How to have monitor image duplicated with actual print?

I have a Mac Pro 10.8.5 Using lightroom 5 and elements 12. Perform most of "developing" in Lightroom and transfer to Elements 12 to fine tune image and save, etc. I understand to save as using sRGB or RGB but the images are identical. Image is always darker and colors "not the same" as the monitor, kind of flat.
The monitor is ViewSonic high definition. Monitor is calibrated using Color Munki.
Pictures are the same whether using Canon Pro 9000 or prints from off site location. Looking for assistance, please?

In Edit> Color Settings check it is set for 'Always optimize for printing'.
Check your printer driver settings in case any print enhancement options are set (e.g. my Canon has a setting called Vivid Photo' which changes the saturation of all the colours.
In the Print dialog click More Options and see what you have set under Color Management.

The short answer is that you'll put the source clip(s) for each inset on a different video track, all stacked up. Then use the Scale and Position effects (under "Motion" on the Effect Controls panel) to reduce their size and place them where you want.
If the content of an inset will involve edited content (where you're cutting among various clips or just trimming out unwanted content from a single clip), then you'll probably find it easier to do all those edits in one sequence, then nest that sequence in the master sequence, where you apply the Scale and Positioning effects. That will save the step of applying the scale and position effects to each edited track item.

I have Print Shop for Mac and Aperture. How do I get images from Aperture into Print Shop? I'musing managed images with previews. Is there any option besides exporting to the desktop and importing?

if you have previews turned on in Aperture and they're all genereated, you can simply drag-n-drop them into any application (just about). drag-n-drop is essentially the same as copy/paste as long as the application is setup to accept "drops" onto its windows.
otherwise, if you're running Leopard (10.5) as your version of Mac OS X, when you import (or whatever it is in PrintShop), you should get a file selection dialog. from here, scroll down the left-hand side bar set of icons. near the bottom is a group called "Media". click on the triangle to open the group, choose Photos, and from here you should see an Aperture icon. click this and you'll see your whole library (or at least the portion of it that you have previews generated for. select the photo you want and viola!

How to have posted images display as sRGB on wide-gamut monitors.

I understand an sRGB profile is necessary for posting images but I need help on how to do that with Photoshop CS2 and my new wide-gamut monitor (HP LP2475w with Spider3Express calibration). Before doing a "save for web" and posting, I "convert to profile" to either "sRGB IEEE61966-2.1" or "sRGB with hardware configuration derived from calibration" (it makes no difference which), but I see then a significant color shift in the posted images when I view them through Firefox 3.6 (with operating color management software -verified on other posted images) and the same color shift with IE6 (which has NO color management software). So, Firefox is NOT RECOGNIZING my posted images with the sRGB profiles that I thought I was embedding in them in Photoshop. So my question boils down to: WHAT EXACTLY DO I HAVE TO DO IN PHOTOSHOP SO FIREFOX WILL RECOGNIZE THE POSTED IMAGES AS sRGB and display them 'correctly' on wide-gamut monitors??

ISSUE RESOLVED. Photoshop CS2 was not embedding an sRGB profile in the images I was posting. I needed to check the "ICC Profile" checkbox in "save for web" to make that actually happen (after I did "convert to profile" sRGB).
I also have switched to "Full Color Management" Value 1 (hidden) in Firefox 3.6 so that Firefox now assumes any untagged image is sRGB standard and then converts those, and all other images which ARE tagged, to my calibrated monitor profile. This definitely looks to me like the way to operate with a wide-gamut monitor although I understand it is still recommended to always tag images for posting as sRGB and not embed any other profile for color consistency over color accuracy. At least if there are some out there with wider-gamut tags, I should get some benefit.
Have I got it right ?

How do I have an image move with a text box?

I need to embed an image within a text box so that when I add additional text in the future, the image moves with the text that surrounds it.
For example, if I have a paragraph of text, then on the following line vertically I have an image, then on the following line another paragraph of text ... When I add additional paragraphs of text above the image, how can I have the image track down to stay between the original two paragraphs of text?

I just upgraded to the latest version of Muse. I made a few changes to my site and I'm trying to export the HTML. I've now tried 3 times and the app locks up at 89%. It completes all pages, but locks up there. When I look into the Muse Export folder, there is nothing there. The window reads "Finishing export" but it stays at that point for more than an hour when I finally give up and force quit.
Any ideas? Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on how to get my HTML exported successfully?

