How to hotsync a Palm TX in Virtual PC 7 (& use Medicopeia, for example)

I was able to sync the Palm TX of my wife in Virtual PC 7 & Windows XP. To do so, I enabled Virtual Switch in PC Settings so Windows would have its own IP address.
Then, I asked the Palm TX to connect through WIFI (through our home network) by giving the IP address of Windows XP (you can find it in Hotsync -> Network -> TCP/IP Settings). The connection worked the second time, @ full speed. It took almost 5 minutes to install Medicopeia on the Palm TX.
I did this manoeuvre because I could not hotsync the Palm with the usb cable... Hotsync (in Windows XP) would just not see the Palm TX, even though XP would see it. Hotsyncs seems to be looking for a COM port, and not a USB port. I could not understand why... Anyway.) All of this was done with Hotsync disabled in Mac OS X.4.

I want to boot up with a USB key to install a new VM on Windows 7. I heared that Microsoft Virtual PC begins to support USB device on Windows 7. How can i configure it? I don't find any virtual USB device in VM settings on my Windows 7 box.

Virtual PC does not support USB. Windows 7 XP Mode Virtual Machine supports the use of USB devices. Virtual PC and Windows 7 XP Mode VM are not the same thing!

Unfortunately, Apple removed the feature to "browse backups" in Time Machine backups of iPhoto a few years ago.
You have to restore the entire iPhoto library to a separate location to be able to "see" it, and then choose the specific images that you want use.

This is a typical response from the manufacturer. Did you try the fix that Lawrence mentioned. When Apple or any other phone manufacturer update phone software, they have the latest Bluetooth installed. It is usually the problem with the radio manufacturer that they devices are using the older Bluetooth protocols. You can try this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3581 and see if anything there helps, but generally it requires the radio manufacturer to update their firmware.

Sounds like it's a problem with the Acrobat settings. Did you set them to the same resolution?

No, not unless it is simply a network connection.
How is your IPTV being provided.. if it is using a separate vlan or separate vpi/vci in the adsl connection. Who is your ISP?
Is the TP-Link ADSL?
Is the IPTV using a separate voice channel on adsl?
Or a different vlan.
Sorry but it is something where a definite answer is not possible unless you provide all the details.

With iMessage, it is meant to show up on all your iOS devices and Mac. If you do not want them to go across all your devices, then you will need to turn off iMessage on your iPad and Mac Pro.

How to Hotsync User Information to a different drive (not drive c:) for security purposes

1. during installation in Vista using Palm Desktop 6.2, we can choose the directory path for the user account - I do not wish to use the default c:\Documents\User. I choose another separate drive.
It was possible during installation to choose where to save our user path. My first Hotsync saved my info on a separate drive.
2. However, on subsequents Hotsync, the Palm program cannot recognise my path I choose to Hotsync my info to i.e. the separate drive.
3. Some registry entries error? Please help

Hello evan10 and welcome to the Palm forums.
Older versions of Palm Desktop, 4.2 and earlier, only allowed you to install on drive c:\. Palm Desktop 6.2 was developed by a different company, ACCESS.
Have you tried moving your HotSync profile folder to a new folder on drive c:\ that you have read/write access to? I'm wondering if this is an issue with a new path being used or a problem with the profile folder just not being on drive c:\ and the Palm Desktop or HotSync Manager application is expecting it to be on c:\.

You can change the scene by calling stage.setScene(new Scene(newContentParent));
I don't think you are quite asking for a complete scene change though as you "want the main window and the scene in one stage". The main window is a stage (as Stage extends Window). And a given stage can only contain one scene at a time (though you can swap it out by calling setScene as described earlier).
What I think you are really asking for how can you replace some content part of the active Scene on the Stage. To do that you can set a layout manager like a HBox or a BorderPane as the root of your scene, then change out the content of the layout manager. For example:

There you can see a package named com.sap.mdm.examples.The classes in it contains some examples using which you can start understanding the code.
You need to have MDM JAR files for it. And these JAR files to be used at build time can be added to the project thru :-
Right click on project-> properties->Java Build Path - > Add external JARs
At run time you can add them the reference in
Right click on project-> properties->web dynpro references->library reference.

Just like the title states, I was wondering how can I assign a click to call a contact in Reminders without using Siri for it.
When I enter a reminder "Call mom" for instance (in the Reminders app), it does not sync with the same contact in my Contact list (for Click to Call), but it does when I use Siri for it. Anyway to resolve that?

If the config the the module you are using doesn't support a certain type of form them you have two options;
- Take a copy of the print program and change it to use the desired type of form
- Create a type of form that is supported and use that to call your form.

since yesterday (after updates) Firefox crashes when it tries to play sound. I guess because of the Audio-Api? It crashes on Google-Mail and Quizlet.

On the Centro, go to Hotsync and press the icon in the middle of the screen.

There are links on the page to the user guide, troubleshooting, how to's, downloads, etc.
There are cables available on-line that are the correct sync cable. Just do a Google search for the hotsync cable for Palm Centro.
