How to Hide Oracle BAM logo in Header

I want to generate a list in full window. Is there any way to hide the Oracle BAM logo at the Header?.

Do you mean the "Oracle BAM Active Viewer" logo? You can get a direct URL to your report via the Active Studio Copy Shortcut command. Then host the report in your own web page within an iframe. You can also just view the report directly in IE via the URL.

  • How to hide Saved Searches in the header area of web ui

    Hi All,
    My Query Is how to hide Saved Searches in the header area of web ui.
    For This is there any configuration or we have do through the code.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Venkat

    Another approach:
    Open view CRM_WORKAREAHDR/WorkAreaHeader and change the configuration. There is a button in the bar named "Attributes" (probably hidden under MORE).
    Once in there in edit mode substitute the content of attribute "UI_COMPONENT_3". It should be
    Window=CRM_ALLSEARCHES.CRM_ALLSEARCHES/LauncherWindow;horizontalAlignment=right;
    put there a
    Width=0px;
    The other way using business role is fine as well.
    cheers Carsten

  • How to hide remote IP address in header for roaming users

    Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 7.3-11.01 64bit (built Sep 1 2009)

    Hello everyone,
    We have a new messaging server and have been struggling in our effort to figure out how to hide the remote IP address of users who send email from a remote location. When a roaming user sends out an email from a remote location using SMTP AUTH to authenticate, the messaging server includes the remote ISP's dynamic IP address in the header of the email, which in turn results in some recipient mail servers blocking the mail message as spam. What we want to do is have messaging server rewrite or remove the roaming user's dynamic email address so the header does not reflect a user working remotely. The net effect would be the header not reflecting any external address and the messaging appearing to have originated internally.
    Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    What spam software is being used that blocks these messages?
    Very large organisations/ISP's use Sun Messaging Server and this is the first time I have heard of this occurring.

The net effect would be the header not reflecting any external address and the messaging appearing to have originated internally.Removing the IP address information is going to be extremely difficult. The standards are quite clear that the Received: header should include the IP address information.
    RFC 2821 (SMTP), Section 4.4 Trace Information:
       When an SMTP server receives a message for delivery or further

       information at the beginning of the message content, as discussed in
       section 4.1.1.4.
       This line MUST be structured as follows:
       -  The FROM field, which MUST be supplied in an SMTP environment,
          SHOULD contain both (1) the name of the source host as presented
          in the EHLO command and (2) an address literal containing the IP
          address of the source, determined from the TCP connection.Regards,

  • Oracle BAM 11g - Deployments and development questions

    Hi!
    I have few questions related to Oracle BAM 11g developement and deployment processes. We are going to use that together with Oracle SOA Suite 11g ( BPEL / BPM processes), and now my questions are related to development phase:
    1. If we have two or more Oracle BAM developers with their own Oracle BAM server instances, and we would like to share our development work, should/can we you same database repository to share the reports, data objects?
    2. How we can copy Oracle BAM Data Objects, Reports etc from one environment (dev) to other environments (test, accept test, integration test, production) ? In software deployment projects (like Spring or Grails web-projects) we have used version control system and CI to build packages to different environments etc. How is the Oracle BAM deployment process actually "planned to be" since it uses its database repository to store objects and reports ?
    3. The Oracle BAM itself has nice reports etc (Oracle BAM Client) that can be used using IE browser. How if we have to show/include those reports from Oracle WebCenter Spaces ? Is it possible and how?

    Hi,
    Were you able to find the answer to your questions? Especially the one, showing BAM reports in Webcenter Spaces?

