How to hide date in calendar facet

Hi All,
I have a requirement to hide the Dates on the calendar and widget has to show Sat, Sun , Mon without dates.Is there any way to customize calendar app to show only weekdays but not dates?
Note:I am supporting only week mode in my app.

Yes, am talking about af:calendar; In the week view, if you observe , date is shown along with weekday ,for example sun 7/5. I want to hide 7/5 and display sunday alone.Is there a way?

Hi,
Call this Query template in the BLS transaction. Strip off the column date time. Assign stripped xml to a transaction property of xml type. Make sure that transaction property is marked as output.
Call this transaction in a xacute query. This query template you can use this.
But I don't know why you are not using the display templates.If you can able to use the display template, call this query template and link only the tag values. This will give you the output.

You can't do it using sendRedirect.
sendRedirect always uses GET protocol - its just a URL string.
You COULD create a response which had a form, and hidden fields passing the parameters that you wanted it to, but that would just hide them from the address bar. A view source on the page would reveal them easily.

Duplicate Entrys shown in iCal - How to hide the iCloud Calendar permanently ?

I have my dates doubled in iCal - caused by the new ICLOUD Calendar.
You can see the result down below at Nov. 1st (Streifzu...) when i toggle the ICLOUD - Privat Calender
Unchecking doesn't work permanently, with next startup of my mac it's there again.
How do I get my dates single entries again?
At the moment the display isn't Apple like - it's just some sort of ... hrmpf :-/

I already have my gmails different colors. Did that a year ago.
I should not have an icloud account on my mac or my iphone at all. So, I do not have an icloud calendar that I am aware of.
I have not accepted them or opened them. I only opened the new icloud app on my phone with the new upgrade to see what was inside the app. I left everything turned OFF. I do not want icloud at all.
The calendar thing on my iphone is weird and should not be synced to anything with icloud since I have not turned icloud on. But, everyone keeps posting that I need to get into icloud to fix this problem because my calendar should be in icloud. I dont know how it could be since I never synced or even turned icloud on at all. In my iphone icloud is off on all the options.
I never got icloud with my MAC and I never opened or clicked the user agreement that came last week (after my upgrade) to turn it on.

How to hide birthdays in Calendar except important ones ?

Is it possible to hide most birthdays in Calendar, except a few, i.e., those of the VIP's, for instance, the spouse? ;-)
I don't want to delete all the birthdays from AdressBook, but I'd like to see in Calendar only those that are really important.
And, if possible, I'd like to get a reminder only for those.
All hints and pointers will be highly appreciated.

No, I meant disable the built-in Birthdays calendar and create your own. There is a preference to display the Birthdays calendar. Turn it off, create a new calendar, and add all the Birthdays you want to know about.

In field Catlog set field no_out eq 'X'.
No_out (field in field list): This parameter is used to remove certain fields from the output during initial display. The user can however interactively choose the field for output from the field list in the display variant.
'X' = field is not displayed in the current list.
Value set: SPACE, 'X'.

How do I access iCloud Calendar data from my pre-Lion iMac?
Hardware Overview:
Model Name:          iMac
Model Identifier:          iMac4,1
Processor Name:          Intel Core Duo
System 10.7 is not available for this iMac.
Since MobileMe has died, and my other iMac is running 10.7 Lion, iCloud is now the fact in Apple internet data sharing.
I'd like to keep my Address Book (now Contacts in 10.7) and Calendar in sync with my pre-10.7 iMac. How is this done?

I set up a javascript calculation based on the input of a date field. As long as the user enters the date manually the script works fine. If user attempts to select date by drop down menu then script will not work. How can I remove the calendar feature from the Date field?

You may have to wire custom script to get you what you need. That would probably work on 'exit' event.
Just you give you better Idea here is some thing I have on a date field. If user types his own date instead of picking from calendar this code checks whether it is valid date or not and returns to the same field either they enter valid date or clear the field.
This is FormCalc script. You may get the idea how this works and make it work for you using the same logic either in FormCalc or JavaScript.

Sounds like your Mac is not logged into the same iCloud account that your phone is. When Mavericks is installed it prompts you for an AppleID during setup.
Unfortunately and confusingly it then uses that AppleID to help you set up the Apple Store, iCloud, and Messages even though many users do not use the same AppleID for all of those services. This is particularly true of familys that share one AppleID for the "Store" but use separate AppleID's for each users iCloud data.
Therefore, put your iPhone next to your Mac and go to "Settings" > "iCloud". Make sure that the iCloud account listed on your iPhone is the same as the one listed when you go to "System Preferences" > "iCloud" on your Mac. If they match (or not) then click "sign out" on your Mac to disconnect the account. Then, on the Mac (still in the iCloud preference pane), log (back) into the same iCloud account being used on your iPhone and enable the same set of services that are enabled on your iPhone (particularly calendar and contacts).
Then, open the Contacts application on the mac and iCal on the Mac and walk away for a few minutes to allow the data to sync. You may then want to create a test calendar event and change a contact to see if they sync up.
One additional thought is to make sure that your iPhone is set to "Push" for iCloud. That will assure that it's syncing immediately while you are testing this.

I know what you meant. As I said, it's not possible to do so on the iPhone. Of course Apple could add such a feature to a future version of iOS, it's only software, but so far they haven't. You can suggest such a feature to Apple here: http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
