should make sure that any other computers that access your mail are off or at least have automatic email retrieval disabled.
If you have an Exchange account there really IS an issue. When you set up an Exchange account on the iPhone it gets its settings from the Outlook client on your computer. In some cases this setting doesn't work right on the iPhone. So if you have this problem AND your mail server is Exchange do not set up the iPhone as an Exchange client. Instead, create the account on the iPhone as an IMAP account.
If a message is very larger (probably over 1 MB or so) the iPhone won't download it. This could be why it happens with only some messages.
Finally, if you have it set up as an IMAP account and it still happens you are very unusual, as just about everyone who has reported this problem is using either Exchange or POP3. (Unless it happens on very large messages only)."

Every time I create an account with iCloud then try to open it I get an error message: wrong ID or password. Also when I enter my birth date I am told it is incorrect. I have done this several times with the same results.

If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, the Game Center profile should be the same.
Check out this information from the iPad User Guide. Try signing out of the Game Center on both devices and then sign back in with the correct Apple ID:

How can I set up two iPhones with the same contact, photos, music etc... but a different sim card and phone number. They will both be my phones, but one will be for use in other countries.
Phone A = phone with information you want duplicated
Phone B = phone that you want to copy from A
Backup Phone A.

Phone B should be on the 'Hello' screen. Do not swipe it. Launch iTunes. Plug in Phone B.
When iTunes asks if you want to set up as new phone or restore from backup, choose restore from backup of Phone A.
After this setup, any changes to one phone (i.e. adding a contact, downloading an app) will have to be manually duplicated on the second phone, if that is your desire). Making changes to one phone will not affect the other after setup. -

My wife is having the exact same issue after updating to the new iOS 8.1.1 and we've tried all the same steps even restoring the phone as a new phone. We've contacted our service provider and they've told us to go to apple to potentially "remove" her serial number from their servers to allow it to work properly on the service we have. We are desperate as purchasing a new phone right now is not an option and she desperately needs her phone for work and life.

Can I have more than 1 susbcriber with the same email address?
I have developed a BC secure zone in Muse as a members only area. This works fine. I have subscribed all the members and all is OK except that I find if I try to subscribe 2 members with the same email address (e.g. a married couple with a shared email address), the first subscription is overwritten by the second. Is there a solution or do I just live with it?

This is the default behavior of the system because email is the unique identifier. You can't have more than 1 subscriber with the same email address.