    i found that parameter but didn't know what to set to it i even has no forms in my pc thanks again
    Regards,
    Abdetu...Hi Abdetu,
    There is 3 parameters in the <DevSuiteHome>\forms\server.formsweb.cfg having the same behavior.
    Logo
    Background
    SplashScreen
    By default (if you don't have specified them in you [section] they values are inherited from the [default] section) the values are
    Logo=
    Background=
    SplashScreen=
    This means you will have the oracle logo, the Forms Services background image in your applet and the oracle splash screen at startup.
    *To have nothing shown then just put the value no in front of these 3 parameters*
    Logo=no
    Background=no
    SplashScreen=noYou can also customize that with you own gif files.
    For this you have to put your images in a icons.jar file
    place it in your <DevSuiteHome>\forms\java where frmall.jar and others are located.
    then in your formsweb.cfg :
    Archive=frmall.jar, icons.jar
    ImageBase=CodeBase
    Logo=yourlogo.gif
    Background=yourbackground.gif
    SplashScreen=yourbeautifullsplachscreen.gifAnd at least if you have a small gif in your icons.jar for the window you can also defining the Icon Filename property in Forms builder. This wile replace the default forms runtime icon.
    Hope this helps

  • How to  hide a dynamically generated header bean whose label alone is known

    My requirement is to hide a header bean whose label alone is known (id is not known).
    The header bean is generated dynamically by the following oracle code . Multiple header beans are created under a stacklayout based on vector size.
    for(int j = 0; j < vector.size(); j++)
    String s12 = (String)vector.elementAt(j);
    OAHeaderBean oaheaderbean = (OAHeaderBean)createWebBean(oapagecontext, "HEADER");
    String s14 = (String)hashtable.get(s12);
    String s15 = (String)hashtable1.get(s12);
    oaheaderbean.setLabel(s14);
    oawebbean.addIndexedChild(oaheaderbean);
    OATableBean oatablebean1 = (OATableBean)createWebBean(oapagecontext, oawebbean, "HrEitTable", s12);
    oatablebean1.setWidth("80%");
    oatablebean1.setID(s12);
    In about this page:
    header: Custom Test A
    Here s14 corresponds to "Custom Test A"
    I am able to hide the table bean, as its id is known. How do i hide the header bean whose label is "Custom Test A"

    Ok,
    I've decided to use the following workaround (it works and, at the same time, keeps my pages rather clean. i.e. without hard-coding and with the navigation logic in a Java class):http://forum.java.sun.com/post!reply.jspa?messageID=10089545#
    In the main view:
    <!-- Prepare info for content management -->
    <jsp:scriptlet>
      pageContext.setAttribute(ViewConstants.PageIdAttribute,"/prods/prodlist", PageContext.REQUEST_SCOPE);
    </jsp:scriptlet>In the navmenu view:
    <f:subview>
    <rich:panelBar selectedPanel="#{navBean.navigatorSectionId}">...
    </f:subview>in the navBean class:
    public String getNavigatorSectionId()
      return this.navSectMap( (String) this.getRequestMap().get( ViewConstants.PageIdAttribute ) );
    }If one has a better workaround or eventually the definitive solution ... please let me know!
    Thanks so much!

    Bellow is the stpes I m following. Its exactly what is written at the Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer´s guide for Oracle SOA Suite 11g Release 1(11.1.1) E10224-01
    To create an Oracle BAM connection:
    1. Select New from the File main menu in Oracle JDeveloper.
    The New Gallery dialog opens.
    2. Choose Connections from the General category.
    3. Select BAM Connection in the Items list, and click OK.
    The BAM Connection wizard opens.
    4. Provide a name for the connection. Leave the Create Connection In selection as
    Application Resources.
    5. Click Next.
    6. Enter the following connection information about the Oracle BAM instance.
    7. Click Next.
    8. Test the connection by clicking Test Connection. If the connection was successful,
    the following message appears:
    Passed.
    9. Click Finish.
    Note: You can create connections to Oracle BAM in the Oracle
    JDeveloper Resource Palette as well as the Application Resources
    panel of a specific application. It is recommended that you create these
    connections in the Application Resources pane rather than the
    Resource Palette.

    Ok that will be nice, but is not the case I dont want to read the tutorial, the problem is I already start to read and execute the tutorial you told me the problem is this tutorial it doesnt show how to do everything from scratch because you already have inside the zip file everything like xmls etc etc, and I want to get my DO and create the process myself, I dont want to get something that it is already done, this tutorial does not show for example how to create this composite.xml, this file it is already inside the zip file, so this way I just follow half of the process and dont learn how to make the whole process.
