How to I get list of Users from LDAP in a Task?

Hi,
Can any one tell me that how can I communicate with a LDAP Resource and get all the users from the LDAP as a list in an activity in the task?
Can anyone tell me how can I do this?

The "Stick Slidelet" option has been unchecked all the time, but the "X" button stayed.
Meanwhile, on saving Captivate asked me for the umpteenth time if I wanted to convert my project from Captivate 7 to 8. It seems like I originally had a version 7 trial installed, but my licensed copy clearly states that it is version 8 now, and I have answered this dialog with "please convert" in this project every time before.
Anyway. Now my original slidelets still have the unwanted "X" button. But when I create a new slidelet from scratch, it does not have the button anymore.

I want to send notification to all user belongs to a certain role in OIM.
How can i do this?
My req:- User put's request for provisioning. now we have to send notification to all the approver about the request.
I know i have to use BPEL for sending notification.
But can some one let me know how can i get email id of approver in BPEL.

Make a groups in OIM and assign all the approves for that role in that group.
Select this group as an approve in SOA composite.
Now when ever any approval request is send for provisioning it will go to all the members of that group.

I am trying to programatically query the list of users belonging to a particular user-group, from LDAP.
LDAP is deployed on Weblogic as a 'provider'.
I have the following details of the LDAP instance - host:port, security principal (CN=aaa,OU=bbb,OU=ccc,DC=ddd,DC=com), LDAP password (credential), User Base DN.
I tried the following using BPEL:

slight change in my approach here:
I would like to use welogic provider to connect to this LDAP
so... instead of MyProgram --> LDAP, it should now be MyProgram --> Weblogic/SecurityRealms/myrealm/Providers/myAuthenticator --> LDAP
in this guess, i wont be using LDAP connection details, instead the weblogic host/port and Authenticator name should be sufficient

I used to have this problem.
First, you need to go back on iTunes
you need to go to each of the songs that are having this problem
Click the album so all the songs drop down
Right click the songs that have this problem
Click ' Get info '
Click the tab that says " info '
The box that says ' album artist ' should probably be empty (correct me if I'm wrong)
Click it and type the artist of the entire album, NOT the songs guest artist
as such,

These should be separate for each artist
If you write the same album artists for each song by that artist, all the songs should be on 1 album

Try this:
1. In Ultiboard select Tools>>Netlist Editor>>Pins, press the Delete button
2. Select all nets in the Select the Net to Delete dialog and then press the Delete button. This will clear all nets in the layout, don't worry all traces, parts are still on the design.
3. Go to Multisim and select Transfer>>Forward annotate to Ultiboard. This will add all nets that you removed back and it should fix the pin problem

Go to Edit > Preferences > Store, and uncheck the box for "Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases."

Hmm, I see.
Well your problem boils down to being in the database and needing to have access to web environment variables. The SSO sets specific variables in the environment but your stored procedure is not privy to them.
Now having said that, note that the mod_plsql Web Toolkit has a utility for accessing cgi variables. For instance,
owa_util.get_cgi_env('Osso-User-Dn')
If your web application cannot capture the SSO info and pass it to the stored proc in a parameter, OWA may be the only way.
Check out the Single Sign-On Developers Guide, specifically the part about developing statically protected PLSQL applications.

How do you import a list of users from a file? (BPC 7.5NW)

In adding users from a network domain, the related personnel filter provides three choices. One of the choices allows a BPC administrator to import a list of users from file. For some reason, the radio button alongside that option is grey and the choice is inoperable. Does anyone know what steps-configuration or later-must be taken to make this choice operable and to be able to import the list of users from a file?

Ok, so there is a way, but it's not available during submission. You can use the findRequests api. From the result set, get the "Requests.Consolidated Data Value" value. In this information, you will get an xml formatted data. It provides the list of users on the request on the left side after submission. After the request is completed, this value is available. Upon completion, you could get the request information, get this value, and parse the information for user ids.
In the same adapter, use the following API:
formIntf.setObjectFormData(objInstanceKey, formHash)
The formHash is a hashtable containing the field name on your object form, and the values you wish to populate it with. You could create a textarea box on your object form and populate the userids for who the request is for.
However, this makes absolutely 0 sense. When you get a request, the list of userids are listed right there on the request.

finally I got a solution
Identified a workaround to solve the issue using SharePoint designer.
Step 1
Create a lookup list Example department
Columns
Title (by default) – Single line of text
Users – Person or Group
Emails – Multiple lines of text
hidden the Emails column (go to content type and set the column as hidden)
Create a SharePoint designer Workflow
Start Workflow automatically when an item is created
Also Start Workflow automatically when an item is changed
Workflow Stage 1
Set Emails to current Item: Users
The workflow will get all users email ids and add in the Emails column delimiter as semicolon.
Step 2
Create a custom list to get the email ids and send email
Create a lookup column ex: analysis and refer department list, Allow multiple values
Then Create a SharePoint designer workflow

Believe it or not, the same FM worked for me in a dynpro. I will try to explain here how it works in custom screen and then you can do your work for other screens or program types. I am not going to write my actual work but will explain in general.
I have 4 fields (FLD1, FLD2, FLD3, FLD4) and i made the search based on FLD2 and when user click on a line (could be any field), then this would bring the line on to the screens.
There are like 3 steps.
You have your value_tab for my fields FLD1, FLD2, FLD3 and FLD4. This is just the data that we pass into the FM. (data: IT_VALTAB type table of ZVAL_TABLE)
Next map the screen fields into an internal table (data: It_dynpfld type table of dselc ). I also have other internal tables defined (just to keep it straight, i will be putting here) data: It_return type standard table of ddshretval.
Next step is to call the function module. Make sure you have values in IT_VALTAB.

Hi - you have will have to change the device passwords on all the base stations and then don't give them to anyone except the administrators and tell them not to save them on their computers that use the older versions of the Airport Utility - for the newer versions like the mobile apps, as soon as you enter the pasword it is saved and is visible in the advanced pane along with the network password - so if anyone gets a hold of your iPad or iPhone, they can edit the whole network - I have this same issue with my networks in the office and it is inconvenient but doable - I hope this helps
