How to hide a graph when no data

Hi,
I have a Pie-chart in my rtf template. I pull data from db using sql query.
I want to hide that template when there is no data (means sql query returns zero results). Can anyone let me know how can I achieve that?

I know it can be done by putting that in a "Conditional Region" given by BI Publisher desktop plugin. But what condition can I put in if block to identify "when no data" ?
Is there any straightforward configuration kind of.. in Pie-chart, to hide it when no data.

I have created a new page in inventory module here.I have developed a search page like if i query through organization all the items related to that are displayed in results table.I have introduced one more dummy colums called details with image and in property for that details i have implemented drill down details.
When i click that details link i will go to next page to display lot details for the item.
Here there are lot details for some items and some items dont have lot details.SWo the details button must be enabled for the items which have lot details only and for other it must be in disable state.
Can any one tell me how to disable for the items which dont have lot details and enable for the it3ems which has lot details.
Right now it is in enable state for all the items it was going to next page.
I nedd to go to next p[age only if i have the related information for that item.

How to hide system tables when using the Oracle SQL Developer?

I would like to know how can I show only the tables that I created under the Tables tree? I didnt find a way to create a separate database using the Oracle Sql Developer. I see all the tables together, and would like to differentiate between different databases.
Can anyone explain to me how to do these things?

How to hide system tables when using the Oracle SQL Developer? if u connected with sys, system or user with dba role then u have a privilege to see these tables,so revoke the privilege/role from ur user to view this tables if ur connected other then sys,system,
I didnt find a way to create a separate database using the Oracle Sql Developer. DBCA is a tool for creating the new database.

How to hide report errors when user input incorrect?

I have a tabular report with output that's limited on date interval basis in the WHERE clause. So I have two date items that's used to set start and end dates accordingly. Both items have validations "Item specified is a valid date". How to hide error in report area when validation fires?

I have a SharePoint 2013 page that displays a few XsltListViewWebParts i.e.(Lists).
All the lists contains rows of data when we open:
http://Server/Pages/MyPage.aspx
But, We have some customized filters and views in place, and when we open e.g.: http://Server/Pages/MyPage.aspx?FilterField1=LinkTitle&FilterValue1=250
The page opens correctly, But all the XsltListViewWebParts which do not meet the filtering will still be shown but as empty web parts - How to hide those?
In other words, In my SharePoint 2013, How to fully hide multiple XsltListViewWebParts on a page when they are empty ?

The problem was due to JQuery is not loaded in the page.

How to show NULL value when import data into excel

when retrieve data from sql server and import these data into excel.
data source is like : select a ,b c from tab
if a,b,c is nullable. when import these NULL value into excel, it becomes blank value, there is nothing in the excel cell.
if i don't want to use select isnull(a,'NULL') as a to convert the values.
what's else can i do to make it? is there a way to prevent changing the NULL to blank ?
or is there an easy solution to replace all the blank value to NULL in the excel ?

How to filter compounding value when no data available for that field.

I have a compounding value (Logical Procurement System) for an infoobject username which shows up in Bex when no data is available for that row. It shows up like this "compounding value/not assigned" instead of just "not assigned". I have put the compounding infoobject in the filter area and restricted that value/set to no display. still the compunding key/xxxxxxx. shows up. Any thoughts to fix this issue is appreciated.
I looked into SDN threads..but no help. This issue is stopping me from moving reports to production.

How do I hide a button when certain data is entered in other fields?

I'm working on a tax form in which I need the user to select the filing period and enter their Fed ID before the form will print. I have a button using an icon message which will cover the form except the title area. This button is set as "hidden but printable" which I want to be just "hidden" once the required data is input. Required data would be a check-box for the reporting period, and a 9-digit field for the Fed ID. On one of my forms, selecting the reporting period enters the appropriate month names (January, February, ...) into the form so the user will know which month's data goes where.
I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI. I have learned a little bit about JavaScript, but this issue is eluding me.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

How To View An Item When Publish Date Is Set Greater Than Current Date

Using Oracle Portal Version: 10.1.2.0.2 (Build: 139).
The customer(content manager) uploads a document into the portal on 28-JUL-2006 07:08 AM.
The publish date is change to 1-AUG-2006 00:01 AM.
There is a portal user group needing to review the document prior to the publish date.
I created an oracle procedure to display the links to the unpublished items.
Unfortunately the links generate an item can not be found error.
When the publish date is met the links function properly.
How can provide a method to allow this user group to view the unpublished document without granting them the manage content privilege on the page?

For anyone else struggling with this... In my case this was not working due to a bug in XI R2, XI 3.0, and XI 3.1. QueryService modifyDataProvider (tracking ADAPT01113234) has been fixed with XI Release 2 FixPack 4.5 and I've tested that it did work for me. No such fix is available for XI 3.0 or XI 3.1 as of this post but I was told that it would get a fix in the next SP (fingers crossed)

As far as I'm aware visibility of items and folders can only be controlled via the permissions you assign to them. This would mean if a user is unable to see an item then they would not be able to see that item no matter what device they used.

How can we find out when master data was activated

We are loading master data for one info object directly from R3 to Info Object without PSA.
1) The Request Green in RSMO only tells that data is loaded successfully but it does not give any information about Activation is that right ?
2) How can i find out histroy of when one particular Info Object( Master data ) is activated? any tables or tcodes ?

ans -in SM37 chk any attribute change run is completed , else in RSA1 Tools -> apply attribute change and hierarchy -> you can see the finished and scheduled job.
also u can chk the master data table for any M version records is available.