Just an update. Previously I was attempting to export HTML to the Muse Export folder on my computer. I described what happened above. Now, I'm trying to publish directly to my FTP site. Its doing basically the same behavior where it exports all desktop pages (189 of them) then it locks up. However, the interesting thing is that when exporting to the Muse Export folder on my computer this said it was 89% complete. When uploading to my server, it says its 59% computer when all pages have been exported. Both options result in the app locking up and never completing the export. I did check my site online to see if the pages were really updated. I made a change to the nav bar on the master so I should see that on every page. It is not showing up online yet even though the app says all 189 pages have been exported. Still looking for help, all advice and ideas will be appreciated! I do want to get my updates online.

So, messing around a bit with Mountain Lion on my 2009 Xserve.
How do I monitor the hardware? Server Monitor appears to be gone and trying to use the version from Lion is a no go.
This unit has Lights Out Management. Aside from the IPMITool, how can I modify/configure LOM?
It would be nice to be able to monitor the hardware.

Um, so where is ipmitool? Not in /usr/bin and not in the Server.app app bundle.

Just a note about Apple documents; It's important to reccognize that what Apple doesn't say is just as important as what it does say. For instance, in that article it simiply states "To administer OS X Server on Mountain Lion, use Server app version 2 or later on OS X Mountain Lion."
Not only does that statement say what you use to administer, it also says what you can't use. (Any other version of any other management software.)
This seems counter-intuitive to anyone who has used RAC or LOM on other Intel hardware because they understand that RAC/LOM is a firmware or hardware feature and really has very little to do with the OS. Dell, for instance, has a completely seperate PCI card that serves this function with its own network interface, power supply, etc. These methods of remote access simply don't care about the host OS or whether or not the host even has an OS.
This seems to be the case with Apple Xserves, though the NIC is shared, of course; there is apparently a third-party tool that will get to the LOM features of the Xserve, though I've never used it myself. (See above) So the defficiency in this case appears to be the management software itself. The "Server Monitor" app isn't compatible in some way with Mountain Lion and they didn't integrate that functionality into the "Server" app so it's broken.
Though if that were the case, you would be able to use Server Monitor on a Snow Leopard machine to access the LOM on an Xserve running Mountain Lion Server but you can't. So the Host OS must be doing something hinky there. (I vaguely remember an issue with NIC binding in Lion... I think it had something to do with LCAP?)
Anyway, it's just not working right now... I upgraded some workstations to Lion but haven't pulled the trigger on Mountain Lion yet and I won't be upgrading the servers past Snow Leopard Server any time soon... In fact I need to track down a few serial numbers before they're all gone!

so I have declared image files as BLOB files. How can I get the width for the them?
There is a sample from ordimage reference:

Currently, I have Snow Leopard and Windows 7 (Bootcamp) running on my iMac. I have enough disk space to split my Snow Leopard partition. I have read that if I split my Snow Leopard partition, clone my Snow Leopard partition to the new partition, and boot to the new partition, that I may have problems with the Maverick's upgrade because it may not be able to create the recovery parition, or that it may erase the Windows partition, or that it may mess up the Windows boot process.

Simplest is to install Mavs on an ext HD, using FW or TB. I don't do windoze, so can't advise about the Boot Camp and multiple volumes issue. Since there's no Boot Camp, I have four volumes running SL through Mavs.

Print Preview is different with actual Print

When I try to print a PO, the Print Preview is correct, but the actual Print is not as same as the Preview, because the Item Description row is truncated. The strange thing is that it was not truncated in the Print Preview.
Any body has an idea?

There are settings in the Document Properties for each layout in PLD that can have an affect on how the layout is displayed in print preview.
1) Open your layout in PLD
2) Right-click on the layout and choose Display Document Properties
3) In the Document Properties window, choose the Format tab
The Preview Printing section changes settings when you preview the layout rather than sending directly to the printer. Try turning that option off for the document or changing the Change Size setting.

I ran a search for this but couldn't find anything. Is there code I can write into my webpage (using dreamweaver) that will make my flash movie get larger along with the rest of my webpage when the viewer zooms their internet explorer 8 browser? I do appreciate you trying to help me and I understand how easy it is to misread the question perameters.

it actually just stated what I said was the problem in my original post.
I've already said the flash content looks fine at 100% and is only a problem when zoomed in by the internet explorer browser.
The help I'm looking for is maybe a tip on some html code (like rescale = true or something) that I can write into the web page (via Dreamweaver) that tells the flash content to scale up with the rest of the page when zoomed.
Does anyone else have any suggestions?
